For a sincere answer, didn’t Antar make the names PU and FU as jokes doing his stat stuff in the early 2010s? Distinctly remember a post of his that was something along the lines of PU = “these Pokémon stink!” And FU being what FU Pokémon would want to say to gamefreak.

I know this is a sincere answer in the joke around board, but figured I’d help op if he was sincerely confused.

FTR I don’t really follow PU and I’m sure they’re pretty tired of the name jokes so I support them retconning the acronym into whatever makes the community most happy
