Yes, but double of 1/4 is 1/2, and Genesect probably doesn't outspeed Garchomp at 1/2 speed, even with a scarf.I might be wrong on this, but isn't Tailwind also supposed to double the speed of paralyzed mons:

This is an actual game mechanic (although it is odd). If U-turn or Volt Switch activate an Eject Button, the Eject Button will be used and the holder will switch out, but the effect of U-turn / Volt Switch will not happen for the user.
This is known and due to the fact that retaliate isnt implemented yetHey guys, I don't think Retaliate works properly. On a random match, my slaking used retaliate the turn after a KO of a team-mate and it only dealt like 40%. I made a calculation against a defensive scrafty and it's 78%-91% damage. I think retaliate damage doesn't double after a team-mate dies.
Considering that Wynaut doesn't learn Magic Coat, it seems rather likely that you have just mixed it up with Mirror Coat (which reflects special attacks, not status) rather than this being a simulator bug.My Wynaut used Magic Coat vs a Crustle trapped in Stealth Rock (Encore), but I attacked after it and my Magic Coat didn't work.
i report this bug here:
http://pokemonshowdown.com/replay/do...2013dev6605905
at the last turn Starmie attacks before than Aerodactyl (jolly), without any reason (and before that turn aero attacked first)..
aerodactyl should be faster than starmie, but for an unknown reason in that turn it wasn't.
Why?
Beacause of slow start. But thte thing is that the ability didn't change.(1) I Entrained Chlorophyll onto my Regigigas.
(2) Regigigas is outsped by both opponents on turn 5, yet outspeeds both on turn 6.
(3) ?????

Darumaka had Hustle. That would have taken you less than half a second to figure out.
