Tournament Rules
Signups
Hello and welcome to the UU Themed Tournament. This tournament will be centered around using weather such as Rain Dance and also other themes such as Trick Room.
It will be a 64 man single-elimination tournament. The first 40 spaces will be First Come First Serve. The last 24 spaces will be chosen by me with priority for well-known and respected members, as well as well-known UU players. This tournament will use the current UU tier list; if the tier list changes then the new Pokemon will be added in the next round or taken away in the next round if a Pokemon moved to BL or OU. Signups will be open for 36 hours.

The Themes:
Each team must consist of at least 100 'theme points' for their team to be legal in the respective theme. They also must have the move Rain Dance you are doing the Rain Dance theme or a Pokemon which summons that weather to qualify for a particular theme. I have increased having a Snover / Hippopotas for Hail / Sandstorm teams to 50 points so it is more fair in relation to reaching the 100 theme points.

Other Rules:
- Consecutive usage of themes is not allowed, i.e. If you use a Rain Dance team in Round 1 you can't use another Rain Dance team again until Round 3.
- The winner must send me a log of the battle or it must be confirmed by their opponent. I need to know that players have stuck to the 100 'theme points' rule, and to ensure that players don't use consecutive themes. If the winner does not send me a PM or I find they have not stuck to the 100 'theme points' rule, then they will have to redo their battle or be disqualified in the latter case. I can check with your opponent's to confirm your team, but obviously theres a chance they might try and cheat so its in your best interest to do this. A second log will be required from this second battle should this be needed.
