That's related to what Super has done with the tiering. If you try and enter a tier like gen 4 OU, it obviously won't let you.
Minor nitpick: PO is a gen 3 up to gen 5 simulator.

Ok then Gents i has another problem.
I was playing on DW OU tier on the Smogon University Server.
But then I created a team for Standard OU team tier. But everytime i try to switch tiers it says that it cannot because it violates the rules for Standard OU. It does it and the reason it gives is because of this pokemon:

Are Pokemon holding a balloon supposed to be damaged by Spikes?
As you can see by the last few turns of the log, I hadn't been paying attention to the text, saw that Doryuuzu was hurt by Spikes, and proceeded to Earthquake. However, Doryuuzu was holding a balloon.

The server dosent show up on the list for me is it only me? Or is it happening to anyone else?
I was under the impression worked like levitate, and that it would protect from entry hazards, but I wasn't sure so I looked up the balloon.

However, Bulbapedia simply says "Gives the holder immunity to Ground-type moves, but pops when the holder is attacked." So I think In-Game testing is our best bet here.

Wow. Slightly Unnecessary tirade.
I've been on it quite a lot, and I haven't noticed any real problems with lag. That is, of course, just one user, but I haven't had any problems. And it is reasonable to think that it might need updating quite a bit in this early stage.

When Shoddy would go down, it would say "Connection fail. Access refused."
But it's not even showing up on the list right now.
This happens on all the non-Smogon servers to me.
Ok. But where did the Smogon server go? I suppose being down on Shoddy and being down on PO are two different things. I'll go with you, stellar.

I'm having a problem in the Wifi tier when you have the option to change the order of your team. Whenever I decide on an order and click 'confirm', there are a group of rectangles which appear on-screen for a split second, before the popup comes back again, with the team in the same order as I left it before, which leaves me unable to proceed with the battle. Has anybody had the same trouble? How did you get around it?
Just keep clicking the confirm button.
I'm trying to get onto the server, and it says 'smashlloyd20 is already signed in', but...I'm not. What do I do?

Then I get kicked for overactivity, and it still takes a very long time to get them all to go.
Yes, it is down. Again. I wouldn't mind as much if it would let me on the other servers, though.
