Take Down -> Giga Impact -> Tackle
IF Counter is used, GrassWhistle the first time, Sand-Attack the second, Chill the third, unless Magmar is asleep when Counter is being used, in which case act normally, and push back
IF Will-O-Wisp is used A2 or A3, set up a 15 HP Substitute the action before its used and push back

not my dream outcome, but oh well.

Flamethrower - Protect - Flamethrower

Also, I think you didn't consider Flame Body last round, so could you please fix it? It won't change my actions, but it would be nice to dream about luck going my way, for a change.

#73
I edited in Flame Body. There was no burn.

Sorry about the hax, Frosty, but on another note, You're up!

#74
K, uh. That's kinda. not cool. at all.

Oh well, let's try something funny:

Confuse Ray - Fire Blast - Protect
SUB 1: IF Sawsbuck is ordered to use Grasswhistle A2 AND It hits itself A1 => Replace moveset to: Confuse Ray - Substitute (25hp) - Fire Blast
SUB 2: IF Sawsbuck is ordered to use substitute A3, replace Protect with Fire Blast.

Now I kinda depend a lot on hax. Now why do I think this won't go well?

#75
Well looks like I'll rely on hax as well.

Giga Impact+Giga Impact -> Cooldown (Take Down) -> Tackle
If you hit yourself in confusion A1, use the combo A2.
