Yep, I'd use the same Hitmontop as a parent.
Skarmory is in the works.
Bisharp is from gen 5, and therefore not really my domain, see this lockiegengar12 good man. He is the 5th gen guy. =).
Sucker punch won't go astray either If it gets it (which I'm pretty sure it does)
