just a quick nit pick... its EARTH, FIRE, WIND, WATER, HEART... GO PLANET... you need to fix the order in which you have them listed :(

i personally use jirachi with the moves: Shift gear, iron head (flinch), heart stamp (psychic and it causes flinch), last move i swap between body slam/fire punch/thunderpunch either lum or lefties as an item

Have you given sharpedo a try over gyarados? It can come in and just speed boost away, and it will hit very hard with rain + stab waterfall.... give him a try to see how that works :)

but his bulk offers a nice t-wave inducer :) and he can just tank for a while, until his job is done

maybe swap out banded dnite for DDinte? with the boosts, it will be able to handle blissey/chansey better :) and +1 outrage 2hko heatran =)
