Not familiar with the ZA meta, so my advice may be a bit off, but I'd say go with Choice Band Excadrill, make Ttar Stealth Rock and probably remove the CB, and give Skarmory Spikes over Stealth Rock. I'd also go Leftovers Magic Guard Clefable, it hurts to see Unaware on a Sand team-- it can work for sure but it doesn't seem like your team would be too weak to hazards. You may also want to drop Defog on Skarmory if you go this route, probably Whirlwind instead
