I says "(Standard only in Smogon's fifth generation tiers)", I wasn't (and still aren't) sure weather or not this tourney qualifies as a 4th gen tourney with 5th gen abilities, or if it was qualified as a 5th gen tourney with a 4th gen ban list. Can anyone clarify?
