[OVERVIEW]
Despite that gnarly Special Attack stat, Xurkitree's other stats leave a lot to be desired. A measly Speed stat mandates Sticky Web support and makes pretty much any wallbreaker or sweeper often a better choice than Xurkitree, and poor bulk hampers setup opportunities.

[SET]
name: Tail Glow
move 1: Thunderbolt
move 2: Hidden Power Ice
move 3: Tail Glow
move 4: Energy Ball / Hypnosis
item: Shuca Berry / Psychium Z
ability: Beast Boost
nature: Timid
evs: 24 Def / 232 SpA / 252 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]
Xurkitree can act as either a wallbreaker with Tail Glow and three attacks or a sweeper with Z-Hypnosis provided it's supported by Sticky Web. However, with such a low Speed stat, Xurkitree is rarely sweeping even with Sticky Web support; for instance, Choice Scarf Landorus-T is a very common set that ignores Sticky Web and will revenge kill +1 Xurkitree. Furthermore, it's overreliant on Hypnosis actually hitting to get an opportunity to set up. The Defense EVs let it take a Choice Band Thousand Arrows from Zygarde through Shuca Berry, but Hypnosis sets should put these EVs into Special Attack.

[Overview]

Mention how it can only sorta be used on Sticky Web teams.

However, the poor coverage Xurkitree has makes it a bad choice that is walled by pretty much any half-decent bulky Grass-type,
+3 252 SpA Xurkitree Hidden Power Ice vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Tapu Bulu: 302-356 (87.7 - 103.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock and Grassy Terrain recovery
+3 252 SpA Xurkitree Hidden Power Ice vs. 248 HP / 252+ SpD Assault Vest Tangrowth: 294-346 (72.9 - 85.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock

1/2, good stuff

Overview
Remove the point about "measly" coverage, this thing literally has every coverage move an electric type could ask for between eball hp ice, grass knot, dgleam, etc. Just talk about its pitiful bulk and speed tier.

Set Comments
Remove poor coverage mention, remove mention about how it gets "walled by grasses" like jordy said above,

should be fine otherwise QC 2/2
