I saw an interesting hypothesis in the comments on mangastream.
He explained how that the quincys have been living the shadows for centuries, right? what if Gremmy imagined Yachiru? and when Gremmy died, everything he imagined has disappeared.
And the 2nd one was, that yachiru was apart of kenpachi's imagination which everyone is fond of. Due to the fact, that she didn't know her name when kenpachi first met her just like he didn't know his zanpakuto's name and that she did in fact physically disappear because she just wouldn't take of her clothes and run away.
I really don't know what to think, but those are just some thoughts. I hope there's an explanation to it though

On another topic think how much more flexible and versatile Gremmy's visions would be is he wasn't maintaining a living body and just a brain floating in some underground vat of protein concentrate or shit. Considering his ONLY drawback was the number of imaginations he could sustain at once.
I'm pretty sure manipulating and maintaining a living body took the highest toll. No wonder his other imaginations were so lame.
