(under Surf | Surf (Water Spot) | Fish | Fish (Water Spot))
In slot 1 there is: Frillish, Alomola, Clamperl, Luvdisc
When you surf you get frillish, when you surf over a water spot you get alomola, when you fish you get clamperl, when you fish in a water spot you get luvdisc (when the encounter slot of the PID is 1).

If the coin flips are not matching up(your checking after you receive the egg right?), then you aren't hitting your delay, which is the real issue. When you click Generate Adjacent Results on the spread you want, make sure you specify a 50 range delay aka if you are trying to hit 610, make the minimum 590 and the max 640. The coin flips will tell you what delay you hit.

basically what i said, was that I don't think you are missing your frame as the when you search for flips, it just looks for the delay(not the IV's or frame) so it will come up with the lowest specified frame that you put in(Min). To check if you hit your frame you have to use an IV calculator and figure out which frame you hit by the determined IV's. -
