Allow Hurricane
Allow Icy Wind
Disallow Volt Switch (It should get U-turn though, it looks more like it'd be able to use that than Volt Switch, and it keeps it balanced; Volt Switch would have more power and we want to focus on what the scouting aspects of these moves would do to momentum. Minimizing the power of the scouting move accomplishes this better, I think.)
