I agree, but any place that sells French tacos (which uses the sauce) in the U.S. doesn't get customers. I guess mayo+mustard at home at the best replication for it.

I love sriracha. I always keep a big bottle of Huy Fong's Tương ớt Sriracha in my fridge. For sandwiches, I had a phase during which I couldn't eat them without mustard lol, but I'm a mayo guy now.

I quite like mayo based sauces. Plain mayo is okay but like.. aioli? Chipotle mayo? That's the good stuff.

Also peanut satay sauce is really good but only if it's made fresh. Whenever i get the bottled stuff it just tastes awful.
