Welcome to Smogon! Take a moment to read the Introduction to Smogon for a run-down on everything Smogon, and make sure you take some time to read the global rules.
30 + 33 + 38 + 43 + 27 + 37 + 48 + 44 is 300 damage, assuming Altaria uses Round A2 - and that's just from my acitons. Let's get rid of this eyesore, shall we :P
The team gives in as Garchomp asked it to, unloading everything it got left on the mighty foe. Garchomp pays back with its hardened tail, but the Altaria endures the hit. Despite being on its knees, Lt. Surge's Raichu delivers a desperate blow, but faints subsequently to the land shark's sharp skin. The dragon can't help but comment with a defiant tone.
Garchomp: Pathetic!
Embittered, Vermillion's Gym Leader has no choice but to call back his Pokemon
Lt. Surge: Damn it! I'm outta forces! It's all upon ya, now!
The Xerneas promptly picks up the slack and returns the favor, blasting the enemy with a moon beam. The blow proves to be too much for the dragon, who falls while muttering one last, ominous warning.
Xerneas suffers 1 damage (1 absorbed) from the hail
Gardevoir suffers 2 damage from the hail
Kingdra suffers 2 damage from the hail
Altaria suffers 2 damage from the poison
Dragonite suffers 2 damage from the hail
Dragalge suffers 2 damage from the hail Raichu suffers 2 damage from the hail

Congratulations, Dogfish44 and Maxim, on your success!
Each trainer: 2 CC, 8 KOC (to be spent only on the Pokemon involved in the raid or as CC)
Each Pokemon: 1 EC, 2 MC, 1 AC or 3 MC or (moves/15) CC Glyph of Dragon Rage: Allows the user to Chill and use Dragon Rage in the same action. The energy cost for Dragon Rage is paid after the energy restore from Chill takes effect. Glyph of Dual Chop: Causes Dual Chop to always crit whenever it is used the action after another physical Dragon-type attack was used, and increases its accuracy by 10%.
Dragonstrike: Raises the power of Dragon-type moves by 7 and the holder's Attack rank by 2, and grants the holder immunity to confusion. If the holder uses a physical Dragon-type move, it can also use Dragon Dance or Swords Dance in the same action, without paying the energy cost for these moves. If the holder does so, both Dragon Dance and Swords Dance are disabled until the end of the battle (regardless of which one was used), and the stage boosts do not decay at the end of the round. Increases the holder's Threshold by 1.
Badge of Light x2
Each of you also obtains 200 reputation points with Custodians of Time... or you would if you weren't Exalted already. You will be able to claim your rewards once the raid is over.
As Garchomp falls in the snow, more and more minions from Darkrai's army begin swarming towards you. Lt. Surge is doing his best to keep them at bay, but even the Vermillion Gym Leader can do little against the overwhelming numbers. However, right when it seems everything is lost, a powerful bolt strikes from above. You turn your sight surprised, only to see a man draped in violet robes, four crystal orbs swirling around him.
"Eusine, is that ya?!" exclaims Lt. Surge, shocked.
"We have no time for explanations", cuts short the mystical seer, though. "Follow me!"
With Darkrai's army about to surround your position, you have no choice but to follow Eusine's lead. As the battle rages all around you, the seer leads you past the enemy lines, using his magical powers to search for a safe way. Then, after over a hour of walking through the relentless blizzard, you make your way up to the entrance of Snowpoint Temple.
A wounded but calm Cynthia welcomes you, along with a few battered citizens.
"I'm glad to see you safe, Lieutenant", she comments, with a warm smile.
"I'd have frozen my butt outta there, if it weren't for these kids", replies the gym leader, pointing at the two of you. "But we don't have time for talkin'. We must hurry to the ship!"
Sinnoh's champion nods and leads you all inside the temple, while the citizens stand there to guard the entrance.
"I see", observes Eusine. "So, this is where our trump card is hidden, I take it?"
"Yes", nods Cynthia. "The Eon twins, N, and their allies already wait for us at the lowest level. We have prepared an airship there, ready to leave at any moment notice."
"It mustn't have been easy to set up a hangar there", says Lt. Surge, perplexed.
"It was not, in fact", confirms the champion. "But we had no choice. It was the only way to keep the ship safe from the eyes of Darkrai's allies, while we boarded our trump card on it"
"Tsk, it's the second time I hear about this... 'trump card'", mutters the Gym Leader in return. "What're you talking about".
As you make your way to the second level, Sinnoh's champion draws a strange flute from her pocket. It looks incredibly ancient, and yet pristine.
"We found this flute while searching Shinto Ruins, months ago", she explains. "It is said that its sound can pierce reality, and open or seal doors to other worlds when played in the right place."
A shocked look appears on Lt. Surge's face. "You don't mean...!"
"Yes", replies Cynthia with a nod. "This is what we shall use to stop Darkrai, once he will be forced to reveal himself."
As you meditate over the Champion's words, though, you suddenly notice her stopping and turning around. As you and Surge do the same, you notice Eusine has stopped a few steps before.
"What're ya standing there for?!", the Vermillion Gym Leader shouts, annoyed. "Hurry up!"
"Time is indeed at a premium, Lieutenant - Champion", replies the seer, bowing down in an eerily polite way to the two people. "And this is why, now, you will handle that flute to me."
"What?", utters Lt. Surge, confused. But Cynthia seems to look more saddened than puzzled.
"... You were one of our most trusted allies, Eusine", she murmurs, shaking her head. "What turned you into... this?"
A calm smile appears on the mystical man's face. "Oh, if only you had seen what I have seen you would understand. But... you already know, don't you, Sinnoh Champion?"
"Yes... I do". Cynthia's look suddenly brights with determination. "And this is why I have to stop you".
However, right as she's about to draw her Poké Ball, her arm freezes in midair. Surge seems to have been blocked as well.
"What the...?" he only manages to utter, before he and Cynthia are knocked back and pinned against the opposing wall.
You witness the scene, before turning towards the seer.
"Hope... is such a cruel mistress", he says, shaking his head in disappointment. "But do not worry. Soon you will realize so as well. I shall be your liberator"
The seer's orbs begin swirling around him, as an eerie and powerful aura shrouds his figure.

Eusine only knows the following moves: Blessed Wind, Extrasensory, Future Sight, Gospel, Heaven's Prophecy, Psychic, Smite
Seer's Orbs: Eusine's four mystical orbs swirl around him. At the end of every round, Eusine will tap into a different orb, acquiring new moves in the process. After he has tapped into all four orbs once, he will channel into all of them at once to perform Heaven's Judgment at the end of the following round, before resuming his previous routine. The Orbs will shatter if Eusine is under 60% HP at the end of a round
Weather: None - No weather allowed without stone Restrictions: Indoors, no water source, no grass source Affected moves: Sunlight based moves (low sunlight), Camouflage (Normal), Nature Power (Tri Attack)
The Xerneas blasts Eusine with a burst of light, but the seer apparently does nothing in return, allowing the team to lash out at him unscathed. Eusine however shrugs the blows with unnatural ease and pays back with a psychic assault against the legendary deer. Seeing himself under pressure, though, the man opts to tap extra power from one of his orbs!
Eusine: Wisdom beyond words... such power is mine to command!
Altaria: Disarming Voice (Eusine)~Hyper Voice (Eusine)
IF Xerneas is frozen at the beginning of A2, then use Heal Bell A2. Syclant: Holy Blade (Eusine)~Bug Bite (Eusine) Dragalge: Chimera Strike (Eusine)~Twister (Eusine) Dragonite: Extremespeed (Eusine)~Dragon Pulse (Eusine)
Jenga moves at blazing speed to intercept Eusine. The seer retaliates with a deathly cold blast, but the Dragonite's thick hide softens the blow. However, the seer unexpectedly follows up with a lethal burst of frost and flame!
Eusine: I will FREEZE the blood in your veins!
Festivus is caught in the explosion, but barely survives. The Xerneas promptly attends to his burns, summoning a soothing scent which heals up all the team's negative ailments. Eusine, irritated by Majestia's voice, fires off another of its cold spells. But, with the power of the orb rapidly waning, the seer decides to channel from another one!
Eusine: Chaos, darkness, bedlam... my path is clear, now!
Holy Blade (Eusine, Critical Hit): (9 [BP] + 7 [Stat Dif] + 3 [Crit]) * 2.25 * 1.5 = 64 damage, 7 energy
Curse of Gygax: Increases the power of Ice-, Normal-, Rock-, and Steel-type attacks against Eusine by 3 for 3 actions
Picking up some HP lost throughout the round. We're doing 54 + 33 + 39 + 22 = 148 at my end, meaning we only need 54 from your attacks, excluding Poison Damage (Pulls that down to 48 damage).
The team hurries to heal the injured Delibird with a stream of healing pulses. The Dragalge, nevertheless, shields him for good measure. Meanwhile, Majestic and her allies keep up the offense, with the Altaria easily shrugging off the seer's psychic assault. However, suddenly a jolt of electricity runs through the floor!
Eusine: KNEEL and submit!
Crippled by the paralyzing charge, the team is forced to slow down. However, the Gardevoir's powers reflect the effect, paralyzing Eusine in return. On top of this, the Xerneas heals its allies with a fragrant aroma, effectively turning the tables on the enemy. This allows the squad to strike at the foe repeatedly, while Eusine fails to nail the Kingdra with his lightning bolt.
Eusine now looks significantly weakened by the continued beating, as well as his status afflictions. But right when you would expect him to concede, an ominous light suddenly gleams in the seer's eyes!
Eusine: No! The future I have seen shall not be jeopardized! Now, TASTE TRUE POWER!
Then, he breaks all his orbs at once and absorbs their magic into his body, now shrouded by a crackling aura of power!
HP 1444/2750 [53% HP], Badly poisoned (3r, 2a), Paralyzed (4a), Curse of Gygax (2a)
Holy Blade (Eusine, Critical Hit): (9 [BP] + 7 [Stat Dif] + 3 [Crit]) * 2.25 * 1.5 = 64 damage, 7 energy
Curse of Gygax: Increases the power of Ice-, Normal-, Rock-, and Steel-type attacks against Eusine by 3 for 3 actions
Seer's Spells: Instead of a standard action, Eusine will employ a special spell (chosen at random from his list) each action. Eusine will not follow a threat list and will select random targets on every action. If a Pokemon would be immune (because of its type or ability) to the type of a Seer's Spell, it will instead take damage as if it had a quad resistance to that type (this reduction stacks with other resistances and reductions from types and abilities). Seer's Spells are Special and always land a critical hit.
Static Field? Did Eusine decide to wear a blanket made from Mareep Wool? And now to want Glyph of Light Screen and Glyph of Lucky Chant. And that Dragonite-H looks lovely as well...
The team's Fairy-types quickly build up some defenses, anticipating a major blow. And in fact, Eusine suddenly surrounds himself in darkness and lashes out at several team mates at once! The raid members however shrug off the blow and pay back in full strength.
However, it seems Eusine has more tricks up to his sleeve. An ominous, translucent crescent moon appears over the seer's head. Then, out of nowhere, silvery arrows began falling down on the team! The evanescent flames slow down the raid, while leaving its Dragon-types significantly hurt.
The Kingdra, though, has it harder than others, because Eusine places a deadly spell upon him!
Eusine: The wheels of fate spin your doom!

Juliet and her Xerneas ally take care of the heals, eating their held berries to keep going. Eusine however anticipates them and invests the Syclant with a sudden water burst which leaves it crippled by a magical affliction. However, as the team keeps pushing, the seer decides to take it further and summons a devastating earthquake. The team's airborne members are only barely affected, but even they have their physical prowess badly affected by the violent blow.
Seeing that the Flying-type team members escaped his wrath, Eusine thus opts to call doom upon one of them.
Eusine: The wheels of fate spin your doom!

The team's Fairy-types keep healing their allies relentlessly. Harold is about to shield Festivus, but seeing that the Delibird was critically wounded by Eusine's divine magic, the Kingdra begrudgingly decides to leave the ally to his own doom. And as expected, fate catches up to the icy bird, causing it to fall. Eusine doesn't waste the opportunity to taunt you.
Eusine: A foretold conclusion
The raid members do not let the casualty demoralize them, though. While the Fairy-types recover their forces, the dragons go on the offense, wearing down the enemy further. However, Eusine retaliates with a devastating flare, which badly hurts the Dragalge (destroying his berry in the process, as well) but barely affects the Xerneas and the Syclant. Then, the seer foretells impending doom for Juliet!
