Psycho shock, assist power + calm mind...

Psycho Shock isn't going to get through Bliss without Calm Mind. Remember, standard OU Bliss shrugs off hits from things like Hippowdon EQ.

Assist Power+CM can overpower Bliss, at the cost of being a complete waste of a moveslot until you get at least two CMs up. Kind of gimmicky.

At 6 calm minds, assist power is 20 + (20x12) which is basically a 260 Base Power move, coming off a +6 special attack.

After two calm minds, it's at 100 Bp, which is more powerful then psychic.
And at max defenses, it's pretty possible, which is nice.

Alright, I apologize for commenting out of nowhere, but I've got a feel qualms about Xatu's sets.

First of all, about the offensive set...it seems to me like its trying to do so much at the same time. So while it's trying to set up a sweep with a hopeful amount of Calm Minds, it's using Thunder Wave and FeatherDance in hopes of slowing down the physical attackers. And Xatu's attacking with one Psychic-type move. One can easily switch in a special attacker and still feast on +1 or even +2 Xatu, it seems, though yes, the threat of Thunder Wave is still there. I would recommend some revising?

Also, I think Xatu can be used "more" offensively without being a total dead weight in offensive teams, though I would usually use Espeon for this role. Any ideas?

Okay, other than my qualms (even for the more defensive sets, but that's due to experience with stall), please also revise the OP because there's a few nitpickiness here and there.

Also, I've noticed this hasn't been worked on for a while...
