Welcome to Smogon! Take a moment to read the Introduction to Smogon for a run-down on everything Smogon, and make sure you take some time to read the global rules.
As far as I can tell, the biggest problems with this team is that it gets smashed by Sand Rush Excadrill, and also struggles against EQ Charizard-X, both of which it relies entirely on Bisharp to revenge kill. Landorus-T not only serves as a pretty good check to these, but also acts as a revenge killer, checking Pokemon like Gengar, Mega Alakazam, and Mega Gardevoir (specifically, pivoting into Focus Blasts from them) which can otherwise be really annoying for the team to handle, and in general helps prevent faster threats from steamrolling this relatively slow team.
Excadrill is quite threatening to this team, pressuring every member between its STAB moves. Gliscor helps with this issue, checking Exca well while being able to stay healthy thanks to its reliable recovery options. With a SpD spread, Gliscor is also able to check Gengar and Mega Alakazam, both of which currently look like big annoyances for the team. Gliscor provides the team with a second win condition alongside Bisharp, and gives the team more security against some of OU's most prominent CMers, like Clefable and Mega Sableye. Since Amoonguss lacks Clear Smog and Heatran is running a low PP move in Magma Storm, having extra insurance vs. them is helpful and relieves pressure from other teammates. Gliscor's spread is also pretty flexible, being able to use a spread with more physical defense if dealing with Exca and EQ Char-X better is of more concern. Gliscor sadly doesn't add much in terms of speed to help the team deal with threats like Kyurem-B better. However, it's still an alright choice to consider for its ability to tie up a few loose ends.
