Meanwhile, Maya is not looking too good thanks to the Toxic poison, and now proceeds to vomit some of that Toxic back at Duckbot. Duckbot then cannot hold on anymore, and vomits, and faints."

Uhm no I flinch Cyclohm. Shield Dust doesn't protect against 100% chances. At least I think that's how it works unless I goofed and Fake Out only flinches once, instead of once per enemy Pokemon which is entirely possible.

Fake Out can only flinch on the first hit it makes (In this case, it's where you used it vs Porygon's Endure), AND Shield Dust protects against 100% Secondary Effects (Bulldoze Speed Drop, Fake Out Flinch, etc.).
