Edit: oh also you didn't apply the critical hit boost to Blizzard, and you forgot to add a Life Orb bonus and the recoil to Earth Power and all 3 actions, respectively.

The extra damage of Earth Power is because Life Orb not Hustle, also I did apply the Critical Hit though I forgot to put the +3 on the calcs and you can see the Life Orb recoil above the energy cost in every attack (you're correct in that 9 BP though)
