For this council we will be using a 7 man council team, and we will elect the councilmen in three different polls, to account for voter preferences changing based on certain combinations of membership. In this poll you will be voting for the first 3 councilmen.

We will be using Instant Run-Off Voting, an explanation of which can be found here.

In case you are wondering, people that weren't on the last council are rated high and people that were on all the councils are rated low. Other stuff = Personal Preferance, quality of the discussion about policies (and how often they discuss), time and effort in the applications and minor stuff.

We need to keep the wheel spinning with new people getting in (new=not in the council before, not newbie). Or else, ASB will become the preferances of 4-5 specific players and get stale. Although sometimes I think this already happens.

I used the same method as Frosty, even if it meant sacrificing my position as the leader of the anti-Birkacare movement. Let's vote out the incumbents and fix the mess in Washington. Err, functionality of the Policy Center. Or whatever the case may be.
