Scolipede @ Life Orb
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Megahorn
- Aqua Tail
- Poison Jab
- Protect

Scolipede rolls over this core as well, being able to outrun both members after a Speed Boost and OHKO both members with its STABs. It's more or less ok to switch into Serperior (must avoid getting Glared), but it needs a free switch into Weavile in order to come out on top.

252+ Atk Life Orb Scolipede Poison Jab vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Serperior: 328-385 (112.7 - 132.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252+ Atk Life Orb Scolipede Poison Jab vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Weavile: 220-259 (78.2 - 92.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock
252+ Atk Life Orb Scolipede Megahorn vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Weavile: 658-775 (234.1 - 275.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 Atk Life Orb Weavile Ice Shard vs. 16 HP / 4 Def Scolipede: 87-105 (32.8 - 39.6%) -- 99.8% chance to 3HKO

Volcarona @ Lum Berry
Ability: Flame Body
EVs: 72 HP / 252 SpA / 184 Spe
Timid Nature
- Quiver Dance
- Fire Blast
- Bug Buzz
- Giga Drain

The core seems pretty weak to fire type. Volcarona at +1 outspeed and OHKO each member of the core, lum berry helps to avoid the paralysis.

+1 252 SpA Volcarona Fire Blast vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Weavile: 636-750 (226.3 - 266.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+1 252 SpA Volcarona Fire Blast vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Serperior: 576-680 (197.9 - 233.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Reserving Sap Sipper Azumarill

Hard Check

Azumarill @ Leftovers
Ability: Sap Sipper
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Scald
- Rest
- Perish Song/Toxic
- Knock Off/Encore

Not sure what the set's specific moves or EV details, but this set by virtue of typing and ability stone walls these two hard. Scald burns can cripple either mon, while neither has an option to 3HKO this set as listed.

+2 252 Atk Life Orb Weavile Icicle Crash vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Azumarill: 142-168 (35.1 - 41.5%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
+2 252 SpA Life Orb Serperior Hidden Power Fire vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Azumarill: 70-83 (17.3 - 20.5%) -- possible 5HKO

With how little it takes, Azumarill can stop these things by using Rest, and Weavile's only chance at a 2HKO is to reach +4 without getting Burned ONCE, and even that won't happen since Azu actually gets close to a 4HKO with the weak Scalds even with no hazards

+4 252 Atk Life Orb Weavile Icicle Crash vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Azumarill: 212-250 (52.4 - 61.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
0 SpA Azumarill Scald vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Weavile: 66-78 (23.4 - 27.7%) -- 70.2% chance to 4HKO

Other options are for utility, Toxic to avoid letting particularly Fat mons or Special Attackers get totally free turns, while Perish Song or Encore can stop set up attempts. Set also offers a defensive check to both Mega Zards, among other things.

Niche set, but a threat to this core regardless that finds itself on defensive teams once in a while.

Heatran @ Chople Berry
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Calm Nature
- Fire Blast
- filler
- filler
- Stealth Rock

...or any other tran set for the matter

This can tank any hit from either member of the core, including a low kick from weavile b/c of its chopple berry, and it can easily switch into serp as it lacks hp ground, then it can pretty much rape the core with super effective fire STAB that neither member of the core can survive without heavy damages being sustained. It also sets rocks which wear weavile down a lot and serp doesn't exactly appreciate either. You can also run scarf if you wanna outspeed and rape both members of the core lol.
252 SpA Life Orb Serperior Leaf Storm vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Heatran: 45-53 (13.9 - 16.4%) -- possible 7HKO (nice try)
252 SpA Heatran Fire Blast vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Serperior: 374-444 (128.5 - 152.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 Atk Life Orb Weavile Low Kick (120 BP) vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Chople Berry Heatran: 153-181 (47.3 - 56%) -- 80.1% chance to 2HKO
252 Atk Life Orb Weavile Knock Off (97.5 BP) vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Heatran: 185-218 (57.2 - 67.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 SpA Heatran Fire Blast vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Weavile: 414-488 (147.3 - 173.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Jirachi @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Iron Head
- U-turn
- Ice Punch
- Healing Wish

Can witch in on anything from either of these Pokemon bar Weavile's Knock Off and Serperior's Glare. Weavile is OHKOed by Iron Head, while Serperior takes around 50% from both U-Turn and Ice Punch, and is likely to get flinched by Iron Head. If it runs Leftovers, Serperior's damage output isn't high enough to KO Jirachi before it gets Mode, and if it runs Life Orb, it can't take its hits well enough to beat it.

252 Atk Jirachi Iron Head vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Weavile: 308-366 (109.6 - 130.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 Atk Life Orb Weavile Ice Shard vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Jirachi: 40-48 (11.7 - 14%) -- possible 8HKO

252 SpA Serperior Leaf Storm vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Jirachi: 73-87 (21.4 - 25.5%) -- 0.2% chance to 4HKO
+2 252 SpA Serperior Hidden Power Fire vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Jirachi: 180-214 (52.7 - 62.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

252 SpA Life Orb Serperior Leaf Storm vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Jirachi: 95-113 (27.8 - 33.1%) -- guaranteed 4HKO
+2 252 SpA Life Orb Serperior Hidden Power Fire vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Jirachi: 234-278 (68.6 - 81.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

252 Atk Jirachi Iron Head vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Serperior: 114-135 (39.1 - 46.3%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Leftovers recovery
252 Atk Jirachi U-turn vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Serperior: 134-158 (46 - 54.2%) -- 3.9% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Gyarados @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 88 HP / 220 Atk / 4 Def / 196 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Bounce
- Waterfall
- Substitute

With Intimidate, Gyarados can survive any attack from Weavile followed by Ice Shard and KO in return with a boosted Waterfall or Bounce. Serperior obviously falls to a boosted Bounce.

Infernape@Life Orb
EVs: 252 Attack, 252 Speed, 4 Defense
Ability: Iron Fist
-Mach Punch
-Fire Punch
-U-Turn
-Earthquake/Close Combat

I don't think there's much to say about it, Infernape is the bane of this core. A Single Mach Punch simply prevents Weavile from doing anything, as it will die to 1 4x LO Iron-Fisted STAB Mach Punch. Fire Punch OHKOs Serperior, and you can even U-Turn away depending on the situation. Infernape straight-up counters this core, and it shouldn't lose much HP in the process, either, besides Dragon Pulse.
Hate to be that guy but Infernape is not a counter to Serperior as leaf storm plus +2 leaf storm is a guaranteed KO even without life orb, so it definitely can't switch in. Nape is a good check though as it wins one on one every time.
252 SpA Serperior Leaf Storm vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Infernape: 97-115 (33.1 - 39.2%) -- 100% chance to 3HKO

+2 252 SpA Serperior Leaf Storm vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Infernape: 195-230 (66.5 - 78.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Emboar @ Life Orb
Ability: Reckless
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Flare Blitz
- Superpower
- Wild Charge
- Sucker Punch

Emboar destroys both Weavile and Serperior with its STABs. Superpower does a solid 500% to Weavile and he can switch into any move as knock off / icicle crash is only a 3HKO in return. Serperior is slightly trickier, Emboar can obviously OHKO with flare blitz and can tank any one hit, but switching in to a leaf storm there is a 13.7% chance of a leaf storm plus +2 leaf storm KO-ing (does 86.8-102.1%), so if it doesn't KO Emboar will kill itself with recoil. With LO it obviously 2HKOs. One on one Emboar wins every time though and sucker punch can also pick off a weakened Serp.

252 Atk Life Orb Reckless Emboar Flare Blitz vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Serperior: 616-725 (211.6 - 249.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO

252 Atk Life Orb Emboar Sucker Punch vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Serperior: 114-135 (39.1 - 46.3%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

252 SpA Serperior Leaf Storm vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Emboar: 105-123 (29 - 34%) -- 2.5% chance to 3HKO

+2 252 SpA Serperior Leaf Storm vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Emboar: 209-246 (57.8 - 68.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

252 Atk Life Orb Emboar Superpower vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Weavile: 1388-1638 (493.9 - 582.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO

252 Atk Life Orb Weavile Knock Off (97.5 BP) vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Emboar: 136-162 (37.6 - 44.8%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

252 Atk Life Orb Weavile Icicle Crash vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Emboar: 121-142 (33.5 - 39.3%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

AV Conkeldurr

Conkeldurr
@ Assault Vest
Ability: Guts
EVs: 252 Atk / 236 SpD / 20 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Drain Punch
- Mach Punch
- Ice Punch
- Poison Jab

252+ Atk Conkeldurr Poison Jab vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Serperior: 212-250 (72.8 - 85.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252+ Atk Conkeldurr Mach Punch vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Serperior: 79-94 (27.1 - 32.3%) -- guaranteed 4HKO

99,9% is the absolute minum roll you can get and you have to add a Life Orb recoil.

Conkeldurr can enter in on Ice Shard and Low Kick but not on Icicle Crash (does more 50% and Weavile outspeeds) and Knock Off (AV is the reason you use this Fighting type with all this EVs investment) and OHKO comfortably Weavile with both Mach Punch and Drain Punch (the former is preferred to avoid the loss of the item but if you don't switch-in directly is not necessary) and 2HKOes Serperior between Poison Punch + Mach Punch + (only if you are unlucky) opposite Life Orb recoil.

Ice Shard + Leaf Storm at +0 don't kill AV Conkeldurr even without the Assault Vest, so Conkeldurr is a soft check to these monsters.
252 Atk Life Orb Weavile Ice Shard vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Conkeldurr: 86-101 (24.5 - 28.7%) -- guaranteed 4HKO after Stealth Rock
252 SpA Life Orb Serperior Leaf Storm vs. 0 HP / 236 SpD Conkeldurr: 200-238 (56.9 - 67.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock
97, 7% is the absolute maximum roll the opponent can reach.

Worst case:
and +2 252 SpA Life Orb Serperior Leaf Storm vs. 0 HP / 236 SpD Assault Vest Conkeldurr: 269-317 (76.6 - 90.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock but you can kill it in the same way (Poison Punch + Mach Punch) but Weavile outspeeds your Mach Punch with Ice Shard coming from a higher base speed.

CC kisses Weavile goodnight, and does a solid 70.1 - 82.8% to Serperior. Faster fire and fighting types do well against this core in general. Little else to say :/

Beedrill @ Beedrillite
Ability: Swarm
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe

Alakazam @ Alakazite
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Shadow Ball / Signal Beam
- Psychic
- Focus Blast
- Encore
Pretty strong threat this core have, Able to kill like 10 weaviles with Focus Blast providing you hit, and can hit for a lot of damage to Serp while serp can't HKO in return without any boost. And if you run Signal Beam for coverage over SBall you have really good chance to HKO'ed after rocks and 1 round of LO recoil.
252 SpA Mega Alakazam Psychic vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Serperior: 192-226 (65.9 - 77.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock
252 SpA Mega Alakazam Signal Beam vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Serperior: 214-252 (73.5 - 86.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock
252 SpA Life Orb Serperior Leaf Storm vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Mega Alakazam: 200-238 (79.6 - 94.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Keldeo @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Justified
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Scald
- Secret Sword
- Hydro Pump
- Hidden Power Electric

Choice Scarf Keldeo is able to provide the core with some backbone against faster Fire- and Fighting-types, such as Terrakion, Emboar, Heatran, and Volcarona, and it revenge kills the likes of Mega Aerodactyl and Mega Beedrill. Hidden Power Electric is to revenge kill a +1 Gyarados and hit Azumarill for some form of damage, and Scald burns can wear opposing Pokemon down for both Weavile and Serperior to clean up. Keldeo doesn't like Talonflame, sadly.

Azumarill @ Choice Band
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 172 HP / 252 Atk / 84 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Play Rough
- Waterfall
- Aqua Jet
- Superpower

Choice Band Azumarill is able to help clean up weakened fast threats to the core such as Mega Aerodactyl, Mega Beedrill, Sand Rush Excadrill, Scarf Terrakion and Mega Alakazam as Aqua Jet either KOes or puts them into Ice Shard KO range. It is also able to beat the Fire-types which threaten this core (except Zard-Y which can be overloaded by the two members). Serperior should run Glare for this to paralyze Charizard, Talonflame and other fast threats. Superpower is used on Azumarill to lure Ferrothorn so that Serperior can clean.

Garchomp @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 240 HP / 176 Def / 92 Spe
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Fire Blast
- Earthquake
- Dragon Tail

Stealth Rock is one of the most important move right now : Volcarona, Aerodactyl, MBeedrill, Talonflamme and Gyarados are all threatened by it. With Rocky Helmet, Garchomp punishes all the physical attackers such as Jirachi, MBeedrill Terrakion or Talonflamme. Fire Blast is for Ferrothorn and Scizor and Dragon Tail is used to wear down the opponent's team. Oh and it's also a strong move against the setup sweepers.

Slowbro @ Leftovers
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 80 Def / 176 SpD
Bold Nature
- Thunder Wave
- Scald
- Psyshock
- Slack Off

Thunder Wave is very important to have when using this core, since many of the mons that break this core are actually pretty fast, or at least can be with set-up. Scald lets you beat all the Fire types that cause trouble for the core, and the burn chance is relevant because most of the mons that beat this core that aren't Fire types happen to be physical attackers. The core is actually pretty frail, which means switching mons in and out safely is an issue. Slowbro's natural bulk and Regenerator allow it to switch in and out frequently. This is the variant of Slowbro that beats Mega Metagross even if it's carrying Grass Knot. Even though Metagross isn't actually a counter to this core, it can at least do enough against the core that it's worth thinking about.

Landorus-Therian @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Impish Nature
- U-Turn
- Smack Down
- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock

Bulky Landours-T gives the team a, well, bulky pivot that can provide a slow U-Turn to get them in due to them being rather frail and provides Stealth Rock support to help them break easier. It also works as a check to Skarmory with Smack Down since they'd otherwise struggle a lot with it.

Infernal

Banned deucer.

Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 Spe
Bold Nature
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Will-O-Wisp
- Pain Split

One big reason I like Rotom-W as a partner for this core is because of how often grass types come in on Volt Switch. Once they do, momentum is on your side to bring Weavile in and potentially kill some barriers to Serperior, like Amoonguss, or do big damage to whatever your opponents bring in. Similarly, Rotom-W can choose to burn things like Amoonguss and Mega Venusaur, helping to eventually wear them down for Serperior.

Rotom-W is also a really good match with this core in terms of typing, bringing important resistances to flying and fire. This is really useful because Talonflame is this core's #1 threat, and having something for it is a must. The ground immunity and ability to handle Scarf Jirachi are other benefits of Rotom-W as a partner.

Talonflame @ Choice Band
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Brave Bird
- Flare Blitz
- U-turn
- Steel Wing/ Tailwind

Talonflame really benefits from this core as it is able to beat/soften mons like TankChomp, Defensive Lando, Rotom-W, Slowbro etc. making it easier for Talonflame to clean up. Talonflame also beats fast and frail mons which give the core some trouble like MBeedrill and MZam and also helps with bulky fighting types like Conk

Dragonite @ Lum Berry
Ability: Multiscale
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Outrage / Dragon Claw
- Extreme Speed
- Earthquake / Fire Punch

Scizor @ Scizorite
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant / Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Bullet Punch
- Superpower
- Bug Bite

Basic dual sweeper core with a lot of powerful priority. Dragonite can take on most Fire and Water types for Scizor like Keldeo, Heatran and Zard Y, while Scizor deals with Fairy and Ice types like Weavile and Clefable

Discuss threats

Fever (Manectric) @ Manectite
Ability: Lightningrod
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Volt Switch
- Flamethrower
- Hidden Power Ice

Mega Manectric outspeeds both members OHKOs both with Flamethrower and Hidden Power Ice respectively (As long as Dragonite's Multiscale is broken, which can be easily done with Stealth Rock or a prior Volt Switch). It also can Intimidate the core to make their attacks to little damage in return.

252 SpA Mega Manectric Flamethrower vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Mega Scizor: 404-476 (143.7 - 169.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO

252 SpA Mega Manectric Hidden Power Ice vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Dragonite: 272-320 (84.2 - 99%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock

Easily comes in on Scizor, not even being 2HKOed by Superpower after the attack drop, and OHKOes it with Flare Blitz. Dragonite beats Charizard 1v1, but loses if it has taken any prior damage, and even has a chance to be OHKOed by +1 Dragon Claw, so it obviously can't switch in

252+ Atk Mega Scizor Superpower vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Charizard X: 146-172 (49.1 - 57.9%) -- 96.9% chance to 2HKO

Garchomp @ Life Orb
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 4 Def / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Earthquake
- Dragon Claw
- Stone Edge

Garchomp outspeeds and OHKOes both Pokemon, taking into account the damage taken from Rough Skin / Stealth Rock. The only way for the core to beat Garchomp is to preserve Multiscale on Dragonite and even that plan fails if Garchomp is at +2.

252+ Atk Technician Scizor Bullet Punch vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Garchomp: 112-133 (31.3 - 37.2%) -- 83.6% chance to 3HKO
252+ Atk Dragonite Extreme Speed vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Garchomp: 102-121 (28.5 - 33.8%) -- 0.8% chance to 3HKO

And from there you can just aqua jet/waterfall to receive the kill.
Azu already has a slim chance of OHKOing Drag already.
On average azu can reliably take down both of them if max dam. is not there on Azu.
