What are all the Pokemon that can't learn any STAB moves in each gen?

like Magicarp or Unown for example. Event moves don't count. Pokemon like Gyrados who at some point didn't learn any moves of ONE of their types don't count, only Pokemon that can't learn any STAB moves at all.

I believe Ditto is the only mon to have lost the ability to deal STAB damage (while not transformed) outside of super mechanics since Struggle benefited from Normal STAB only during gen 1.

Further gen 1 oddness is that no Dragon moves that use the damage formula exist and Dragonite only obtains Flying moves via back-transfer from Gen 2, so the entire line might be out depending on definitions.

Wynaut and Wobbuffet cannot deal STAB damage in most generations, but can in gens 7 and 8 specifically by using Mirror Coat as a Z-move or Max move. Fellow counterattack-only mon Pyukumuku is unfortunately neither Fighting nor Psychic.

There will be few of these after Gen 1 and 2. However, one notable example is Mawile. It learns Iron Defense, but that isn,t STAB, since it doesn,t deal damage. Thats the only Steel move it learns, not even Metal Claw is available. Beldum is the other one, but doesn,t really count, the guy only learns Take Down, while Mawile has an actual (and surprisingly wide at the time) movepool, just no Steel moves except Iron Defense.

oh fair I misinterpreted the question as level-up moves

Applin doesn't get a single Grass or Dragon move at all (no, Tera Blast doesn't count). If we're only counting damaging moves, Pyukumuku doesn't get any Water moves, though that might be a case of "it can't deal damage without Counter or Mirror Coat so does it really count?"

Everyone always talk about Charizard not learning Fly until Pokémon Yellow, but the one I find even funnier is that Dragonite’s only STAB move at all across all Gen 1 games, including Stadium, is Dragon Rage. Please feel free to correct me if I’m wrong but it wouldn’t get Wing Attack upon evolution until Gold & Silver, plus other Dragon moves that are effectively useless on it anyway due to them being special moves.

Not to "well, actually" you, but it wouldn't really be STAB if it's Dragon Rage (as in the example a few posts above w/ Mawile only getting Iron Defence in Gen III, though Hidden Power makes that somewhat moot).

For a couple more examples: Scyther got no Bug or Flying moves in RB, though was given Wing Attack at a rather mean level 50 in Yellow. Butterfree gets no STAB moves in Gen I at all. There are a lot of partial examples with dual-type Pokemon in earlier generations: Magneton couldn't learn a damaging Steel-type move until gen IV, Forretress didn't learn any Steel-type moves whatsoever until gen IV, Kabuto and Omanyte didn't get any Rock moves in gen I, Gengar, Crobat, and Venusaur couldn't learn a damaging Poison move until gen III, and Nidoqueen only received Poison Sting in Yellow.

In later gens it's rarer but there's still some obvious examples like Ditto, Pyukumuku, Wynaut, Wobbuffet, Cosmog, and Cosmoem. Kricketot didn't learn any STAB moves whatsoever in DP, but gained Bug Bite by level in Platinum and can since be tutored various moves of its own type.
