You must be forgetting my experience with Deoxys, Zarator. I know its stall tactics quite well.
Knock Off - Crunch - Knock Off
If Counter and Deoxys is not behind a Substitute, use Toxic on the first instance, use Taunt on the second, and use Swords Dance on the third, pushing back in each case.
If Deoxys is under the effects of successful p/e move when you would act, use Swords Dance on the first instance e, and Chill on the second, pushing back in each case.
If Reflect and Deoxys is not under effects of Magic Coat, use Toxic on the first instance, and Brick Break on the second, pushing back in each case.
