Psychic: Psychic STAB; less susceptible to blinding, more susceptible to sound-based assaults as far as locking on with Psychic attacks, can lift and throw opponents with Psychic attacks regardless of weight difference, Disable, Focus Blast and Recover have Energy Cost reduced by one (1). Correct me if I am wrong, Kaxtar, but I thought that the doubling of rarity points only applied to Pokemon that cannot evolve. Scyther can evolve, into Scizor, so it should still only be 5 RP.

ahh, you're right, I forgot about scizor. I assumed that scyther's point value was doubled because it costs 5. I'll edit my post, scyther approved.

Okay, from my battle with Darkslay (http://www.smogon.com/forums/showthread.php?t=86138) I will apply the counters normally. Both of my TC will go towards Hardhead's evolution counter, evolving it into Aggron! Also, Grass Skirt's KO counter will go towards its Evolution Counter.

EDIT: I'm also spending my extra TC from before on Chuck Norris, evolving it into Machoke.

EDITEDIT: Whoops. Guess I'll just keep the TC for now.
