See there is sea, just in case you forgot. OK anyway now that we are outside of Ice Punchs range (unless Elekeids arms are now 35 metres, which I doubt) Use Dragon Pulse again to get more damage on Elekid.

With both battlers down to their last Pokémon, Zeke quickly sets up a Substitute to absorb blows. Smiley fires off a blast of energy at the doll, but it fails to shatter. Zeke then clears his mind, focussing only on the power of ZEN, to raise his power. Smiley, sensing danger, dives into the water surrounding the battlefield, and swims out as far as he can. Now that he's out of range, Zeke can't hit Smiley with his frigid fist, and pounds the ground in anger. But Smiley trolls the shit out of him and fires off another blast, shattering the substitute!

not a problem use psychic and throw dratini back onto the shore, then Ice Punch*2. If Dratini dives back into the water sub the next action with psychic and pull him out again.

Use Extreme Speed to avoid Psychic and do damage. Next up use Extreme Speed again but this time fly upwards, Elekid should only use psychic when I dive into the water so Ice Punch Fails again!!! Finnaly use Dragon Pulse from long range and watch Elekid hopelessly Ice Punch the sky, yey for stall!

I halved the damage done by Psychic, since its intent was not to damage.

Smiley sees Zeke trying to establish a mental link with him, and tries to swim out of range again, but alas, his muscles seize up! He's fully paralysed, allowing Zeke to drag him out with psychic energy, and onto the sand. He's in range of the frigid Punch now, and he knows it, so he quickly blasts up into the air with Extremespeed as Zeke launches his attack, causing it to miss! Metal Bagon seems to have forgotten the quintessential law of gravity - what goes up, must come down. Yeah, Smiley's not launching a Dragon Pulse from up there any time soon, as he crashes to the soft sand, and Zeke FINALLY get to PAWNCH him. Smiley does fire his Dragon Pulse from the sand, doing solid damage. And he catches a break too, as he sheds his skin, curing the paralysis!

Umm doesn't Dratini have the ability to fly because I thought the entire Dratini line could fly despite only Dragonite being flying type?
