I have calculated that when running 176 Def and an Impish Nature running 80 HP/176 Def/252 SpD is a more optimal EV spread than the one in your current analyse.
Here are some calculations if you don't believe me. Damage here is done by a standard Choice Spec's Latios Draco Meteor.

Your spread: 89.3% - 105.2%
My spread: 87% - 102.6%

From a CB Scizor using U-turn

Your spread: 33.9% - 40%
My spread: 34.4% - 40.5%

You take 2.5% less damage from Special based hits at the sacrifice of taking a mere 0.5% more damage from Physicall hits by running my spread.
You can't make calculations like that. That's like saying 252 HP / 252 SpDef Calm Blissey takes Rapid Spin for only 2% more damage than 252 HP / 252 Def but takes Draco Meteors 4% better. The physical attack has to do the same % of damage as the special attack in order for the calculations to be comparable. Overall your spread takes special hits roughly 2.5% better but physical hits 1.25% worse; however, the EV spread listed gives more Wish recovery to teammates due to the higher HP stat, and also hits a leftovers benchmark.

Is it me or "it has the highest HP stat of all Pokemon that know Wish (with the exception of Blissey and Chansey)" sounds kinda weird? I would put something like
"It has the third higher base HP among pokémon that can pass wishes, after Blissey and Chansey"

or something like that. Just my 2¢

how viable is tickle on this guy, can potentially help ko's for pursuit users, and helps him tank physical attackers. Perhaps it's worth mentioning in other options

I've never used Mamanbou before, but I heard about and awesome stall tactic which it can abuse. It revolves around the new move, submersion, that changes anyone's type to water. From there, it is free to toxic any pokemon for great residual damage. Based off of logs i've seen of this plan, the poison doesn't go away even once the type changes back. So, having a Forretress or Ferrothorn poisoned will greatly help in a long-term stall war.
Mamanbou is able to abuse this because of her high hp and defense. Any thoughts?

I'm not part of the GP team but I'll check it for you anyway.

The names should be changed to the English versions. Nice job on the write-up. Your numbers for the amount of HP he passes with Wish do not match up (first and third paragraphs) and I'm not sure which it is.

[OVERVIEW]

Unlike his cousin Luvdisc, Alomomola is very bulky and supports his team well very much a team player when it comes to support. Blessed with pure Water-typing and a great HP stat, Alomomola is capable of filling the role of "bulky water" quite well, keeping a variety of powerful threats at bay. Access to Wish is Alomomola's biggest use of all; thanks to this move, Alomomola can pass Wishes of up to 267 HP to his teammates, (in addition to using it as a reliable way method of reliable self-healing).

However, it isn't all pink hearts and sunshine for Alomomola. A small movepool and poor offenses offensive stats let Alomomola down. quite a bit, meaning Outside of Toxic, Alomomola often struggles to damage his opponents. Because of this, while being useful as a check to offensive teams, he is often setup bait for many Pokemon, particularly defensive threats such as Nattorei. Lastly, Alomomola is often overshadowed by Vaporeon, who has more Special Defense and also hits harder packs a more powerful STAB attack.

[SET COMMENTS]

A Wish set is Alomomola's most viable option for competitive play, and thanks to his natural bulk he is capable of pulling it off quite well. With the given EV spread, Alomomola can pass 249 HP Wishes, while maintaining great physical bulk. - When at full health, Alomomola is even capable of taking a +2 Earthquake from Life Orb Doryuuzu at full health. While base 75 Attack is quite low, it is still usable in conjunction with STAB Waterfall to ward off threats such as Heatran, Blaziken, Doryuuzu, and Shandera. Toxic works well with Protect in the last slot as it will wear down the enemy with each passing turn. The EVs hit a jump point in Defense, while then increasing Alomomola's Special Defense as much as possible. before needing The remaining EVs to hit a Leftovers benchmark.

[ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]

Aqua Jet is an option over Waterfall because of its ability to pick off weakened foes; however, due to Alomomola's low Attack it will often prove underwhelming. As far as For filler moves go, Alomomola has several options aside from Toxic. Light Screen can be used to cushion powerful blows from special attackers, while and Mirror Coat can deflect said blows should Alomomola survive them. Refresh is also an option, as it allows Alomomola to not be crippled by Toxic or any other status. It should also be noted that this set faces fierce competition from Vaporeon. The standard Vaporeon has 448/240/243 defenses, while Alomomola has 498/264/182 defenses;. Alomomola boasts more HP and Defense, while Vaporeon is more Specially Defensive and also has greater offensive power. In general, Vaporeon is the superior choice unless you really need Alomomola's superior physical bulk and larger Wishes.

[Team Options]

Alomomola's best niche is on a team that benefits from the large amount of threats that it holds in checks, thanks to its great physical bulk. Pokemon that benefit from large Wishes will appreciate Alomomola as well, as it has the highest HP stat of all Pokemon that know Wish (with the exception of Blissey and Chansey). Coincidentally, Blissey makes a great partner, as she is capable of sponging special hits aimed at Alomomola while Alomomola can take physical hits aimed at Blissey. Grass-types in general also pair well with Alomomola as they resist his only two weaknesses, Grass- and Electric-type moves.

[Optional Changes]

Alomomola can utilize a Calm Mind set; however, its meager 40 Base Special Attack makes Suicune a more appealing option for such a role. A specially defensive set is also viable but usually not worth it, as it is outclassed by Vaporeon in nearly every way. Alomomola does have several other options on his Wish set, though - . Boiling Water can be used rather than over Waterfall, and while Alomomola won't be inflicting as much damage this way, it can still be useful as a pseudo-double status set. Light Screen, Mirror Coat, and Refresh are also all viable alternatives to Toxic on the Wish set, although are usually not preferred.

[Counters]

Any strong Special attack that isn't resisted should will normally 2HKO Alomomola. Most Electric- and Grass-type moves will OHKO as well, although it should be noted that Grass Knot only has 60 Base Power against Alomomola. Pokemon that don't fear Toxic and aren't weak to Waterfall will also set up all over on Alomomola; examples include Lucario, Scizor, Forretress, Skarmory, Roobushin, and Nattorei.

[Dream World]

Alomomola's Dream World ability, - Regeneration, - replenishes one third of Alomomola's health when switching out. This is a very helpful ability for Alomomola as it allows him to restore his own HP as he switches out to heal another teammate with Wish. ( With the given EV spread, Alomomola will restore up to 166 Hit Points HP whenever switching out using the given EV spread).

I still think submersion should get a mention, with sets such as these (just giving moves, evs have already been discussed at length earlier on this thread)
Wish
Protect
Submersion
Toxic

or (in rain)
Rest
submersion
toxic
mirror coat/ scald

can be very potent toxic stallers, each with its own niche. You could also run wish on the RD set to pass wish on or use it yourself, even though rest is amazing in RD.

Soak deserves a mention IMO. With it and Toxic, it can spread poison across an entire team, regardless of typing and give a powerful Grass or Electric type the ability to threaten it out and thus set up easily.

Would a rest/rain/hydration set be viable?
It's almost outclassed by Vaporeon in this aspect due to Vaporeon's ability to actually puncture holes with its Special Attack, which makes a deceptive difference when comparing the two Wish users. Vaporeon is also, on average, similarly bulky in comparison Alomomola, so Vaporeon's ability to NOT be Taunt bait also plays a major role here.

Also, Delta. This analysis needs to be updated with some instances of English localization (I'm seeing "Nattorei").

Sorry to make you edit again but since TehBazzard bumped I also saw that you wrote SpDef instead of SpD and Regeneration instead of Regenerator. Also you're supposed to put EV stuff in AC and slashed moves in SD so you should swap those two sentences. Spacing spreads is Smogon standard so make sure you do that in AC.

This is also one of Alomolola's biggest advantages over Vaporeon, although it still faces fierce competition from Slowbro who also boasts stellar Defense and Water typing.

First off sorry for bad formatting I am using my phone.
Here is an amazing support set that I use on my rain team.

Alomomola @ leftovers
252hp/(252 def/4def)/(4 spdef/252 spdef)
Hydration
Rest
Toxic
Soak
Protect

I will put more analysys when I get home, however suggestions on evs would be nice. I know taunt stops it.

I know this has been mentioned in other options, but I would like to expand it a little further. An awesome set for alomomola is wish, protect, toxic, soak. Soak catches many players by surprise and they don't expect a toxic following. I've used this combo to cripple almost every single physical physical sweeper (particularly set up sweepers((barring water absorb toxicroak)) or steel wall (including ferrothorn even with powerwhip). It is weak to substitutes and is obxiously taunt bait, but ev'd at 252 hp/def and supported with a 252/252 hp/def ev stone bold chansey, they make an awesome pair for soaking physical and special hits respectively.
