Contacted Plans several days ago, but he said he still needs to play round 1. Thought I saw that he was given the win by Kyogre is GR8 on r1 thread, but Plans still has to battle r1 with a sub? Not sure, but I obviously haven't been able to do my round 2 game.

Plans' opponent was subbed out for Kyogre is GR8, so you will have to wait to play the winner. Next week is a losers' only week, so an extension can be granted if you need one. In the case that they don't play, either they will receive an extension (if either asks for one) or the matchup will be coin flipped and you play winner.
