As a Cardinals fan here, it was certainly a thrilling comeback to watch as it easily bests out all the classics I saw growing up.

How the hell did that happen. that was incredible

I do think, however, that the Cardinals celebrated a bit too much. You haven't won it yet, pricks.

I think it'll actually hurt them. They're practically high off that win and they'll be unfocused while the Rangers will be on a mission for blood. Frankly I think Rangers blow 'em out 8-1.

nope because it was way too similar to how the angels won the world series.

angels comeback wasnt as epic but it was a great one, it was a game 6 and @ home

Texas choked. don't know which was worse, the Texas bullpen or Ron Washington's managing. atrocious, both of them. would have liked to see them win...only because i can't stand TLR and his massive ego.

sigh.

Worst umpiring I've seen...that walk to Molina was disgusting.

Check it guys: http://www.brooksbaseball.net/pfxVB...gid_2011_10_28_texmlb_slnmlb_1/&prevDate=1028

Absolutely devastated that these bunch of clowns beat us, they were clutch when they needed to be but fuck am I going to be salty about the strike zone (and our unclutchness in game 6).

Oh my god, thank you someone that agrees that the umpires fucking sucked. So much bad fucking calls. Craig fuckin had a strike on him and they called it a ball which allowed him to get the homerun. Absolutely DISGUSTING umpiring, Cardinals didn't deserve to win.

Itc mlb is major league butthurt

grats to the cardinals, maybe pujols will take a bit of a discount now? I would if I were him, since they proved they could win big, and him taking 200 million instead of 300 million will helop them sign and resign their other key components

Grats to one of the best comeback seasons in the history of baseball. 10.5 games back and somehow win the wild card and beat the mighty phills, brew crew and now defending al champs. Props to all the players. Texas just blew it, and i blame washington. Remember that time in game 6 where it was bases loaded 2 outs and they have COLBY LEWIS bat? He got out and HE DIDNT EVEN PITCH THE NEXT INNING. A display of one of the worst managerial calls in history, i mean endy chavez can beat out a ground ball or even have ANYONE bat, but that was just atrocious. I want albert to stay in St Louis, and after this storybook season i think he will http://mlb.sbnation.com/2011/10/28/2520194/world-series-game-6-rangers-manager-ron-washington

Hopefully Albert Pujols shall not make the followish mistake many other Cardinals players have made in the past which is leaving the Cardinals for another team and more money and then fatally regret it.

Examples of them include Vince Coleman & Jeff Weaver to name a few.

Where would albert go? Obviously he is gonna reel in at least $25 Million, so no small market teams. Possibly the braves? Freddy Freeman will not stop them from getting the best player in the game today, but i just cant see albert leaving.
