Welcome to Smogon! Take a moment to read the Introduction to Smogon for a run-down on everything Smogon, and make sure you take some time to read the global rules.
Brandon winced as his Pokemon took some powerful hits from the Riolu, but smiled as he heard his opponent's commands. "Alright Shellstrike, start by using Iron Defense to negate that Screech, then counter his Drain Punch with a Waterfall. Finish off by using Protect to block that Hi Jump Kick."
Shellstrike's trainer seems really confident this round, I wonder why...
Auron, as the last time he shrieked the results were so effective, tries again the same strategy. However, this time the Tirtouga isn't caught off guard, and immediately patches up the holes in his defense, basically nullifying the Riolu's tactic.
Regardless of the meager result, Auron leaps on the turtle and smashes into him boldly, tapping once again in his life force. Shellstrike immediately pays it back with a sudden uppercut powered up by pressured water, but the Riolu doesn't seem as wounded as the Tirtouga.
Encouraged by the apparent advantage, Auron jumps high and prepares to kick Shellstrike right into his face. But instead of the Tirtouga's face, he ends up crushing on an invisible barrier, which pushes him back causing him some damage.
Brandon scowled as Riolu got right back up from his crash. Clearly a missed Hi Jump Kick did less than he was used to. "Alright Shellstrike, we're at a disadvantage but let's try to make sure he doesn't gain any more health. Lead off with another Iron Defense, then hit it with a Waterfall, then finish off with an Earthquake. This time, we'll let him use Hi Jump Kick if he wants, but make sure to Protect if he uses Drain Punch."
Summary: Iron Defense -> Waterfall -> Earthquake Replace any actions with Protect if Riolu uses Drain Punch
Despite his calm attitude, now Auron seems to be kind of irritated, and adamant in his purpose of finishing the match quickly.
He firstly attempt to soften Shellstrike's defenses with another of those horrible shrieks. The Tirtouga has learnt the trick and quickly shrugs off the effects of his opponent's move, but the Riolu is not done yet.
With a surprising sprint, he gets over Shellstrike and mashes him with his palm wide open. The Tirtouga immediately pays back with one of his mighty uppercuts, but instead of falling back, the Riolu makes an extraordinary acrobacy in air and stretches forward his leg, hitting Shellstrike with a devastating kick right on the shell! The Tirtouga spins on himself for some instants, before stopping, heavily wounded but still hanging in. With an extra effort by the love of his trainer, he mashes into the ground and causes a devastating quake all over the place, causing Auron to lose his equilibrium and fall. The Riolu quickly recovers his position, but he too starts feeling the blunt of the melee...
EDIT: Woah woah woah. You never factored in Sturdy or Solid Rock for the calculations. Between those two according to my calcs I live with 6 HP. Can you recalc it with that factored in please?
Crap. Recalculated the last rounds to factor in the two abilities, and man are the results changed (please make me notice before, next time, I made a mistake but I lay out calcs for everyone to read exactly to avoid this!^^). Please Arcanite issue your actions.
"Ok Shellstrike, I think we can finish this off! Take the first Drain Punch and retaliate with a Waterfall, then go for a Aqua Jet to finish it off before it can strike again! It's going to be close, but I think you have it! If somehow you're both still alive for the final action go for another Aqua Jet!"
Looks like this match will be close! Auron attempts to punch the turtle to tap into his life and heal back his (admittendly bad) wounds, but Shellstrike repels him with a mighty blow, striken at high speed. And while the Riolu is still flying in air, the Tirtouga instantly bursts with pressured water and strike him in midair, delivering what appears to be the fatal hit. In fact, Auron lands some steps back, but doesn't manage to stand up again. Shellstrike is on the verge of fainting too, but apparently still manages to keep it going!
Okay then, not what i expected. So be it. Go, Shiva:

"Oh my god Shellstrike you are AMAZING. I know you're really low on health but just keep fighting for just a bit longer. Just use Aqua Jet until you faint, but replace it with Stone Edge to punish him if he decides to set up hail."
Summary: Aqua Jet -> Aqua Jet -> Aqua Jet
Replace action with Stone Edge if Vanillite uses Hail

A cool breeze start blowing on the meadow. Probably sunset is approaching. Nonetheless, the battle outcome still looks uncertain!
For his last stand Arcanite chooses Shiva, a mild-looking Vanillite! Shellstrike barely waits for the time necessary to take a look at his new foe, before dashing towards him at blinding speed. The blow kind of stings, but Shiva immediately pays it back by emitting a ring of water which splashes into the Tirtouga, finally managing to knocking him out! So, down to the last Pokémon for both, apparently...
Shiva, start things off with some hail! Then use Water pulse to try to confuse gollet, then finish it off with a blizzard! If he tries to focus punch while you hail, use icicle spear instead!
Brandon cursed softly as he heard Arcanite tell his Vanillite to prepare for a Focus Punch on the hail. "So much for that idea," he thought to himself. Seeing that Shadowstrike was still waiting for orders, he gave them. "OK Shadowstrike, we can't go for Focus Punch so instead we'll hit him with a powerful Hammer Arm instead, since it's also boosted by your Iron Fist. Next, go for an Earthquake, then hit him with another Hammer Arm!"
Golett(*) Shadowstrike(U) Nature: Adamant (Adds * to Attack; Subtracts * from Special Attack) Type: Ground/Ghost Ground: Ground STAB; Immune to all electrical attacks, Evasive Digging reduced from 3 per action Energy Cost to 2 per action, superior senses in darkened cave surroundings. Knock Down, Rock Slide, Sandstorm, and Stealth Rock have Energy Cost reduced by one (1). Ghost: Ghost STAB; brief intangibility that nullifies Normal and Fighting-type attacks, Pain Split, Psychic, Sucker Punch, Telekinesis, Trick, and Will-o-Wisp have Energy Cost reduced by one (1). (Gengar line and pure Ghosts only: moving through walls.)

(Known attacks effected: Bullet Punch, Comet Punch, Dizzy Punch, Drain Punch, Dynamicpunch, Fire Punch, Focus Punch, Hammer Arm, Ice Punch, Mach Punch, Mega Punch, Meteor Mash, Shadow Punch, Sky Uppercut, Thunderpunch) Klutz: (Can be Disabled) The Pokemon moves in a rare style of battling that uses an unpredictable, clumsy looking manner. The accuracy of its attacks are increased by 10% (flat). While engaging in this style it cannot use a hold item, however an item is necessary to pull it off. No Guard (DW): (Innate) This Pokemon has an immense confidence from perfecting each of its attacks, giving them all perfect accuracy. Resultingly it feels it can weather every strike, and will not dodge an attack even if ordered to. Only when a OHKO move is issued by the opponent does sense return, and the Pokemon acts normally. Additionally even with their extra skill, the power and exhaustion involved in using OHKO moves prevents them from being benefitted by No Guard, they will have their normal accuracy.

Sunset is close. Who will live to see the first star glowing in the sky?
Brandon decides to play his last ace, and sends out the eerie Shadowstrike! The little engine which could, will it be able to thwart the might of winter?
Shiva immediately attempts to bring weather on her side, and summons a Hail... Revenankh, come out! I'm not getting battered here! There, stay quite away from the battle so we don't influence it anyway... Man, I love Air Lock. Nevertheless, with the thick battlegear protecting him, Shadowstrike goes on the offense and slams the ice cream Pokémon with his straight arm.
Worried about the might of his opponent, Shiva attempts to daze him with a barrage of water rings, but the attack, while painful for the ghastly robot, still leaves him unphazed. Shadowstrike then pays it back mashing into the ground with his iron fists, causing a massive quake all over the place... looks like the Vanillite doesn't like it, either!
Shiva probably understands that it will take more than a weak water assault to bring down this monster, and calls forth a massive wind to blow the hail towards the Golett, heavily injuring his armor. However, Shadowstrike still finds the strength to retaliate once again with his mighty arm, crushing that ice cream like he was bullying a kid.
"Ok Shadowstrike, let's try to finish this here and now! We can't afford to miss with a Hammer Arm, so lead off with an Earthquake, then go for Shadow Punch! Finish off with another powerful Earthquake! If he goes for a non-attacking move, punish it with a Focus Punch!
Summary: Earthquake -> Shadow Punch -> Earthquake Replace any action with Focus Punch if he uses a non-attacking move
Brr... this battle is making me shudder - and not for the suspense!
Shiva suddendly starts summoning vicious winds in an attempt to turn Shadowstrike into a snowman before it's too late for her. But the little engine indeed could, and after causing a massive seismic quake which dents painfully the ice cream (can I even say something like that?), shrouds his fist into shadows to deal the final blow and melt his chilling opponent once for all!
