Your Rotom should have 9 less HP as you forgot either the STAB bonus or stat difference when calcing Blizzard and all the poison damage you received. So uh... this isn't going nearly as well as planned, but we're still in a pretty good spot I suppose.

Hex -> Blizzard -> Hex
If Light Screen, changge that action to Snatch. Only activate once.

Please don't hax the crap out of me ;~;
