Parents: Lopunny / Floatzel
Shared egg group: Field
Offspring name: Lopatzel
New type: Water / Normal
New base stats: 85/100/79/79/83/120
New ability and desc: Weight Loss (Swift Swim+Klutz) - Speed is doubled if the Pokémon has no held item.
Notable moves: Fake Out, Waterfall, Return, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Fire Punch, Agility, Baton Pass, High Jump Kick
Role Identification: Use the mega.

Parents: Mega Lopunny / Floatzel
Shared egg group: Field
Offspring name: Mega Lopatzel
New type: Water / Fighting
New base stats: 85/160/89/79/83/150
New ability and desc: Scrappy
Notable moves: Fake Out, Waterfall, High Jump Kick, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Fire Punch, Agility, Baton Pass, Drain Punch, Encore
Role Identification: I think a Water/Fighting 'mon could be very interesting to kill the Lando-Kanga core. Plus it (or better she) has amazing 160/150 attacking stats and a not-so-bad bulkiness to resist possible normally effective hits.

DNA Donors: Zygarde / Gallade
Offspring name: Zygallade
New Type: Ground / Fighting
Base Stats: 100 / 125 / 100 / 73 / 105 / 95 (+12 HP, +13 Atk, +7 Def, +8 Spe)
New ability and desc: Inner Aura (Aura Break + Steadfast) - If this Pokemon is affected by opponent's ability, its Speed is raised by 1.
Notable Moves: Dragon Dance, Coil, Swords Dance, Close Combat, Earthquake, ExtremeSpeed, Drain Punch, Knock Off, Ice Punch, Fire Punch, Thunder Punch, Shadow Sneak, Poison Jab, Glare, Memento, Encore
Role Identification: Same as above, this bulky attacker could be interesting introducing some new threats to the meta. It has a ton of possible sets thanks to its wide movepool and nice typing, giving it from set up to annoyer possibility. Just thought this could be interesting.

DNA Donors: Zygarde / Mega Gallade
Offspring name: Mega Zygallade
New Type: Ground / Fighting
Base Stats: 100 / 165 / 130 / 73 / 105 / 127
New ability and desc: Inner Focus
Notable Moves: Dragon Dance, Coil, Close Combat, Earthquake, ExtremeSpeed, Drain Punch, Knock Off, Ice Punch, Fire Punch, Thunder Punch, Shadow Sneak, Poison Jab, Glare, Memento, Encore
Role Identification: Well, you don't have that much of possibilities as above, but this mega seems one of the most dangerous. It's very bulky and it has very good attacking stats, thanks to MGallade's speed bonus. Definitively a threat.

Wow, that went quickly

Anyway, a couple reposts now, with some new ideas coming later.

Spread the love. And by love, I mean slime.
DNA Donors: Hoopa + Seismitoad
Offspring name: Hooptoad (If anyone has a better name, let me know)
New type: Ghost/Water
Base stats: 112 / 102 / 87 / 117 / 102 / 72 (BST 592; +20HP, +20DEF)
New ability: (Poison Touch + Magician) Slime Gift - If this Pokemon is not holding an item and deals damage with a contact move, it steals the opponent's item and replaces it with Black Sludge.
Notable Moves: Aqua Ring, Drain Punch, Hydro Pump, Toxic, Venoshock, Earthquake, Sludge Wave, Sludge Bomb, Focus Blast, Scald, Payback, Bulldoze, Rock Slide, Infestation, Poison Jab, Grass Knot, Power-up Punch, Surf, Earth Power, Refresh, Bounce, Gastro Acid, Ice Punch, Knock Off, Low Kick, Stealth Rock, Hyperspace Hole, Trick, Destiny Bond, Light Screen, Reflect, Skill Swap, Phantom Force, Zen Headbutt, Shadow Ball, Nasty Plot, Psychic, Psyshock, Calm Mind, Taunt, Thunderbolt, Brick Break, Facade, Energy Ball, Charge Beam, Thunder Wave, Substitute, Dual Chop, Fire Punch, Thunder Punch, Foul Play, Gunk Shot, Signal Beam
Role identification: Hooptoad is a decent bulky mixed attacker or lead who wants to run at least one physical move to ruin item-based sets and inflict Black Sludge's reliable damage against non-poison foes. With Gastro Acid, Infestation, and Drain Punch you can be reasonably survivable while completely shutting down many fusions through losing their item, ability, and momentum. Additionally, with the rising number of item-focused abilities in the meta, its unique ability to give the opponent an item gives it a powerful niche in shutting these fusions down.

They can run, but so can you.
Parents: Electivire + Sableye
Offspring name: Vireye
New type: Electric/Ghost
Base stats: 72 / 109 / 81 / 90 / 85 / 82 (BST 519)
New ability: (Stall + Motor Drive) Relentless Drive - If this Pokemon moves last, it boosts its speed by one combat stage.
Notable Moves: Fire Punch, Low Kick, Thunder Punch, Discharge, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Thunder Wave, Earthquake, Psychic, Brick Break, Flamethrower, Return, Focus Blast, Charge Beam, Volt Switch, Wild Charge, Counter, Rock Slide, Power-up Punch, Cross Chop, Barrier, Ice Punch, Hammer Arm, Dual Chop, Electroweb, Mean Look, Zen Headbutt, Shadow Sneak, Fake Out, Knock Off, Punishment, Shadow Claw, Power Gem, Shadow Ball, Hone Claws, Calm Mind, Taunt, Psychic, Will-o-Wisp, Poison Jab, Dark Pulse, Dazzling Gleam, Moonlight, Nasty Plot, Recover, Sucker Punch, Trick, Foul Play, Pain Split, Role Play, Signal Beam
Role identification: A fusion with a somewhat weak stat spread, but a fantastic typing and an ability that will slowly build up speed until it's faster than any given opponent. In the base form its not very good, so finding a way to stall until you have your speed up is its best use.

Mega Vireye
New base stats: 72 / 119 / 131 / 110 / 135 / 52
New ability: Magic Bounce
Notable Moves: Fire Punch, Low Kick, Thunder Punch, Discharge, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Thunder Wave, Earthquake, Psychic, Brick Break, Flamethrower, Return, Focus Blast, Charge Beam, Volt Switch, Wild Charge, Counter, Rock Slide, Power-up Punch, Cross Chop, Barrier, Ice Punch, Hammer Arm, Dual Chop, Electroweb, Mean Look, Zen Headbutt, Shadow Sneak, Fake Out, Knock Off, Punishment, Shadow Claw, Power Gem, Shadow Ball, Hone Claws, Calm Mind, Taunt, Will-o-Wisp, Poison Jab, Dark Pulse, Dazzling Gleam, Moonlight, Nasty Plot, Recover, Sucker Punch, Trick, Foul Play, Pain Split, Role Play, Signal Beam
Role identification: With the incredible stat increases from Sablenite, Vireye lacks only in HP and speed, one of which might be patched by its base form's ability. Basically M-Sableye with more resistances and slightly more physically powerful.

In the land of the crazy abilities, the Simple man is king.
Parents: Delcatty + Whimsicott
Shared egg group: Fairy
Offspring name: Catt
New type: Normal/Fairy
New base stats: 75 / 76 / 85 / 76 / 75 / 103 (BST 490)
New ability and desc: (Normalize + Prankster) Familiar - This Pokemon's Normal-type moves have +1 priority.
Notable moves: Almost every single normal move shared between them. Encore, Heal Bell, Copycat, Endeavor, Fake Out (Out-prioritizes protect), Sleep Talk, Substitute, Covet, Simple Beam, Baton Pass, Wish, Baton Pass, Safeguard, Growth, Captivate, Sing, Sucker Punch, Thunder Wave, Taunt, Cotton Guard, Stun Spore, Trick Room, Light Screen, Rest.
Role identification: Nice support (Priority simple beam and WISH), bad stats (490 is terrible). In fact, Catt has some AMAZING support to spam all over using its normal-type Gale Wings. 103 speed means that Catt's priority actually compares to the priority offered by the big-hitters, despite its fragility and inability to actually damage most competitive fusions. Encore and Heal Bell are two good supporting moves, and Sing can be used for a pseudo-PrankSpore. There is one thing that Catt has over other prankster-variants of fusions though. SIMPLE BEAM. This move alone can threaten a huge chunk of the meta because they rely on their abilities, which is the only thing that keeps them from switching out most of the time. Simple Beam removes that potentially threatening ability at +1 priority and can potentially save a Catt player's team from certain death! Additionally, while Harem's Overwhelming Presence nullifies your priority, Catt beats it out by the holy 2 base speed points (103 vs 101), Cofagreelix's Mummy Fortitude basically laughs at attempts at nullifying though, unless somehow foresight lands on it.

It can sweep, heal, and tank, and it's shaped like a friend.
Parents: Audino and Togekiss
Shared Egg Group: Fairy
Offspring Name: Inokiss
New Type: Flying/Normal
Base Stats: 104 / 65 / 100 / 100 / 110 / 75 (BST 554)
New Ability and Description: (Regenerator + Hustle) Excitement - Upon switching in, restores 1/4 of this Pokemon's maximum HP and boosts its speed by one stage.
Notable Moves: Aura Sphere, Air Slash, Psyshock, Defog, Light Screen, Reflect, Roost, Solar Beam, Psychic, Shadow Ball, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Thunder Wave, Grass Knot, Dazzling Gleam, Extrasensory, Morning Sun, Nasty Plot, Psycho Shift, Stored Power, Heal Bell, Hyper Voice, Heat Wave, Signal Beam, Tailwind, Trick, Metronome, Wish, Ancient Power, Baton Pass, Misty Terrain, Simple Beam, Calm Mind, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Charge Beam, Trick Room, Surf, Draining Kiss, Yawn, Gravity, Knock Off.
Role Description: With (effectively) only its attack under 100, Inokiss has a lot going for it, even without its mega. Multiple specially-oriented setup moves and recovery options mean it can get far stronger if given time, and it also comes equipped with moves to disrupt the opponent, either by passing off a less useful item through Trick or negating their ability with Simple Beam. Baton Pass and Wish mean that it can pass HP and its own natural speed boost to an ally for practically nothing, since it will get any health lost in the trade back when it returns, which is really its niche over the mega form, which loses the healing factor.

Mega Inokiss
New Type: Flying/Fairy
New Base Stats: 104 / 65 / 140 / 120 / 150 / 75
New Ability: Healer
Newly Notable Moves: Aura Sphere, Air Slash, Psyshock, Defog, Light Screen, Reflect, Roost, Solar Beam, Psychic, Shadow Ball, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Thunder Wave, Grass Knot, Dazzling Gleam, Extrasensory, Morning Sun, Nasty Plot, Psycho Shift, Stored Power, Heal Bell, Hyper Voice, Heat Wave, Signal Beam, Tailwind, Metronome, Wish, Ancient Power, Baton Pass, Misty Terrain, Simple Beam, Calm Mind, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Charge Beam, Trick Room, Surf, Draining Kiss, Yawn, Gravity, Knock Off.
Role Description: Much like Mawile, Inokiss has an ability that supports its own mega. While you trade its Regenerative capabilities for much higher numbers, you get to keep that speed boost, propelling Mega Inokiss' stat spread to the even more impressive 104/65/140/120/150/112 mark and meaning that not really having an ability is no hindrance to it. Bulk up and support your team while firing off nuclear Stored Powers, sweep with boosted BoltBeam, even play cleric with your phenomenal support movepool. The sky is the limit for this fluffy cloud baby.

Bring on the Serene Grace users!
Parents: Durant + Venomoth
Shared Egg Group: Bug
Offspring Name: Nomant
New Type: Poison/Steel
Base Stats: 74 / 97 / 86 / 79 / 71 / 109
New Ability: (Shield Dust + Hustle) Nomad Cloak - Moves with secondary effects deal half damage to this Pokemon and cannot trigger their additional effects.
Notable Moves: Quiver Dance, Poison Fang, Zen Headbutt, Sleep Powder, Stun Spore, Toxic, Roost, Acrobatics, Infestation, U-Turn, Secret Power, Baton Pass, Bug Bite, Morning Sun, Rage Powder, Toxic Spikes, Skill Swap, Tailwind, Iron Defense, Crunch, Iron Head, X-Scissor, Hone Claws, Rock Tomb, Shadow Claw, Rock Polish, Stone Edge, Thunder Wave, Rock Slide, Thunder Fang, Superpower
Role Description: With its defenses effectively doubled against the majority of powerful moves in the game, Nomant can serve as a tanky Quiver Dance sweeper with innate recovery and support options.

A tankier, more extreme Metagross
DNA Donors: Magcargo + Metagross
Offspring Name: Megrosso
New Type: Rock/Steel
Base Stats: 85 / 92 / 130 / 87 / 100 / 50 {BST 544; +20HP, +5DEF, +15SpD}
New Ability: (Clear Body + Magma Armor) Magma Body - This Pokemon is treated as having the fire type in addition to its other types, and cannot have its stats lowered by other Pokemons' moves or abilities.
Notable Moves: Magnet Rise, Pursuit, Bullet Punch, Zen Headbutt, Meteor Mash, Agility, Hammer Arm, Hone Claws, Light Screen, Reflect, Earthquake, Rock Polish, Gyro Ball, Bulldoze, Power-up Punch, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Iron Head, Stealth Rock, Trick, Yawn, Clear Smog, Shell Smash, Body Slam, Recover, Flame Charge, Will-O-Wisp, Stone Edge, Infestation, Acid Armor, Curse, Pain Split.
Role Description: What do I mean by extreme? It's tankier than Metagross and resists or is immune to half the type chart in some capacity, while only having three weaknesses (Ground, Fighting, Water). But those weaknesses are brutal, with two 4x and one 6x, so you'll need to play around those rather than simply charging ahead with your great coverage and powerful options for all three of offense, defense, and support. Or you can evolve. Both forms are playable in different roles.

Mega Megrosso
Base Stats: 85 / 102 / 150 / 97 / 120 / 90
New Ability: Tough Claws
Notable Moves: The above (except Magnet Rise), with emphasis on the attack options.
Role Description: If you went mega, you're either up against a lot of earthquakes or committed to all-out offense. Your Gyro Balls hit even harder now despite the speed boost, and while you lost your Fire STAB, Rock/Steel is still a stellar offensive typing to pair with Tough Claws. More survivable than M-Metagross and just plain better than Magcargo, M-Megrosso is a nice standalone mega if you have the slot open.

DNA Donors: Latias and Volcarona
Offspring name: Latina
New type: Fire/Psychic
New base stats: 100/70/78/140/120/105 (+18HP, +1Def, +18SpA, +3SpD)
New ability and desc: Levitate + Flame Body = Psycho Dodge: 30% chance of immunity from contact moves.
Notable moves: Quiver Dance, Fire Blast, Fiery Dance, Psyshock, Giga Drain, Surf, Bug Buzz, Thunderbolt, Healing Wish, Defog, Roost, Light Screen, Reflect, Thunder Wave
Role identification: A powerful Quiver Dancer. Thanks to its excellent bulk and ability, it can easily set-up opportunities and then proceed to sweep teams. STAB Psyshock shocks the special walls, while everything else are blasted by its powerful Fire Blast.

DNA Donors: Latias and Volcarona
Offspring name: Mega Latina
New type: Fire/Psychic
New base stats: 100/90/108/170/140/105
New ability and desc: Levitate
Notable moves: Quiver Dance, Fire Blast, Fiery Dance, Psyshock, Giga Drain, Surf, Bug Buzz, Thunderbolt, Healing Wish, Defog, Roost, Light Screen, Reflect, Thunder Wave
Role identification: Even more power and bulk makes it a better Quiver Dancer than before with its ability removing one of its weaknesses. It is worth noting that its bulk and access to Roost gives it a chance to pull off a defensive Quiver Dance set that is very hard to take down.

DNA Donors: Latios and Articuno
Offspring name: Latino
New type: Ice/Dragon
New base stats: 85/87/90/130/120/116 (+18SpA, +3SpD, +19Spe)
New ability and desc: Levitate + Pressure = Mud Block: Immunity to Ground type moves. Ground type moves aimed at this Pokemon will have their PP reduced by 2 instead of 1.
Notable moves: Draco Meteor, Freeze Dry, Ice Beam, Calm Mind, Thunderbolt, Hurricane, Surf, Defog, Roost, Trick
Role identification: A wallbreaker with an impressive offensive combo, great all-around bulk, wide offensive movepool, and a high base Speed stat. It also has access to possibly the metagame's strongest Freeze Dry which mostly eliminates the need of Thunderbolt.

New type: Ice/Dragon
New base stats: 85/127/110/160/130/116
New ability and desc: Levitate
Notable moves: Draco Meteor, Freeze Dry, Ice Beam, Calm Mind, Thunderbolt, Hurricane, Surf, Defog, Roost, Trick
Role identification: With great all-around stats, it is a fine mega to use when you have a free mega slot. A Calm Mind set works well thanks to its increased bulk.

DNA Donors: Zygarde + Glalie
Offspring name: Zyggie
New type: Ice/Ground
New base stats: 99/105/100/80/87/107 (+5HP, +15Atk, +20Spe)
New ability and desc: Aura Break + Ice Body = Frosty Coat: Reduces the power of moves used against this Pokemon by 33% under the Hail weather.
Notable moves: Dragon Dance, Earthquake, Ice Shard, Extreme Speed, Spikes, Coil, Freeze Dry, Explosion
Role identification: A decent Hail Sweeper. Dragon Dance works fine but Coil is even better as it becomes very bulky under the Hail and has access to priority.

DNA Donors: Zygarde + Glalie
Offspring name: Mega Zyggie
New type: Ice/Ground
New base stats: 99/145/100/120/87/127
New ability and desc: Refrigerate
Notable moves: Dragon Dance, Extreme Speed, Double-Edge, Earthquake, Spikes, Freeze Dry, Explosion
Role identification: Dragon Dance and Refrigerate Extreme Speed is basically what this fusion is. Dragon Dance to set up, Extreme Speed to sweep, Double Edge to wallbreak, and Earthquake to smash steels.

DNA Donors: Beedrill and Thundurus
Offspring name: Thundurbee
New type: Bug/Electric
New base stats: 72/120/55/85/90/105 (+18Atk, +10SpD +12Spe)
New ability and desc: Prankster + Swarm = Stunning Bug: User's Bug-type moves get +1 priority
Notable moves: U-Turn, Wild Charge, Swords Dance, X-Scissor, Superpower, Knock Off, Drill Run
Role identification: Priority U-Turn your way for the win. Electric typing gives it full immunity to paralysis, meaning nothing will slow this down. A Choice Band set works perfectly thanks to the spammable nature of U-Turn.

Parents: Camerupt and Ampharos
Shared egg group: Field
Offspring name: Cameos
New Type: Fire/Electric
Base Stats: 90/97/87/120/92/57
New ability and desc: Magma Armor + Static = Heat Shock: 30% chance to freeze opponents upon contact
Notable moves: Fire Blast, Thunderbolt, Earth Power, Focus Blast, Volt Switch, Stealth Rock, Agility, Rock Polish, Yawn
Role identification: Camerupt and Ampharos both have similar stats which indicates that this fusion is meant to be a hard-hitting tank. Fire/Electric poses a good offensive combination and save for a double-weakness to Ground, is also a good defensive typing. This means that Cameos can adjust its role for a physically defensive pivot, allowing it to fish for Freezes with its amazing ability. Paired with a Wish-passer (or just use RestTalk), it can use its ability to Freeze half of the opponent's team.

Shared egg group: Field
Offspring name: Mega Cameos the Mane
New Type: Fire/Dragon
Base Stats: 90/117/107/170/112/47
New ability and desc: Mold Breaker
Notable moves: Fire Blast, Dragon Pulse, Thunderbolt, Earth Power, Focus Blast, Volt Switch, Stealth Rock, Agility, Rock Polish, Yawn
Role identification: It's just like your Mega Ampharos with better stats and a brand new Fire typing. As seen in the upper tiers, Fire/Dragon typing is excellent both offesnively and defensively. Backed up be a high Special Attack of 170, Mold Breaker is actually a very useful ability than it seems on paper with all the defensive abilities floating around in the metagame.

Shared egg group: Field
Offspring name: Mega Cameos the Volcano
New Type: Fire/Electric
Base Stats: 90/117/117/160/122/37
New ability and desc: Sheer Force
Notable moves: Fire Blast, Thunderbolt, Earth Power, Focus Blast, Volt Switch, Stealth Rock, Agility, Rock Polish, Yawn
Role identification: Bulkier and more powerful than its mega counterpart, this mega is meant to be a fearsome wallbreaker. With incredible offensive STABs plus Earth Power and Focus Blast for coverage, almost nothing can wall this thing. Just watch out for Earthquakes!

I haven't made a lot of fusions so far (even though one of them is accepted but whatever)

I am reserving Hoopa/Camerupt, Hoopa/Volcanion and the ones down are all WIP, but I have posted them once and forgot about them, It is like, An "Inheritance" slate, so I will take off some common threats in Inheritance and fuse them, And also I will kinda make "rules" for them, in which the Secondary type of the donor is the primary type of the fusion, and primary type of the user the secondary type of the fusion
so I introduce to you:-

Parents:
Raichu and Whimsicott
Shared egg group: Fairy
Offspring name: Raicott
New type: Electric/Grass
Base stats: 70/88/80/93/87/123 (BST: 541)
New ability and desc: (Static + Prankster) Lightning - This Pokémon's Electric-type attacks have their priority increased by one.
Notable moves: Volt Tackle, Thunderbolt, Volt Switch, Giga Drain, Energy Ball, Signal Beam, Nasty Plot, HP Ice, Thunder Wave
Role identification: With very similar stats and ability to Talonflame, Raicott fulfils a similar role. Both its attack and special attack stats are usuable (and both are stronger than Talonflame's), however most of its movepool lies on the special side, and it has no physical grass-type STABs. In order to benefit from priority Volt Tackle, it could run a mixed set, however despite being marginally more powerful than Talonflame's Brave Bird (Raicott has a slightly higher attack stat), it is considerably less spammable, as Ground -types can switch in for free, costing you momentum, although with a neutrality to their Ground-type STABs and the ability to hit back with your own super-effective Grass-type STABs, you may wish to stay in, and in that situation you would obviously benefit from not being choice-locked.
However, more significant than Volt Tackle is Volt Switch; unless the opponent has a Ground-type/Lightning Rod answer, you can get off decent STAB damage with +1 priority and at the same time switch out into a suitably bulky or threatening mon to take their attack and potentially force a switch. Without Pokémon that are immune to Electric, this tactic would probably make Raicott fairly broken, as whenever you force a switch by Volt Switching into a counter, you can send Raicott right back in to repeat the process.
Another thing to note is that like Whimsicott, Raicott has priority Thunder Wave.

My attempt at a couple of sets:

Raicott @ Choice Specs
Ability: Lightning
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
-Volt Switch
-Energy Ball/Giga Drain
-Thunderbolt
-Hidden Power Ice/Signal Beam

Probably the more viable set, aimed purely at getting off as much damage as possible:
252 SpA Choice Specs Raicott Thunderbolt vs. 252 HP / 176 SpD Mega Slowbro: 344-408 (87.3 - 103.5%) -- 18.8% chance to OHKO
The Thunderbolt gives you that extra bit of power you may need to nab an OHKO. Hidden Power Ice makes Raicott a significantly less attractive target for Ground-, Dragon- and Grass-types, as with Choice Specs and Raicott's respectable Special Attack stat it will hurt them quite a bit:
252 SpA Choice Specs Raicott Hidden Power Ice vs. 12 HP / 0 SpD Garchomp: 360-424 (100 - 117.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO
With Multiscale, Dragonite fares much better, but for any Pokémon with a 4x Ice weakness, Raicott will seem like an intimidating foe.
Signal Beam is another coverage option with more power, but while the coverage is still good, it is not as good at taking out the things that can comfortably survive your STABs.

Raicott @ Life Orb
Ability: Lightning
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA/ 252 Spe
Timid Nature
-Volt Switch
-Giga Drain/Energy Ball
-Hidden Power Ice/Signal Beam
-Nasty Plot

As above, except this time you do somewhat less damage but may be forced to switch out less often whenever you choose not to click Volt Switch. You will also become absurdly powerful if given the opportunity to set up Nasty Plot(s). The Giga Drain was chosen over Energy Ball to mitigate the Life Orb recoil and improve survivability a bit.

Raicott

Sorry But, Jellivoir is already accepted
Damn I didn't notice. Well even though those are the two best Pokemon for the fusion it's not the only way to get that ability. I'll change it later

EDIT: Apparently Sableye + Lopunny was a thing too but no one said anything last slate.

New base stats: 92/120/90/105/95/115

New ability and desc: Forewarn
Notable moves: Baton Pass, Belly Drum, Focus Blast, Foul Play, Ice Beam, Lovely Kiss, Nasty Plot, Protect, Psyshock, Substitute, Taunt, Trick, Wish
Role Identification: Probably a setup sweeper but there are other options that you might be able to surprise your opponent with, such as a Belly Pass set.

New type: Normal / Fairy
New base stats: 117/81/94/95/102/54

New ability and desc: Leaf Guard
Notable moves: Acrobatics, Bullet Seed, Earthquake, Knock Off, Leech Seed, Seed Bomb, Sleep Powder, Swords Dance, Sunny Day, Synthesis, U-turn
Role Identification: Swords dance and a lack of special Flying STAB means that Tangruff probably has to make do with its slightly weaker physical attacks.

Parents: Kangaskhan + Haxorus
Shared Egg Group: Monster
Offspring: Kangorus-Khan
New typing:Normal/Dragon
New Stats: 100/131/95/60/85/103
New Ability and Desc: Khanqueror - Ignores type based immunities when attacking.
Notable Moves: Outrage, Double Edge, Fake Out, Swords Dance, Dragon Dance, Earthquake, Return, Taunt
Role Description: A powerful dragon type with an interesting ability that sets it apart from other Dragon and Normal types. Faires arent immune to its Outrage. Ghosts arent immune to its Double Edge. Skarmory is weak to Earthquake. Its what sets it apart... not needing coverage to smash Fairies or Ghosts, meaning that Outrage is 100% spammable.

DNA Donors: Shaymin-Sky + Raikou
Offspring name: Raimin-Sky
New type: Grass / Electric
New base stats: 102 / 94 / 75 / 130 / 87 / 141 (+7 HP, +13 Special Attack, +20 Speed)
New ability and desc: Light Weight (Pressure + Serene Grace): Moves with secondary chances used against this Pokemon have their chances halved, rounded down. (Scald has a 15% chance to burn, Fake Out has a 50% chance to flinch, etc.)
Notable moves: Volt Switch, Seed Flare, Earth Power, Thunderbolt, Calm Mind, Leech Seed, Shadow Ball, Air Slash, Dazzling Gleam
Role identification: Basically just a fast special attacker that reduces the chance of hax against it. This can help with Calm Mind sets when the opponent carries Moonblast for example. Otherwise it has a unique typing and some good coverage

Parents: Slaking / Torkoal
Shared egg group: Field
Offspring name: Torking
New type: Normal/Fire
New base stats: 120 / 132 / 130 / 100 / 77 / 70 (629)
New ability and desc: Smoky Lazy - White Smoke + Truant = Prevents other Pokemon from lowering it's stats on consecutive turns.
Notable moves: Return, Double-Edge, Fire Punch, Hammer Arm, Superpower, Gunk Shot, Ice Punch, Pursuit, Stone Edge, Shadow Claw, Sucker Punch, Thunder Punch, Earthquake, Night Slash, Encore, Rapid Spin, Shell Smash, Stealth Rock, Will-o-Wisp.
Role identification: A great, offensive Pokemon that can serve as a supporty tank or simply a tank. Shell Smash is easily it's best move, and coupled with almost perfect coverage with STABs alone, it's a huge threat. It has some nice, but niche coverage as well.

DNA donors: Stunfisk and Zapdos
Offspring Name: Stundos
New Typing: Ground/Electric
New Base Stats: 110/88/115/123/115/76 [+20 Def, +10 SpA, +10 SpD]
New Ability and Desc: Pressure + Static = Power Drain: Paralyzes any Pokemon that reduces its PP
Notable Moves: Volt Switch, Roost, Thunderbolt, Thunder Wave, Toxic, Earth Power, Stealth Rock, Discharge, Heat Wave, Defog, Scald.
Role Idenfication: This is Stunfisk, but better in every single way. It's a good burdspam counter, Electric Wall, and PP staller all in one. It's access to volt switch allows for it to be a bulky pivot. With access to roost, it allows Stundos to keep itself alive for longer and it's got better bulk than suicune at 110/115/115 stats, and with a pretty slow roost allows it to heal faster and with a 123 special attack stat it can actually threaten things with any of it's coverage moves. It also has access to stealth rock, which allows it to find a place on hazard stacking teams.

DNA Donors: Landorus-T / Tornadus-T
Offspring name: Landornadus
New type: Ground / Flying
New base stats: 84 / 122 / 85 / 127 / 85 / 126 (+20 Sp. Attack, +20 Speed)
New ability and desc: Regenidation (Intimidation + Regenerator) - Lowers attack and heals 1/3 of max HP when switching out.
Notable moves: Stealth Rock, Hurricane, Earth Power, Calm Mind, Taunt, U-turn, Earthquake, Knock Off, Superpower, Swords Dance, Heatwave, Grass Knot, Focus Blast, Sludge Wave, Psychic
Role identification: Fast, physically bulky supporter with solid offensive coverage

DNA Donors: Terrakion + Dugtrio
Offspring name: Terraktrio
New type: Fighting / Ground
New base stats: 73 / 124 (+20) / 70 / 61 / 80 / 134 (+20)
New ability and desc: Justified + Arena Trap = Corrupt Justice - Traps Dark types
Notable moves: Earthquake, Stone Edge, Close Combat, Sucker Punch, Sword Dance, Memento, Stealth Rock
Role identification: Hate all of those pesky dark types running around FE? Use the best method of beating them - A fighting type that traps them!!!

DNA Donors: Klinklang + Plusle
Offspring Name: Klinkle
New Type: Electric/Steel
New Base Stats: 70/75/77/77/90/112 (+10 Hp/+10 SpD/ +20 Spe) (BST: 501)
New Ability: Magnetic Surge (Plus + Minus): Users Special Attack is doubled.
Notable Moves: Nasty Plot, Volt Switch, Thunderbolt, Flash Cannon, Signal Beam, Grass Knot, Shift Gear
Role Identification: Looking just at this pokemon's stats and moves, it seems horrible. It has low offensive stats and little bulk. It's move options are very small. But when you add the ability, this thing gets stupidly strong. With 154 base Special Attack and Nasty Plot, Klinkle will rip holes in teams with no special walls. If the opponent misplays, Klinkle could even pull off a Shift Gear + Nasty Plot Set

Shared Egg Group: Water 1

New Type: Dragon/Dark
New Base Stats: 91/124/91/111/95/111 (+10 All) (BST: 623)

Notable Moves: Dragon Dance, Night Slash, Dragon Claw, Earthquake, Water Shuriken, Waterfall, Fire Punch, Ice Punch, U-Turn, and much more
Role Identification: A very powerful physical attacker.

New Ability: Cold Heart (Clear Body + Ice Body): Prevents the lowering of this pokemon's stats
Notable Moves: Diamond Storm, Ice Shard, Stealth Rock, Earthquake, Avalanche
Role Identification: A decently bulky Pokemon that can can deal decent damage too. It's speed is too low, so you should use the mega

Offspring Name: Dianlie-Mega

New Ability: Bladesmith(No Guard + Stance Change) This pokemon's attacks never miss. Reverts to Shield form when it uses Kings Shield
Notable Moves: Kings Shield, Shadow Sneak, Iron Head, Head Smash, Sacred Sword, Night Slash, Swords Dance
Role Identification: Imagine Aegislash with better defense and attack, but worse special stats. This is Douslash. With No Guard, Douslash can now spam head smash with out a chance of missing.

OK, I'm not sure why we've had a few people DNA fuse 670 BSTers, because it's still not allowed (Slaking, however, can fuse when it doesn't fuse via DNA). Also, for future reference, if you have .5 base stat, round it down.

Wait is rounding it down a rule? I thought you can either round it down or up, which I had done with a few of my submissions, that 1 stat may not matter much except for speed anyway, but it also MAY differ

oops, I thought it was ABOVE 670 not allowed. I'll edit ;).

New Ability: Scary Buzz: Lowers the opponents attack upon the switch and prevents them from using bug-type moves.
Notable Moves: Sticky Web, Defog, Quiver Dance, Poison Jab, U-turn, Water-type Coverage, Knock Off, Substitute.
Role Identification: Mega Beedrill, but it is a tiny bit weaker offense wise, outspeeds it, has a good ability before mega and gets Substitute, Webs, Quiver Dance and bonus coverage. Not bad for two unviable PU-ers.

DNA Donors: Lucario and Hawlucha
Offspring Name: Hawcario
New Type: Steel/Flying
New Base Stats: 84/111/82/104/76/114 or 84/146/100/139/76/136 mega.

Notable Moves: Strong recoil moves, Spikes, Thunder Wave, Toxic, Support moves.
Role Identification:Strong attacker and support Pokemon alongside mega.
I just noticed this but I think some of your megas are invalid since Beedrillite is banned, and Salemencite and Gengarite are banned from OU. Not sure if that'll change your mind about your fusions, but just letting you know.

Some new ones and some reposts

OP ability? Yeah, but who cares with a name like that?

Parents: Yanma + Scolipede
Shared egg group: Bug
Offspring name: Yanapede
New type: Bug - Flying
New base stats: 73/93/77/75/67/114 (BST 499)
New ability and desc: Swarm Lord (Swarm + Speed Boost): On each turn, all pokemon on the field have their bug type moves boosted by the equivalent of one stage. (1 turn = 1.5x, 2 turns = 2x, 4 turns = 3x, etc) This maxes out after 6 turns.
Notable moves: Protect, Substitute, Agility, Bug Buzz, X-Scissor, U-turn, Shadow Ball, EQ
Role identification: Dang tho. This guy, while faced with mediocre bulk, can instantly boost its STAB moves to 1.5x power using protect. 114 speed means that it can jump in on other threats and boost to insane power. In fact, there is almost no point running coverage because a 4x boosted 1/2 effective move is stronger than a SE coverage when applying STAB. Coverage moves do help to get there, though, as most intelligent players would switch to a strong Ghost/Steel tank to quarter the damage. The true power of Yanapede, though, comes in its unpredictability, as it can easily plummel teams with a mixed set after it is boosted. Yanapede is not without counters, even when boosted, as a 4x SR weakness, no defense to Aerilate and Refrigerate ExtremeSpeed/Fakeout, bug being resisted by a load of types, and 114 speed being the only thing keeping Yanapede from certain death all cripple Yanapede. Overall, Yanapede is really high risk and really high reward. Don't forget that the opponent can switch in their bug and farm your boosts...

Balanced BH Chansey? Not really, just a niche wannabe

Parents: Blissey + Ditto
Shared egg group: DNA
Offspring name: Bitsey
New type: Normal
New base stats: 152 / 29 / 49 / 62 / 92 / 72 (29+20 Def, 52+20 Spe, BST 456)
New ability and desc: Static Shed (Limber + Natural Cure): This Pokemon heals from Paralysis upon switching out.
Notable moves: Transform, Wish, Thunder Wave, Soft-Boiled, Seismic Toss, Heal Bell, Toxic, Stealth Rock
Role identification: Basically switch in and repetitively bluff whether or not you will transform. Because Bitsey inherits Blissey's cleric-ness, it can attempt to be a cleric outside of a opponent stealer, but it is horribly outclassed by the likes of Umbord and Blisskiss. Bitsey is also not the best opponent stealer it could be at all (High HP mew fusions), but Bitsey still beats plain old Ditto. Also, transform taking a turn to activate (and Bitsey's mediocre base 72 speed) mean that it will likely have to take a hit before morphing. That doesn't sound horrible, but remember: You will want to invest in HP as well for bulk after transforming and Speed for a faster transformation. The choice in how you build your EVs yours!

Non-Mega Mega Lopunny is here!

Parents: Kangaskhan + Terrakion
Shared egg group: DNA
Offspring name: Kangaskion
New type: Normal - Fighting
New base stats: 118 / 112 / 85 / 56 / 85 / 119 (98+20 HP, 99+20 Spe, BST 575)
New ability and desc: Miracle Strike (Scrappy + Justified): This pokemon's Normal and Fighting type moves can hit Ghost types, as well as their Psychic type moves being able to hit Dark types.
Notable moves: Return / Double Edge, Close Combat for perfect coverage STABs.
For the other slots, Fake Out, Swords Dance, Sacred Sword, Taunt, Endeavor, Substitute, Roar / Circle Throw, Stealth Rock, Elemental Punches, Drain Punch, Sucker Punch
Role identification: Say hello to one of the first non-megas that actually abuses Mega Lopunny's coverage! Basically your damage dealing moves are Return / Double Edge and CC, as there is no need for any additional coverage. Instead, you can put cool stuff like Stealth Rock or Sucker Punch there! Asides from moves, Kangaskion is better than the common MLopunny fusions because it doesn't use up a mega slot.

I have no idea why I thought of this, but it seemed like it could be pretty strangely cool

Parents: Furfrou + Registeel
Shared egg group: DNA
Offspring name: Furegi
New type: Normal - Steel
New base stats: 97 / 77 / 105 / 70 / 140 / 76 (77+20 HP, 120+20 SpD, BST 565)
New ability and desc: Fur Body (Fur Coat + Clear Body): This Pokemon's defense is doubled, and it (this Pokemon's defense) cannot be lowered.
Notable moves: Cotton Guard?, Return, Iron Head, Magnet Rise, Toxic, Thunder Wave, Sucker Punch, Roar, Rest, Sleep Talk, U-Turn
Role identification: A Normal-Steel that doesn't die instantly to mach punch?
252+ Atk Conkeldurr Close Combat vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Fur Coat Furegi: 316-376 (79.3 - 94.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
I know Conk doesn't get CC, but it doesn't matter when Furegi can survive that! After a Cotton Guard, the same calc does a little over 1/3 damage, and after two, it does around a quarter. And that is a 120 BP 4x super effective move, coming from a mon with base 140 attack. With TWave and Toxic at its disposal as well as an immunity to Toxic and Rest to heal from burns or other stuff, Furegi can actually function as this strange wall. Except base 77 attack lol

Say hello to Señor Shenanigans! (And his mega(s) which is in the hide thing)

Parents: Metagross + Aegislash
Shared egg group: DNA
Offspring name: Maegis
New type: Ghost - Steel
New base stats:
Attack Form: 90 / 142 / 90 / 122 / 70 / 85
Defense Form: 90 / 90 / 142 / 70 / 122 / 85
(Fused with Blade Form, 70+20 HP, 65+20 Spe, BST 599)
New ability and desc: Stance Guard (Clear Body + Stance Change): Switches to Attack Form while using attacking moves, and Defense form with King's Shield. In Attack Form, attacking stats cannot be lowered. In Defense Form, defending stats cannot be lowered. Speed cannot be lowered in either form.
Notable moves: King's Shield, Shadow Sneak, Bullet Punch, Meteor Smash / Iron Head, Shadow Claw, Pursuit, Brick Break / Sacred Sword, Thunder / Ice Punch, Zen Headbutt, Night Slash, Head Smash and ResTalk
Role identification: Aegiclone that doesn't really work like most Aegiclones. Basically, it is meant to be mega evolved, but its base form isn't horrible. If you do choose to mega evolve it, then some shenanigans can start to come into play: Do you mega evolve in Attack or Defense Form?

Parents: Metagross-Mega + Aegislash
Shared egg group: DNA
Offspring name: Maegis-Mega
New type: Ghost - Steel
New base stats:
MEvolving from Attack Form: 90 / 152 / 110 / 132 / 90 / 125
MEvolving from Defense Form: 90 / 100 / 162 / 80 / 142 / 125
(BST either way is 699)
New ability and desc: Tough Claws
Notable moves: Same: King's Shield, Shadow Sneak, Bullet Punch, Meteor Smash / Iron Head, Shadow Claw, Pursuit, Brick Break / Sacred Sword, Thunder / Ice Punch, Zen Headbutt, Night Slash, Head Smash and ResTalk
Newly notable: Flash Cannon, Shadow Ball, Sludge Bomb, Psychic
Role identification: Get two megas in one! Not to mention two awesome megas! Either abuse tough-claws boosted physical moves to destroy things (along with special coverage), or WALL EVERYTHING with ghost/steel 90/162/142 bulk! And the upside about both megas is that they are blistering fast (especially for a powerful FE attacker)(double especially for a wall), which means that both forms can do what they do even better!

even more inbound

Here goes!

Parents: Mew and Umbreon
Shared egg group: DNA
Offspring name: Umbrew
New type: Psychic / Dark
New base stats: 118/83/105/80/115/103 (BST: 604, Speed +20, HP +20)
New ability and desc: Synchronize
Notable moves: Will-O-Wisp, Nasty Plot, Dark Pulse, Psychic, Psyshock, Ice Beam, Fire Blast, Thunderbolt, Rock Polish, Baton Pass, Thunder Wave, Soft-Boiled, Synthesis, Foul Play, Toxic, Protect, U-Turn, Focus Blast, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave.
Role identification: Status Spreader, annoyer and Tank; potentially Special attacking cleaner.

Potential sets:

Status spreader:
Item: Leftovers
Nature: Timid / Jolly (with U-Turn)
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def, Att (with U-Turn) or SpA (with any Special Attack) / 252 Spe
IVs: 0 Attack (unless running U-Turn)
Moveset:
- Will-O-Wisp
- T-wave / Toxic
- Soft-Boiled
- U-Turn/Protect/Magic Coat/(Special Attack)
Description: Base 103 speed with timid outspeeds anything up to and including jolly Garchomp, allowing a swift Will-O-Wisp or T-wave (depending on the opponent) to turn most Offensive pokemon into dead weight. Only two weaknesses coupled with 118/105/115 bulk and max HP means many Pokemon will simply not be able to do enough damage to you before you hit them with a T-wave or Will-o-wisp and then Soft-Boiled the damage off; you could also go from max HP to max Def or max SDef instead for improved bulk on one side.
U-Turn allows scouting and is very effective at that off a base 103 speed, but low Attack and general mediocre offensive pressure means Umbrew doesn't force a lot of switches, so protect is a viable alternative. Magic Coat is an option for sending back entry hazards and status moves too. There are some offensive options too, such as STAB Dark Pulse which nothing is immune to, STAB Psyshock so you can actually do something to Blissey, Fire Blast for Klefki, Sludge Wave for Clefable, and more.

Other set options:
A Life Orb Nasty Plot set can utilise Umbrew's enormous movepool and deal a lot of damage, and with Umbrew's defenses and low number of weaknesses is very easy to set up. However, any Bug or Fairy with good offensive presence will force you out if it can take a hit or it is faster, and a base 80 Special Attack is very unimpressive without boosts. Fast U-Turn users like Scarf Landorus-T are also threatening and give the opponent a huge momentum boost.

Parents: Noivern + Porygon-Z
Shared egg group: DNA
Offspring name: Poryvern-Z
New type: Dragon/Normal
New base stats: 95/75/75/126/78/127 (BST: 576, HP +10, Special Attack +10, Speed +20)
New ability and desc: Adaptrator (Adaptability + Infiltrator) - Boosts the STAB boost of moves used by this Pokemon from 1.5x to 2x; all Same Type moves used by this Pokemon ignore Light Screen, Reflect, Safeguard and Substitute.
Notable moves: Boomburst, Hyper Voice, Dragon Pulse, Draco Meteor, Agility, Nasty Plot, Charge Beam, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Flamethrower, Focus Blast, Dark Pulse, Heat Wave, U-Turn, Tailwind.
Role identification: Devastating Special Sweeper; Revenge Killer and Scout.

Potential sets:

Choice Revenge Killer:
Item: Choice Specs / Choice Scarf
Nature: Timid (with Specs) / Modest (with Scarf).
EVs: 4 Att / 252 Sp Att / 252 Spe
Moveset:
- Boomburst
- Flamethrower
- Focus Blast
- U-Turn / Dragon Pulse / Dark Pulse
Description: With 126/127 offensive stats and the boost from Adaptratror, Noivern is an offensive monster with the power and speed to blow through hyper and bulky offense with ease once its few checks are gone. Specs will provide more than enough power to OHKO a huge number of Pokemon with the correct move, while a Scarf will allow the already supersonic Noivern to blast past almost any other Scarfer and revenge kill a weakened threat or check.
Boomburst with Adaptrator has an effective base power of 280, vaporising most things that don't resist it. Focus Blast crushes Tyranitar, easily OHKOing offensive Mega Tyranitar if Noivern is carrying Specs, but has little utility outside of that. Flamethrower is Noivern's most effective option against Steel types like Ferrothorn, Scizor and Mega Aggron.
Finally, Dark Pulse will hit bulky Ghosts fairly hard; alternatively, Dragon Pulse is a secondary STAB that is very spammable when Fairy types have been removed; it also does slightly more to most ghosts than Dark Pulse does thanks to Adaptrator (Aegislash being the exception) but if you fear Fairy and Steel types then stick with Dark Pulse, which Fairies are not immune to and Steel does not resist. Alternatively, and preferably, put U-Turn in the fourth moveslot to scout for counters and unexpected plays; it can also hurt incoming Tyranitars as you switch out and break potential focus sashes such as Alakazam's.

Other set options:
A Life Orb boosting set with Boomburst, Flamethrower, Focus Blast and Nasty Plot will decimate defensive and bulky-offense teams; however, Nasty Plot is almost impossible to set up reliably with so many powerful offensive threats; however, Noivern is good at forcing switches which can be capitalized on. Charge Beam can be used over Nasty Plot if you want a fourth attack with the potential to boost, but it is weak and unreliable.

Doubles: Poryvern-Z is also a powerful Doubles mon with an excellent movepool and strong spread moves. Hyper Voice and Boomburst are both viable primary STAB moves, with Boomburst being stronger but also harming your teammates; Heat Wave deals with Steels and also hits both opponents, and Focus Blast blows away Tyranitar. Tailwind is also a good option, further supporting the team, and Poryvern-Z has the speed to easily pull it off.

Parents: Kingdra and Metagross
Shared egg group: DNA
Offspring name: Kingdross
New type: Dragon/Steel
New base stats: 77/135/112/95/112/77 (BST: 608, Attack +20, Spec Def +20)
New ability and desc: Sniper Vision (Sniper + Clear Body) - If this Pokemon's Attack or Accuracy is lowered by any means (other than self-inflicted), its next hit will be a guaranteed Critical Hit. After this critical hit is dealt, its Attack and Accuracy will both be reset to 1x.
Notable moves: Meteor Mash, Dragon Dance, Outrage, Waterfall, Agility, Bullet Punch, Earthquake, Hammer Arm, Thunderpunch, Ice Punch, Zen Headbutt, Grass Knot.
Role identification: Assault Vest physically-offensive Tank; Scarfing Revenge Killer; Dragon Dance sweeper (as Mega).

Potential sets:

Assault Vest tank:
Item: Assault Vest
Nature: Careful
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Att / 252 Sp Def
Moveset:
- Meteor Mash
- Ice Punch
- Hammer Arm / Earthquake
- Thunderpunch / Outrage
Description: Similar in design to Assault Vest Tyranitar; it lacks the sandstorm's Sp Def boost that the latter is privy to, but Kingdross' weaknesses are a paltry 2, with zero compounded weaknesses, and more powerful STAB moves to punish special attackers and switch-ins. Meteor Mash is the strongest reliable STAB, Ice Punch wrecks Gliscor and any Landorus-T suicidal enough to attempt to use Intimidate. Hammer Arm and Earthquake hit opposing steels; Hammer Arm hits Ferrothorn harder while Earthquake also deals with Fire types. Finally, Thunderpunch wrecks Gyarados and deals decent damage to Skarmory; Outrage can be used instead as it is his strongest STAB move, but locking into such a move is dangerous until all resists are gone.

And now its Mega Form...

Mega Kingdross
New type:
Dragon/Steel
New base stats: 77/145/132/105/132/117 (Metagrossite boosts: +10 Att and SpA, +20 Def and SDef; +40 Spe)
Item: Metagrossite
New Ability: Tough Claws
Nature: Adamant / Jolly (Naive / Naughty if running Grass Knot)
EVs: 252 Att / 252 Speed / 4 HP or SpA (with Grass Knot)
Moveset:
- Dragon Dance
- Meteor Mash / Iron Head
- Outrage
- Earthquake / Grass Knot / Thunderpunch
Description: Dragon Dance turns Mega Kingdross into a runaway locomotive that can steamroll entire teams. With 145/105/117 offensive stats is dangerous even without boosts, but give it a single DD boost and very few things can stop it. Meteor Mash is powerful, reliable and nothing is immune to it, hence it is the primary STAB choice; Iron Head can be used for 100% accuracy and the flinch chance, although the power drop can miss out on some kills. Outrage will steamroll teams once Fairies and bulky Steels have been removed. Finally, Earthquake removes opposing Steel types and is the best move against Fire type threats. Grass Knot is a niche move that easily rips apart Quagsire and deals heavy damage to (Mega) Slowbro; Thunderpnch deals with Gyarados and Skarmory - both these are generally inferior to Earthquake though.

EDIT:
Abilities changes to fit into the rules. 3rd entry added.

Well, guess I'll throw in my 'mons again.

DNA Donors: Kyurem + Liepard
Offspring Name: Kyurepard
New typing: Dragon/Dark
New base stats: 95/119/70/119/70/121 (+10 Atk, +10 SpA, +20 Spe) (594 BST)
New Ability + description: Pressure + Unburden = Demoralize (Opposing Pokemon have their Speed halved as long as they are holding items)
Notable moves: Nasty Plot, Dark Pulse, Dragon Pulse, Earth Power, Ice Beam, Grass Knot, Focus Blast, Draco Meteor, Flash Cannon, Psychic, Roost, Hone Claws, Knock Off, Dragon Claw, Gunk Shot, Play Rough, Stone Edge, Iron Tail, Sucker Punch, Seed Bomb, Zen Headbutt, U-turn, Trick
Role identification: This is much like Infernape, except stronger, faster, bulkier, and with Hydreigon's typing. Also like Infernape, this has the ability to go either physical or special, or even mixed if you so desire. While Kyurepard's Ability might seem overpowering, it only affects foes which still have their items. It also does not protect Kyurepard from priority, a good amount of which hits it super-effectively. Kyurepard's bulk is also lacking, meaning that even a fairly strong neutral hit is going to do a lot of damage.

DNA Donors: Metagross + Hitmonlee
Offspring Name: Metanlee
New typing: Steel/Fighting
New base stats: 75/138/102/65/100/89 (+10 HP, +10 Atk, +10 Def, +10 Spe) (569 BST)
New Ability + description: Clear Body + Reckless = Reckless Body (The bearer's attacks with recoil or crash damage have 1.1x power and have no recoil/crash damage)
Notable moves: Agility, Meteor Mash, High Jump Kick, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Knock Off, Bullet Punch, Zen Headbutt, Blaze Kick, Mach Punch, Stealth Rock
Role identification: As good as this is, you're mostly going to be using this for its Mega.

DNA Donors: Metagross + Hitmonlee
Offspring Name: Mega Metanlee
New typing: Steel/Fighting
New base stats: 75/148/122/75/120/129 (669 BST)
New Ability + description: Tough Claws
Notable moves: Everything listed above
Role identification: Good bulk, a massive 148 base Attack backed by Tough Claws, and 129 base Speed coupled with Bullet Punch/Mach Punch to be almost entirely sure it hits you before you hit it make Mega Metanlee a fearsome threat in FE. Besides that, there's its move-pool, its typing, and pretty much everything about it actually. If this doesn't get voted, I'm gonna be sad. (actually, probably not, I'm just gonna shrug my shoulders and move on, but please do vote for this!)

DNA Donors: Cobalion + Aurorus
Offspring Name: Aurorlion
New typing: Fighting/Ice
New base stats: 107/103/100/104/92/83 (+20 Atk, +10 SpA, +10 SpD) (589 BST)
New Ability + description: Justified + Refrigerate = Cold-Hearted (Justified + Refrigerate effects)
Notable moves: Calm Mind, Rock Polish, Focus Blast, Hyper Voice, Freeze-Dry, Dark Pulse, Flash Cannon, Psychic, Volt Switch, Swords Dance, Close Combat, Return, Earthquake, Iron Head, Sacred Sword, Zen Headbutt, Facade, Stealth Rock, dual screens, Thunder Wave, Encore
Role identification: With roughly as much bulk as Mew, boosting moves for both attacking stats, and Rock Polish, Aurorlion will be an interesting fusion if it gets voted. Rock Polish with a Toxic Orb seems interesting, as you get an immensely powerful STAB Facade.

DNA Donors: Zoroark + Keldeo
Offspring Name: Zoroldeo
New typing: Dark/Fighting
New base stats: 75/106/81/125/81/115 (+18 Atk, +6 Def, + 1 SpA, +6 SpD, +9 Spe) (583 BST)
New Ability + description: Illusion + Justified = Justice Illusion (The bearer appears as the last Pokemon in the party until it takes direct damage. In addition, Dark-type damaging moves do not break the illusion and raise the bearer's Attack stat by 1 stage if hit by one)
Notable moves: Nasty Plot, Calm Mind, Dark Pulse, Secret Sword, Extrasensory, Hydro Pump, Flamethrower, Grass Knot, Sludge Bomb, Night Daze, U-turn, Swords Dance, Knock Off, Close Combat, Sucker Punch, Poison Jab, Sacred Sword, X-Scissor, Icy Wind
Role identification: Fast and strong, with the addition of Illusion mindgames. Secret Sword in particular is cool in that it hits the target on its Defense stat, thus easily breaking walls that have low Defense and rely on their special bulk to save them. It can go for a Swords Dance set for further mindgames, as it certainly has the powerful moves to make a mark.

Also, I know I really like Fighting-types; what's wrong with really liking Fighting-types?

More hopefully coming later.

Here goes!

Parents: Mew and Umbreon
Shared egg group: DNA
Offspring name: Umbrew
New type: Psychic / Dark
New base stats: 118/83/105/80/115/103 (BST: 604, Speed +20, HP +20)
New ability and desc: Synchrofocus (Synchronize + Inner Focus) - Status effects are also dealt to the opponent.
Explanation: If this Pokemon suffers the damage or effects of any status condition (Burn, Poison, Toxic PSN, Paralysis, Freeze or Sleep) and is faster than the foe, the foe will suffer the same effect that turn (i.e. fully paralyzed, burn damage, poison damage); in the case of the user suffering from sleep or freeze, the opponent has a 25% chance to fail their action.

Magic Coat is an option for sending back entry hazards and status moves if you don't want to utilise Synchrofocus.

New type: Dragon/Normal
New base stats: 95/75/75/126/78/127 (BST: 576, HP +10, Special Attack +10, Speed +20)
New ability and desc: Adaptapathy (Adaptability + Telepathy) - Boosts the STAB boost of moves used by this Pokemon and its allies from 1.5x to 2x, but take 2x damage from opponents' spread moves.
Notable moves: Boomburst, Hyper Voice, Dragon Pulse, Draco Meteor, Agility, Nasty Plot, Charge Beam, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Flamethrower, Focus Blast, Dark Pulse, Heat Wave, U-Turn, Tailwind.
Role identification: Devastating Special Sweeper; Revenge Killer and Scout.

Reserved:

Kingdra + Metagross
Umbrew needs to have Synchronize because Inner Focus is Umbreon's hidden ability, and Poryvern-Z's ability is invalid for the same reasons that Umbrew needs to have Synchronize. Outside of that, they're both fine.

Ah thanks for the heads up. They have now been corrected and replaced with legal abilities.

Alright, here's my votes.

Kyurem/Liepard (One of mine, and everyone likes 'mons similar to Infernape, right? Right?)
Metagross/Hitmonlee (Another of mine, and yet another destructive force)
Zoroark/Keldeo (Yet another of mine. This one's also a Dark-type that beats other Dark-types!)
Exploud/Ampharos (This seems really good, especially after an Agility)
Milotic/Hydreigon (Just has a lot it can do, and I like 'mons like that)
Raichu/Whimsicott (Looks fun to play, with Life Orb Nasty Plot seeming particularly good)
Zygarde/Gallade (DDance sweepers are fun)
Lucario/Hawlucha (Even without its Mega, this is looking good)
Stunfisk/Zapdos (Stunfisk finally gets a chance to be viable. Plus, it gets a slow Volt Switch, which is always neat)
Terrakion/Dugtrio (Hits hard, hits fast, and murders Dark-types)
