I bought Flame Charge for Volcarona as a TM when I could've gotten it as a Level, so I claim 1 MC for this (Larvesta's LU, so I could've gotten it at any stage). With this 1 MC, 3 from the Raid, and 2 from the Raid's KOC, I am buying Bug Bite (LU), Double-Edge (LU), Flame Wheel (LU), Amnesia (LU), Thrash (LU), and Flare Blitz (LU).

From here Electabuzz gets 1 EC, 2 MC, and 1 DC, giving him 5 EC, 7 MC, and 5 DC. This unlocks his DW ability, Vital Spirit. I will also be spending the MC to get some more moves. I will be purchasing Sceech(1 MC), Wild Charge(2 MC), and Thunderbolt(2 MC) leaving him with 2 MC.

I also gain 2 TC which gives me a total of 6 TC. I will be purchasing Growlithe(Kelev):

Intimidate(Can be activated): When this Pokemon initially goes out into the battlefield, it generates an intimidating roar or war cry that shakes all opponents on the battlefield, reducing their Attack stage by one (1). The attack drop is maintained at the end of each round. If an opponent switches in a new Pokemon, Intimidate can be activated again as an Action, and will affect all opponents.
Flash Fire(Innate): This Pokemon thrives in high temperatures, and takes the energy of any opposing fire attack, nullifies the damage, and uses the additional power to boost its own fire attack’s Base Attack Power by two (2). Self-targeted attacks do not give the boost.
