An acquaintance of mine, Alexa888, can do BPs, but he's taking care of one for me at the moment. IV breeders are everywhere, you should be able to find someone. I need to learn how to RNG for perfect IVs myself. Maybe I can do it for you if I learn.

Porygon-Z's NEW EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 254 Spe
I added 1 extra EV in Atk and SpA for Infernape.
I added 2 extra EVs in Spe for Porygon-Z.

Porygon-Z: 255 SpA / 255 Spe
These numbers don't match what's in your thread; I just thought you should know. I can EV train them properly and send you clones if you'd like.
