The team's energies are beginning to run out, moreover the lack of intensified gravity makes the Rock-types' accuracy more shaky. This sets back the offense against Moltres considerably, but the legendary bird doesn't return the courtesy and keeps blasting the Stratagem. The Gallade heals it constantly, but even he seems unable to keep up for much longer.

Quest: Cleansing the Elements (AOPSUser)

You finally cheer as the weather returns to normality. Lance will be overjoyed in knowing that one step has been made towards clearing the way to the summit of Stormrage Mountain. As you prepare to leave this place, you notice a strange altar. There are strange writings over it, and a red diamond drawn in the center of the lapis. Nothing you seem to understand anyway... however, suddenly, the scepter Eusine gave you starts shimmering! Perhaps it can be used on the altar is some way?

Wielding the scepter carefully, you point it towards the altar. The red diamond start shining intensely, while a strange aura shrouds the scepter. Then, all of a sudden, the gem shatters! A glowing red light hovers around the altar for a while, before ascending to the sky under your surprised eyes. Thinking your job here is finished, you prepare yourselves to pack it in and return to the New Dawn's headquarters, however... you hear a roar in the distance! Soon after, a magnificent beast jumps from the cliff and, with an extraordinary pounce, he lands right before you. His eyes shine, pride and fierce. You're not gonna have an easy time getting out of this!

Today in: Moves AOPSUser thought he had but didn't: Trick Room. Fuck.

Okay, so I calculated the damage we are doing from our 6 damage dealers alone. Taking into account Magma Boulder, Stratagem's Dispelling duties and Chills, we are doing more than 2250 damage in 8 rounds.

The good news ends there though.

My plan is to have Tyrantrum tank this thing with the help of a couple HHs and Colo DTing R3 if necessary. Basically, Colo still takes threat A1 but A2 Tyrantrum deals 61 damage, more than enough to secure threat. Then, we just keep it on Tyrantrum.

However, as you may have noticed there's a huge hole in the plan.

Trick Room would have solved all our problems had I actually bought it on Fidgit (woops) or Gallade. Since I didn't, we'll have to improvise a bit. It's a really good thing that Earth Power hits through Dig, as that allows three of our mons to at least deal damage, and we are going to have two actions of Chilling anyways, so unless Dig is used, say, 6 times, we should be fine.

Basically here's how Tyrantrum and Colo are looking at the next three rounds:

Tyrantrum: Chill --- Head Smash (still keeps threat if my calculations are correct)
Colo: Drill Run --- Dig

Colo: Double Team/Drill Run --- Chill

If we're not careful with threat, Rampardos or Colo can grab threat. Rampardos doesn't do that badly, but Tyrantrum is still preferred. Colo takes 21 damage from Flare Blitz through Reflect, so obviously we can't let it hold threat too long.

End-game we'll really have to improvise, but for now this is my plan.

The Stratagem immediately draws the enemy's attention with a globe of white energy, but Entei retaliates with a violent headbutt, followed by a tail whip. Meanwhile, the team hits the beast as hard as it can, while Handsome and the team mate Gallade shield the raid mates from harm. Just in time, because Entei lets loose a fiery wave of flames that chews through the squad. Even if it took significant damage, however, the legendary beast seems to not care much about the wounds, and it still stands defiantly against the team, its threatening gaze set on the Tyrantrum.

Round 3

Entei's violent ram breaks through the Tyrantrum's barrier, but the fossil Pokemon manages to pay back along with the rest of the team. The onslaught comes to an halt, however, as the legendary beast hides underground! The squad expected such an event, though, and does not waste energies in vain. Nevertheless, Entei manages to strike the Tyrantrum once more, before blasting through the raid team with another fiery nova.

We're going really well in terms of damage. I think it's better to just attack here and Chill later (for those mons that need to do so), just in case of more Digs. Fidgit and Gallade are on their own Chilling schedule though, as they need to have a lot of EN to throw plenty of heals at Tyrantrum when Berserk comes, and Colo is Chilling to avoid stealing threat.

Round 4

Entei slams the Tyrantrum with its hardened tail, but the Colossoil's repeated blows finally catch the beast's attention. However, Triassic does not retaliate against Entei's beam of sunlight, opting to chill out instead. The Rock-types do not hold back, on the contrary, and lash out at the foe with everything they got. Some kind of setback seems inevitable now, however, as several of those Rock-types are suddenly tainted with some sort of psychic malady.

Remember how I said we might have to improvise a bit? Yeah, here we are. It looks like Dispel causes 21 threat (gdi zara), so Stratagem might end up snatching threat from Colo on accident. But whatever we do, Tyrantrum is not going to be able to keep threat, which mainly means that either Colo or Strata might end up having to take one for the team. It's okay though, because even if one of those guys goes down Round 6 we still have enough damage to kill it by Round 8.

The main thing to manage right now is Fire Nova. Wishes ensure that both Fidgit and Gallade can take one Fire Nova outside of Berserk, and three during Berserk, which, no matter how bad our luck is, is the most we'll ever have to take. Your mons all have plenty of health to spare after those few Novas, but Colo and Strata are the mons to watch right now in terms of that.

For now, unless your mons are immediately about to die from EN KO (and by that I mean at less than 10 EN), keep all-out attacking. Berserk will activate (if my calculations are correct) Action 2 AFTER Entei's attack, which gives us a bit of breathing room.

Also please verify all my calculations, especially the ones involving Fire Nova. We really cannot afford to be wrong here.

However, the team shrugs it off with relative ease and goes to the counterattack. Entei now looks severely weakened, but Triassic is on the verge of fainting as well. And what's worse, the legendary beast seems to have entered a dangerous state of frenzy!
