so any news on potentially allowing Blazikenite, Salamencite and Metagrossite?
I asked about at least Metagrossite, and G-Luke said that it’s banned because it’s an Uber Mega now, but this debate isn’t over yet. Just know that they’re still illegal for now.

Also yea subs are open since I was gonna open them tomorrow morning anyway

And yes this is just a regular slate

Reserving Gumshoos / Giratina, Jynx / Yveltal, Salazzle / Hydregion and Castform / Groundon

EDIT: wait, I almost forgot Nidoking / Attack Deoxys

Arceus / Shedinja, Reshiram / Camerupt, and Zekrom / Seaking as resubs.

New submissions:

It's not Casper, its an any-weather setter.
Parents: Castform, Groundon
Shared egg group: DNA
Offspring name: Casdon
New type: Normal / Ground
New base stats:
85 / 110 / 105 / 105 (+20) / 100 (+20) / 80
New ability and desc: Forecast Weather (Forecast + Drought; Depending on the held Weather Rock (Heat Rock, Damp Rock, Smooth Rock, Icy Rock) Casdon summons the appropriate weather and changes it's normal typing to the appropriate type (Fire, Water, Rock, Ice) when in the appropriate weather. No weather is summoned without a Weather Rock)
Notable moves: Weather Ball, Focus Blast, Hurricane, Earth Power, Shadow Ball, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Scald, Hydro Pump, Energy Ball, Solar Beam, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Dragon Pulse, Return, Hammer Arm, Earthquake, Precipice Blades, Stone Edge, Rock Slide, Shadow Claw, Iron Head, Fire Punch, Thunder Punch, Dragon Claw, Bulk Up, Rock Polish, Thunder Wave, Swords Dance, Stealth Rock, Amnesia, Cosmic Power, Clear Smog, Tailwind, Work Up (Gosh that's a heck of a lot moves)
Role identification: It's a weather setter which can be any weather you need. Also abuses said weather in a good way. Can go either Physical or Special depending on your needs. The primal is not mentioned because I have no idea why you would use it.

What if Stakeout had a better user?
Parents: Gumshoos, Giratina
Shared egg group: DNA
Offspring name: Gumtina
New type: Normal / Ghost
New base stats:
119 / 105 / 90 / 77 / 90 / 67
New ability and desc: Pressure Stakes (Stakeout + Pressure; If the opponent just switched in, moves from this Pokémon have their power doubled and if they successfully hit the opponent, the opponent's moves lose 2 PP every time they are used until they switch out)
Notable moves: Return, Earthquake, Stone Edge, U-Turn, Shadow Claw, Shadow Force, Shadow Sneak, Iron Head, Aqua Tail, Dragon Claw, Outrage, Crunch, Super Fang, Thunder Wave, Will-O-Wisp, Defog, Destiny Bond, Hone Claws
Role identification: Umm, really sure you can figure this out.

This is an interesting idea i had.
Parents: Shamin-Sky, Dragalge
Shared egg group: DNA
Offspring name: Shaydrag
New type: Grass / Dragon
New base stats:
82 / 89 / 82 / 128 (+20) / 99 / 105 (+20)
New ability and desc: Serene Adaptability (Serene Grace + Adaptability; Both effects combined)
Notable moves: Focus Blast, Sludge Wave, Earth Power, Shadow Ball, Surf, Hydro Pump, Energy Ball, Seed Flare, Leaf Storm, Thunderbolt, Psychic, Dragon Pulse, Draco Meteor, Dazzling Gleam
Role identification: Scary sweeper with Serene Grace boosted Seed Flare boosted by Adaptability. Also has STAB Draco Meteor. It will hit hard, but speed is kinda low, and Grass / Dragon is crap for defensive.

WHO WANTS A TACO!?
Parents: Nidoking, Deoxys-Attack
Shared egg group: DNA
Offspring name: DeI Tacoking
New type: Psychic / Ground
New base stats:
65 / 141 / 48 / 152 (+20) / 47 / 137 (+20)
New ability and desc: Tacer Master (Pressure + Sheer Force; Doubles the power of moves with a secondary chance of something, but removes said chance and the move uses twice the PP)
Notable moves: Focus Blast, Sludge Wave, Earth Power, Signal Beam, Shadow Ball, Flash Cannon, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Energy Ball, Thunderbolt, Psychic, Psycho Boost, Ice Beam, Dark Pulse, Poison Jab, Rock Slide, Fire Punch, Thunder Punch, Zen Headbutt, Ice Punch,
Role identification: This was a member, but now it's a brutal attacker. It gets STABS and a crap ton of coverage all boosted by this ability. IMO that's all I need to say...

Redone submissions:

Ignoring abilities is cool.
Parents: Reshiram, Camerupt
Shared egg group: DNA
Offspring name: Reshirupt
New type: Fire / Ground
New base stats:
95 (+10) / 110 / 95 (+10) / 127 / 97 / 80 (+15)
New ability and desc: Turbo Armor (Turboblaze + Magma Armor; This Pokémon completely ignores abilities affecting it and the opponent's as well)
Notable moves: Hyper Voice, Focus Blast, Earth Power, Ancient Power, Shadow Ball, Flash Cannon, Fusion Flare, Blue Flare, Psychic, Dragon Pulse, Draco Meteor, Stealth Rock, Rock Polish, Roost (ok seriously. Why does Reshiram get this again?)
Role identification: Yay no more worries of Abilities messing you over. Fire / Ground has good coverage and Blue Flare will hit hard. Also has some interesting coverage moves, access to Stealth Rock and recovery in Roost, and a sweeping option in Rock Polish.

Can't forget his brother
Parents: Zekrom, Seaking
Shared egg group: DNA
Offspring name: Zeaking
New type: Electric / Water
New base stats:
95 (+5) / 127 (+6) / 97 (+5) / 110 (+18) / 95 (+5) / 80 (+1)
New ability and desc: Tera Veil (Teravolt + Water Veil; This Pokémon completely ignores abilities affecting it and the opponent's as well)
Notable moves: Return, Poison Jab, Drill Run, Rock Slide, Stone Edge, Megahorn, Waterfall, Fusion Bolt, Bolt Strike, Zen Headbutt, Dragon Claw, Outrage, Crunch, Knock Off, Agility, Roost (again, how does Zekrom even use this?)
Role identification: The physical variant. This one is mostly the same as Reshirupt, but without a Double Weakness, lack of Stealth Rock, and a bit more coverage. This one has Agility instead of Rock Polish.

I had to change it in order to balance it ok?
Parents: Arceus, Shedinja
Shared egg group: DNA
Offspring name: Arinja
New type: Normal / Bug
New base stats:
60 / 125 (+20) / 82 / 75 / 75 / 100 (+20)
New ability and desc: Any-Type Guard (Multitype + Wonder Guard; Changes the Pokémon's Normal Typing based on the held plate and makes the Pokémon immune to Super-effective moves)
Notable moves: I don't even have a clue what kind of crap this would run...
Role identification:

Torko Bulu
Donors: Torkoal + Tapu Bulu
Sun and Grass.
New Type:

Ability: Photosynthesis Surge (Drought + Grassy Surge) - Summons both Sun and Grassy Terrain upon switch-in.
Stats: 70 HP ±0 / 107 Atk ±0 / 127 Def ±0 / 105 SpA +20 / 102 SpD +20 / 47 Spe ±0
Notable Moves:
: Horn Leech, Stone Edge, Megahorn, Zen Headbutt, Superpower, Brick Break, Earthquake, Gyro Ball
: Solar Beam, Lava Plume, Dazzling Gleam, Sludge Bomb, Eruption
: Calm Mind, Bulk Up, Swords Dance, Leech Seed, Rototiller, Taunt
Role Identification: When you switch it in, it sets up Grassy Terrain and Sunlight for teammates to use, most notably with Solar Beam. Torko Bulu itself can also fight with Calm Mind, Swords Dance, or just plain bulk.

Palkargo
Donors: Palkia + Magcargo
Spatial Flares.
New Type:

Ability: Pressure Burn (Pressure + Flame Body) - If it uses an attack with a chance to burn, said chance to burn is doubled.
Stats: 75 HP ±0 / 85 Atk ±0 / 125 Def +20 / 140 SpA +20 / 100 SpD ±0 / 65 Spe ±0
Notable Moves:
: Flame Charge
: Spatial Rend, Lava Plume, Surf, Hydro Pump, Earth Power, Solar Beam, Inferno, Infestation, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Aura Sphere, Power Gem
: Shell Smash, Will-O-Wisp, Rock Polish, Trick Room, Recover
Role Identification: On one hand, you can use it to burn opponents and sponge physical attacks. On the other hand, you can run a Shell Smash set and pretty much be a Special Attacking Crustle. What you do with it is up to you.

Heezing
Donors: Heatran + Weezing
Volcanic Smog.
New Type:

Ability: Fuel to the Fire (Flash Fire + Levitate) - If hit with a Fire- or Ground-type move, the damage is nullified and its Fire-type moves are powered up.
Stats: 78 HP ±0 / 90 Atk ±0 / 113 Def ±0 / 127 SpA +20 / 108 SpD +20 / 68 Spe ±0
Notable Moves:
: Flame Charge, Explosion
: Magma Storm, Lava Plume, Flash Cannon, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Solar Beam, Dark Pulse, Earth Power, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Sludge Bomb, Infestation
: Destiny Bond, Haze, Will-O-Wisp, Toxic Spikes, Substitute, Toxic, Pain Split
Role Identification: It's got pretty good bulk, and hey, will you look at that, no weaknesses. And there's Z-Haze if you just want to restore your HP while also resetting your opponent's stats.

Landactyl
Donors: Landorus + Aerodactyl
An infamously bad type combination on the defensive side with its fullest potential unleashed.
New Type:

Ability: Sheer Head (Sheer Force + Rock Head) - If it uses a moves with secondary effects or recoil, these attributes are negated and it deals *1.3 damage.
Stats: 84 HP ±0 / 135 Atk +20 / 77 Def ±0 / 87 SpA ±0 / 77 SpD ±0 / 135 Spe +20
Notable Moves:
: Stone Edge, Earthquake, Pursuit, Dragon Claw, Crunch, Iron Head, Z-Fly, Punishment, U-Turn, Take Down
: Tailwind, Swords Dance, Rock Polish
Role Identification: It gets STAB on EdgeQuake and is fast enough to use its attacking combination to wreck everything. That, and its coverage with secondary effects gets powered up.

Mega Landactyl
Mega Stone: Aerodactylite
New Type:

Ability:
Tough Claws
Stats: 84 HP ±0 / 165 Atk +30 / 97 Def +20 / 97 SpA +10 / 97 SpD +20 / 155 Spe +20
Notable Moves: See Base; Emphasis on contact moves
Role Identification: Now that's VERY fast. That, and its contact coverage is what gets buffed, so its coverage and STABs make for a lethal sweeper, which is further supported by its stats.

Audisteel
Donors: Audino + Registeel
Completely Iron.
New Type:

Ability: Clear Regen (Regenerator + Clear Body) - If the enemy lowers one of its stats, it regenerates 33.3% of its HP.
Stats: 111 HP +20 / 67 Atk ±0 / 128 Def +10 / 67 SpA ±0 / 128 SpD +10 / 50 Spe ±0
Notable Moves:
: Double-Edge, Wild Charge, Iron Head, Superpower, Earthquake, Shadow Claw, Brick Break, Rock Slide
: Hyper Voice, Dazzling Gleam, Flash Cannon, Psychic/Psyshock, Thunderbolt/Thunder, Ice Beam/Blizzard, Flamethrower/Fire Blast, Solar Beam, Charge Beam, Surf, Z-Zap Cannon, Focus Blast
: Entrainment, Calm Mind, Wish, Protect, Baby-Doll Eyes, Heal Bell, Yawn, Rest, Sleep Talk, Sweet Kiss, Curse, Rock Polish
Role Identification: A diverse moveset. You can either be a complete damage sponge, run Curse, or run Calm Mind. Of course, there's that glaringly severe weakness to Fighting.

Mega Audisteel
Mega Stone: Audinite
New Type:

Ability:
Healer
Stats: 111 HP ±0 / 67 Atk ±0 / 168 Def +40 / 87 SpA +20 / 168 SpD +40 / 50 Spe ±0
Notable Moves: See Base
Role Identification: All that but the crippling Fighting weakness extends to its Mega. The Mega can run the same sets as the base form and pull it off just fine. It also has lots of resistances and only two weaknesses.

RESUBS

Pheroxish
Donors: Pheromosa + Bruxish
Priority's nemesis.
New Type:

Ability: Dazzle Beast (Beast Boost + Dazzling) - Priority moves won't work against this Pokémon. Attempts to do so result in +1 to its highest non-HP stat.
Stats: 69 HP ±0 / 122 Atk +1 / 53 Def ±0 / 122 SpA +19 / 53 SpD ±0 / 141 Spe +20
Notable Moves:
: Waterfall, High Jump Kick, Aqua Jet, Lunge, U-Turn, Poison Jab, Crunch, Aerial Ace, Poison Fang, Ice Fang, Rapid Spin, Aqua Tail, Z-Bounce
: Surf, Focus Blast, Bug Buzz, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Venoshock, Psychic, Frost Breath
: Swords Dance
Role Identification: Very fast mixed attacker. That terrible, terrible 69/53/53 bulk coupled with its very high Speed seems like priority bait... NOPE! +1 to its highest non-HP stat instead! In addition, it can pack priority of its own in Aqua Jet, so don't expect your Ninxys or Aero Dako to be safe either.

Xurkizard
Donors: Xurkitree + Charizard
Return of the Solar Terror
New Type:

Ability: Blazing Beast (Beast Boost + Blaze) - Gets a Flash Fire boost when this Pokémon takes out another.
Stats: 80 HP ±0 / 86 Atk ±0 / 75 Def ±0 / 161 SpA +20 / 78 SpD ±0 / 112 Spe +20
Notable Moves:
: Flame Charge
: Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Discharge, Dragon Pulse, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Dazzling Gleam, Signal Beam, Energy Ball
: Tail Glow, Z-Hypnosis, Electric Terrain
Role Identification: A hard-hitting mon with a nice speed stat. While Z-Hypnosis can be used to get it outspeeding many others, you're best off using one of the megas...

Mega Xurkizard X
Mega Stone: Charizardite X
New Type:

Ability: Tough Claws
Stats: 80 HP ±0 / 132 Atk +46 / 106 Def +33 / 182 SpA +21 / 78 SpD ±0 / 112 Spe ±0
Notable Moves: See base, with these additions:
: Flare Blitz, Wild Charge, Outrage, Power Whip, Dragon Claw, Shadow Claw, Earthquake, Brick Break, Crunch, Thunder Punch
: Grass Knot
: Dragon Dance, Ingrain
Role Identification: While this Mega is dangerous, it's not the one I'd use. It makes for a nice, fierce mixed attacker, though. Its Grass Knots hurt harder than those from Mewtwo, and thanks to Tough Claws, Mega Mewtwo Y as well, and that's without mentioning its new gift of raw physical firepower. But the next one is a true terror to behold...

Mega Xurkizard Y
Mega Stone: Charizardite Y
New Type:

Ability:
Drought
Stats: 80 HP ±0 / 106 Atk +20 / 75 Def ±0 / 211 SpA +50 / 108 SpD +30 / 112 Spe ±0
Notable Moves: See Base; Emphasis on fire-type moves, +Solar Beam
Role Identification: Oh drat... STAB Fire-type moves off a Base 211 Special Attack... In Sunlight. And Solar Beam, too. This is going to be an extremely potent wallbreaker... Is anyone going to bring in a swift mon with EQ on this thing?... No? ...WELP. At least it's very vulnerable to Ground-type moves.

Props to anyone who knows the theme behind my submissions for this slate. This will be the first and last time I use a theme this obscure, but I'm starting to find in general that challenging myself with some sort of theme makes it easier for me to come up with submissions.

DNA Donors: Salamence / Klinklang
Offspring name: Sakamaki
New Type: Dragon / Steel
Base Stats: 80 / 128 / 100 / 90 / 85 / 115 (+3 HP, +11 Atk, +3 Def, +3 SpD, +20 Spe) | 598 BST
New ability and desc: Code Unknown (Intimidate + Plus) - Upon switching in, all opponents on the field have their Attack and Special Attack lowered by 1 stage. If another Pokémon on the field has an Ability based on Plus or Minus, then the user's attacks deal 1.5* damage.
Notable Moves:
Dragon Claw, Outrage, Gear Grind, Earthquake, Aqua Tail
Draco Meteor, Flash Cannon, Fire Blast, Volt Switch
Shift Gear, Roost
Role Identification: Physical sweeper with decent typing both offensively and defensively. May not be as ridiculously strong as its namesake, but definitely nothing to mess around with.

Illegal Mega: 80/138/150/100/95/135 with Aerilate

DNA Donors: Keldeo / Thundurus
Offspring name: Kudou
New Type: Water / Electric
Base Stats: 85 / 100 / 80 / 140 / 85 / 129 (+7 Atk, +13 SpA, +20 Spe) | 619 BST
New ability and desc: Authority (Justified + Prankster) - The user's physical attacks have +1 priority but do not affect Dark-types.
Notable Moves:
Aqua Jet, Aqua Tail, Wild Charge / Thunder Punch, Close Combat, Knock Off, U-turn, Foul Play
Hydro Pump, Scald, Thunderbolt, Volt Switch, Focus Blast / Secret Sword, Sludge Bomb/Wave, Icy Wind
Nasty Plot, Swords Dance, Taunt, Work Up
Role Identification: Odd sort of mixed attacker that can use its lower attacking stat for priority, whether it's +2 priority Aqua Jet, +1 priority U-turn, priority *insert physical STAB stronger than Aqua Jet*, priority Knock Off, or even priority Foul Play if you're into that. It has options for boosting both its attacking stats—either together or separately—and is no slouch in terms of raw stats. 100/140/129 offenses are respectable, and so is Water/Electric typing.

DNA Donors: Kangaskhan / Buzzwole
Offspring name: Kasukabe
New Type: Normal / Fighting
Base Stats: 109 / 117 / 109 / 47 / 83 / 103 (+3 HP, +1 SpA, +17 SpD, +19 Spe) | 568 BST
New ability and desc: Genome Tree (Scrappy + Beast Boost) - The user's Normal- and Fighting-type attacks ignore stat changes and Ghost's immunities. If the user attacks a boosted or Ghost-type Pokémon with a Normal- or Fighting-type attack, then the user's highest non-HP stat is boosted by 1 stage.
Notable Moves:
Fake Out, Return/Frustration, Drain Punch, Earthquake, Aqua Tail, Ice Punch, Fire Punch, Sucker Punch
Roost, Taunt
Role Identification: A more unorthodox variety of Normal/Fighting type. It can go one of two ways: Jolly with Fake Out, or Adamant with Choice Scarf. Either way, it deters Ghost-types and stat boosters (and yes, Ghost-type stat boosters) that it can outspeed at +1...which is not particularly to die for, but having Normal/Fighting dual STAB with a Scrappy variant is always good, and 109/109/83 bulk is not easy to revenge KO.

Illegal Mega: 109/147/129/67/103/113 with Parental Bond

DNA Donors: Tapu Koko / Gourgeist-Small
Offspring name: Kuro Usagi
New Type: Electric / Grass
Base Stats: 62 / 120 / 103 / 76 / 75 / 134 (+20 Atk, +20 Spe) | 570 BST
New ability and desc: Judge Master (Electric Surge + Frisk) - Summons Electric Terrain upon switching in. When the user switches in, and at the end of every turn if the user is on the field while Electric Terrain is active, the items of all opponents on the field are revealed.
Notable Moves:
Wild Charge, Seed Bomb / Bullet Seed, Brave Bird, Rock Slide, U-turn, Shadow Sneak
Taunt, Leech Seed, Will-O-Wisp, Roost, (Z-)Trick-or-Treat, (Z-)Mirror Move
Role Identification: Eccentric physical attacker that might even be an improved Tapu Koko (granted with less HP). Also has an improved Frisk that works on newly switched in opponents. Grass/Electric is pretty good coverage, and Brave Bird and U-turn are good complements. Z-Trick-or-Treat or Z-Mirror Move can be crazy if used against the right team.

DNA Donors: Ninetales / Silvally
Offspring name: Lily
New Type: Fire / Normal
Base Stats: 84 / 95 / 85 / 98 / 97 / 117 (+10 Atk, +10 SpA, +20 Spe) | 576 BST
New ability and desc: Inari Descendant (Drought + RKS System) - User's secondary type depends on held Memory. Upon switching in, the user summons a weather for 5 turns (8 with Heat Rock) that grants a 1.5* boost to the power of all attacks corresponding to the user's secondary type. Castform and variants change to sun form under this weather.
Notable Moves:
Multi-Attack, Return/Frustration, Flare Blitz, Crunch, Dragon Claw, Rock Slide, Thunder Fang, Ice Fang, U-turn, Pursuit, Quick Attack, Explosion
Fire Blast, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Energy Ball, Surf, Tri-Attack, Dark Pulse, Shadow Ball, Flash Cannon, Psyshock, Air Slash, Draco Meteor
Swords Dance, Nasty Plot, Parting Shot, Will-O-Wisp
Role Identification: Versatile mixed attacker. Decently fast, can hit hard with whatever the heck it wants (including 12/18 types on the special side, 17 if for some reason you count Hidden Power), and has the right setup options to back it up.

DNA Donors: Gliscor / Terrakion
Offspring name: Leticia
New Type: Ground / Fighting
Base Stats: 83 / 132 / 107 / 58 / 82 / 121 (+20 Atk, +20 Spe) | 583 BST
New ability and desc: Pureblood Vampire (Poison Heal + Justified) - If the user is poisoned, then its physical attacks are powered up by a factor of 1.5. In addition, the user is immune to the residual damage of poison.
Notable Moves:
Earthquake, Close Combat, Facade, Stone Edge, Aqua Tail, Knock Off, U-turn
Swords Dance, Rock Polish / Agility, Roost, Stealth Rock, Taunt, Tailwind
Role Identification: Offensively oriented status absorber and overall stallbreaker. Its Ability effectively makes Toxic Orb a drawback-free Choice Band, and with Swords Dance on top of that, this thing is bound to wreck face. Having Taunt helps too.

Also, here are some unrelated resubmissions:

DNA Donors: Wishiwashi / Greninja-Ash
Offspring name: Washinja
New Type: Water / Dark
Base Stats (Learning Form): 78 / 117 / 98 / 121 / 103 / 96 (+20 HP, +20 Spe) | 613 BST
Base Stats (Mastered Form): 78 / 167 / 98 / 171 / 103 / 106 | 723 BST
Base Stats (Newbie Form): 78 / 16 / 16 / 24 / 20 / 106 | 260 BST
New ability and desc: Ninja School (Schooling + Battle Bond) - If the user is at least level 20 and has more than 25% HP, it enters Learning Form. If the user scores a KO in Learning Form, it enters Mastered Form. If the user falls below 25% HP in either Learning Form or Mastered Form, it reverts to Newbie Form.
Notable Moves:
Scald, Hydro Pump, Water Shuriken, Dark Pulse, Ice Beam
Waterfall, Night Slash, Earthquake, U-turn
Taunt
Role Identification: High risk, high reward. Strong when it gets a KO, but severely nerfed when it drops below 25% HP.

EDIT: Actually decided to swap out Komusha for a different resubmission (with a minor type change):

DNA Donors: Swoobat / Mewtwo
Offspring name: Swootwo
New Type: Flying / Psychic
Base Stats: 90 / 85 / 75 / 130 / 75 / 135 (+4 HP, +2 Atk, +3 Def, +15 SpA, +3 SpD, +13 Spe) | 590 BST
New ability and desc: Stupefy (Klutz + Unnerve) - Negates the effects of all opponents' items (excluding Mega Stones, Z-Crystals, and form-changing items) while the user is on the field with this Ability.
Notable Moves:
Hurricane (Mewtwo gets it via gen 5 event, with its Hidden Ability no less), Psystrike, Focus Blast / Aura Sphere, Ice Beam, Shadow Ball, Fire Blast, Stored Power
U-turn, Knock Off
Calm Mind, Taunt, Roost/Recover
Role Identification: Undaunted by Choice Scarf users, has an easier time with Leftovers users, has no problem with Assault Vest Dark-types, and...well, that's about it, really. The negation of opposing Life Orb and Choice Specs/Band isn't much considering Swootwo's 90/75/75 defenses and non-spectacular defensive typing. Still, STAB Hurricane and Psystrike off 130/135 special offense are nothing to mess around with.

Illegal (for now) Mega Evolutions
Mewtwonite X: 90/165/85/130/85/135 Flying/Fighting with Steadfast
Mewtwonite Y: 90/125/55/170/105/145 Flying/Psychic with Insomnia

Role identification: Mixed sweeper. It's also very spiky.

: Stealth Rock, Growth, Stockpile, Will-O-Wisp, Yawn
Role Identification: Camerupt/Samurott from last slate but stronger. When I saw that typing i immediately thought that Palkia would have been a better DNA donor, so this slate I submitted it. It has very strong STABs in Hydro Pump and Eruption and the mega is also very strong, since the combined coverage of the two fusee makes up a very wide movepool that includes almost all the typings. Camerulkia has both physical and special EdgeQuake coverage (Gem Power+Earth Power), Ice-type moves and Spacial Rend, the best Special Dragon-type move there is (imo), that can be a good neutral coverage. Put it in a TR team and sweep for days.

: Calm Mind, Nasty Plot, Memento, Stealth Rock, Recover, Thunder Wave, Camouflage, Reflect Type, Role Play, Skill Swap, Trick, Trick Room
Role Identification: Stats suck, I know, but I personally think the ability is very good and has tons of coverage moves it can use. It has everything: Fake Out, Recover, Stealth Rock, Thunder Wave, Trick, Trick Room, Memento, Sucker Punch, Drain Punch. Time to screw Steel-Types!
Parents: Magnezone | Chandelure

Offspring name: Magnelure
New type: Electric.png Fire.png
New base stats:
65 | 62 | 102 | 147 | 100 | 90 (+10 Sp. Atk | +10 Sp. Def | +20 Speed)
New ability and desc: Magnet Pull + Flash Fire = Blacksmith: Traps in Fire and Steel types, and absorbs moves of these typed to get a boost on it's Fire-Type attacks
Notable moves: Wip
Role identification: Destroy Steel-Types. Pretty simple what you have to do here: Trap opposing Steel-Types and blast them away with your Fire-Stabs and 147 base Sp. Atk. If you're able to get a Flash Fire beforehand, even better. As a bonus, you trap Fire-Types as well. Magnelure also has a pretty fine Speed, capable of using Choice Scarf pretty well.

How hasn't this been done before?

Notable moves: P S Y C H O B O O S T

Notable moves: Wip
Role identification: Y'know when you're trying to find out what type the opponent's Hidden Power type? This is kinda like that, but in a whole mon. Other than the mindgames, it has a fine coverage and can have SD or Nasty Plot to boost itself. It even has Agility if you want to do a Double Dance.

Role identification: Mainly made for a mega, but you can spam Flare Blitz.

Stone: Aggronite
New type: Steel.png
New base stats: 84 | 137 | 189 | 94 | 102 | 85
New ability and desc: Filter

New base stats: 84 | 153 | 172 | 115 | 82 | 85
New ability and desc: Tough Claws
Notable moves: Hone Claws, Dragon Rush, Iron Tail
Role identification: The Mega I wanted to be used. I didn't intend for the Defense to be as high as it is but I'm not complaining. This can boost itself (Hone Claws is a nice gimmick with Dragon Rush and Iron Tail) easly thanks to the physical bulk baing insane, and deliver back a powerful punch. Mega Aggrozard X is really just a tank.

Stone: Charizardite Y
New type: Steel.png Fire.png
New base stats
: 84 | 127 | 139 | 144 | 112 | 85
New ability and desc: Drought
Notable moves: Wip
Role identification: I'm quite surprised by this thing's viability. I didn't really thing MegaY would be good but it seems like I was wrong. It makes a pretty usable Mixed Tank.

New ability and desc: Psychic Terrain + Forecast = Geologist: Changes its Normal-Type to match the type of the current Terrain. This includes Terrains from other fusions
Notable moves:
Role identification:
Terrain Abuser I guess? It has nice speed and since the mod has a bunch of Tapu fusions it can easly have a bunch of forms. Moonblast's the main Fairy stab, and the other one can be Nature Power so it matches your secondary typing. It's overall a fusion made to be flexible with terrains.

New ability and desc: Pressure + Beast Boost = Peer Pressure: The opponent's highest non-HP stat is halved.
Notable moves: Wip
Role identification: With a not-so-bad type and phenomenal defenses, Guzzys is a great wall. It has Seismic Toss/Night Shade so you can just flat-out not care about your offensive stats being low, it has Recover to keep it alive, and Knock Off for annoying foes. It has both Stealth Rock and Spikes so it can also set hazards, and Dragon Tail if you want to go that way. It also has Peer Pressure, previously seen on it's brother, Deoxurk. While it's counterpart would normamly use Peer Pressure to either crap on Specially Defensive walls or tank attackes to hit them back or outspeeding them, Guzzys uses it to wall everything it can other than attackers with higher speed than attack. Overall, it's a wall with everything it needs.

New type:

New base stats: 53 HP / 120 Atk / 67 Def / 92 SpA / 60 SpD / 105 Spe (+20 Atk +20 Spe) (BST: 497)
New ability and desc: Untouchable (Unnerve + Wonder Guard) - While this Pokemon is active, it prevents opposing Pokemon from using moves that are super effective against it.
Notable moves: Leech Life, Zen Headbutt, Drain Punch, Earthquake, Fire Punch, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Swords Dance, Will-O-Wisp, Taunt
Role Identification: Shewt is an okay physical attacker. Its niche over other physical attackers is its immunity to 6 types thanks to its ability (Fire, Rock, Flying, Dark, Ghost, Bug). This allows Shewt to switch in on many attacks or even wall some offensive Pokemon. However it has got no bulk, so most neutral attacks can OHKO it.

Ability: Untouchable
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

Notable moves: Hydro Pump, Surf, Scald, Water Spout, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Ice Beam, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Energy Ball, Protect, Tail Glow, Z-Hypnosis, Z-Rain Dance
Role Identification: Octix is a scary sweeper and wallbreaker that just keeps getting stronger and stronger thanks to its ability. It can utilize Z-Hypnosis or Z-Rain Dance to boost its Speed and then snowball through unprepared teams. Protect is also very useful.

Redone submissions:

Yahooboo is probably pissed at me now.

New base stats:

New ability and desc: Any-Type Guard (Multitype + Wonder Guard; Both effects combined)
Notable moves: I don't even have a clue what kind of crap this would run...
Role identification: Well, it's any-type Wonder Guard. Sounds really broken, but keep in mind it's gonna die to any attack due to only being hit super-effectively. Due to this, I just crapped the boosts on the offensive stats. Just do what you want with it ok? At least he has Shadow Sneak and Extreme Speed.

dialcatty outspeeds Reshirupt and Zeaking so it's not as annoying for it as Zyntei would be :P

i really don't see how arinja isn't broken - it can effectively only be hit by Dark moves if not holding a plate, and those aren't run too often. the plates just make it spiral out of control.

also how many flipping times has shewt been resubmitted now?

Yea Arinja is broken p much no matter what, as even a Normal/Bug version could become Steel/Bug and its the same problem. Plz nerf or remove

Speaking as a regular user and not a council member, my problem with Shewt is that it only has two weaknesses. I’d probably like it more if it were Bug/Psychic instead of Ghost/Psychic

You won't like it when it's angry...
DNA Donors: Tornadus-Incarnate + Kartana
Offspring name: Cantankerous
New Type: Steel/Flying
Base Stats: 69/158 (+10)/100/92/75 (+20)/120 (+10) (BST: 614)
New ability and desc: Grumpy Old Mon (Prankster + Beast Boost): This Pokémon's status moves have +1 Priority. Using a move with increased Speed Priority or KOing an enemy Pokémon increases this Pokémon's highest non-HP stat by +1 combat stage.
Notable Moves: Acrobatics, Iron Tail, Sacred Sword, Leaf Blade, Knock Off, U-Turn, Detect, Substitute, Synthesis, Tailwind, Swords Dance, Defog, Bulk Up, Agility,
Role Identification: Welcome to Boost City. Cantankerous takes the concept of the Speed Boost/Protect synergy and takes it one step further, allowing it to beef up its not inconsiderable Attack stat just by avoiding damage. Priority boosting is a very, very nasty piece of work, but it's vulnerable to phazing and its best STAB moves have considerable drawbacks (Iron Tail is hopelessly inaccurate, Acrobatics necessitates forgoing an item, &c). That said, with the ability to boost to hell and back, do you really need an item? There are other boosting options as well - Swords Dance, Tailwind, and Synthesis are really good at what they do - but you need to have at least some slots for coverage. +1 Sacred Sword is a very useful move for when you're obliged to play wallbreaker against a boosted target, while Knock Off can dent stuff pretty heavily as well. Again, just watch out for phazing and you should be pretty much golden; if you fall victim to it, though, do try to stay calm. =]

The fourth member of the Lake Trio...
Parents: Xatu + Swoobat
Shared egg group: Flying
Offspring name: Oxbow
New type: Psychic/Flying
New base stats: 76/76/72/96/72/114 (BST: 506)
New ability and desc: Twn Twrn (Magic Bounce + Klutz): This Pokémon causes status moves used against it to be rebounded against their users. Additionally, the effects of enemy Pokémon's items are reversed while this Pokémon is on the field (for example, Choice Scarf lowers the holder's Speed by 50%, Life Orb lowers the holder's damage output by 33%, Flame Orb heals the holder of Burns every turn, Lum Berries inflict a random status ailment on the holder upon consumption, &c).
Notable moves: Psychic, Psyshock, Air Slash, Shadow Ball, Signal Beam, Heat Wave, Dazzling Gleam, Calm Mind, Taunt, Thunder Wave, Toxic, Screens, Roost
Role Identification: General irritating bugger to deal with, despite a statline that's, well, pretty mediocre. 76/72/72 defensive stats just aren't enough in this meta, but its ability does have quite a lot going for it. It can come in on leads, bounce hazards back, and is immune to things like status and Taunt, but it can also stonewall item abusers, especially Choice abusers. Guts mons find their status constantly healed, Lefties walls take chip damage every turn Oxbow's on the field, pinch berries make things a lot worse for everyone involved... the list goes on. Ultimately, this is a fusion carried by a very powerful ability, but it's still pretty underwhelming despite good coverage and a pretty weird movepool. Don't underestimate it, though; while it may meander around the battle a bit, in the hands of a skilled trainer it'll break your ring by the time it's done with you. =]

Yo!
Parents: Alomomola + Wishiwashi
Shared egg group: Water 2
Offspring name: Sashimi
New type: Water
New base stats: Platter Forme: 115/117/115/100/100/57 (BST: 604)
Nigiri Forme: 115/16/19/20/20/67 (BST: 257)
New ability and desc: Fusion Cuisine (Regenerator + Schooling): While this Pokémon is above 25% HP, it enters Platter Forme; conversely, if this Pokémon drops to below 25% HP, it enters Nigiri Forme. This Pokémon heals for 33% of its max HP every time it switches out.
Notable moves: Aqua Tail, Aqua Jet, Knock Off, Earthquake, U-Turn, Bounce, Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Shadow Ball, Surf, Scald, Wish, Protect, Aqua Ring, Rain Dance, Pain Split, Calm Mind
Role Identification: Bulky Water-type with mixed attacking potential... just so long as you don't get reduced to 25% HP. Sashimi's more useful as a scout than anything else; a slow pivot who U-Turns into a counter to the present threat after scoping out a particular coverage move or baiting a Choice abuser into something into which the counter will just lap up. While it lacks reliable recovery, a 115/115/100 defensive statline is pretty excellent, and it definitely has the attacking stats to build a bulky offensive setup. STAB Aqua Jet off 117 base Attack is pretty useful, and it has interesting coverage options in things like Z-Bounce, Ice Beam, and Earthquake. Just remember that you only have 75% of the HP you think you do; treat it right, though, and this is some seriously sustainable fish. =]

... Yeah, I got nothing.
Parents: Magcargo + Palossand
Shared egg group: Amorphous
Offspring name: Mango Parasol
New type: Fire/Ground
New base stats: 82/72/125/105/87/42 (BST: 513)
New ability and desc: Umbrella Fruit (Weak Armour): Upon being hit by a Water-type attack or a move that makes contact, this Pokémon's Defence and Speed stats are boosted by 2 combat stages each.
Notable moves: Fire Blast, Earth Power, Flamethrower, Giga Drain, Shadow Ball, Sludge Bomb, Ancient Power, Shell Smash, Shore Up, Sandstorm
Role Identification: Switch-in to physical and subsequent face smasher. Shell Smash makes this this fusion into a fairly surprising powerhouse, with its Fire Blast doing some serious damage to pretty much anything in front of it at +2. However, the best part about this is that it has but two weaknesses, specifically to Ground and an unfortunate 4x weakness to Water, and quite a lot of handy resistances to things like Fairy, Poison, and Electric. Switching in on a weak contact move gives a hell of a boost to this mon's survivability and damage-dealing capability; after a Shell Smash, it will have a 3x boost to its base Speed stat. While that might not look like much (for the very good reason that it isn't), with a fairly-easy 3x boost, max investment, and a neutral nature, you end up with a Speed stat of 549, which really isn't that bad. Mango Parasol especially shines in the sand as well, with its access to the Sand-boosted recovery move Shore Up and weird coverage options like Giga Drain for those Water- and Ground-types you will almost certainly find arrayed against you, and you'll seriously need to watch out for special Water-type coverage. Don't lose heart, though; this fusion still packs a serious fruit punch. =]

Let's hope the concept's a little luckier this slate...
Parents: Rufflet + Toucannon
Shared egg group: Flying
Offspring name: Fortunate
New type: Normal/Flying
New base stats: 85/111/72/66/72/70 (BST: 476)
New ability and desc: Lucky Strike (Hustle + Keen Eye): This Pokémon's raw Attack stat is raised by 50%.
Notable moves: Return, Brave Bird, Shadow Claw, Superpower, Double-Edge, Swords Dance, Tailwind, Roost
Role Identification: Physical attacker. Enough said. While it's not quite as potent as your average Huge Power attacker, having that kind of boost on a base Attack stat of 111 means this bird hits like a bus. It's got that Ghost/Fighting coverage the kids love, it's got a couple of powerful STAB moves in Brave Bird and Double Edge, it's got boosting potential from Swords Dance, it's got reliable recovery in the form of Roost... what's not to like? Well, its Speed, for one; base 70 is just not enough these days. Still, this lucky little guy has basically everything else going for it, so that's a plus. =]

Bit of a weird one, this...
DNA Donors: Breloom + Lunala
Offspring name: Abnormal
New Type: Ghost/Fighting
Base Stats: 98/141 (+20)/85 (+1)/98/85 (+2)/100 (+17) (BST: 607)
New ability and desc: Space Oddity (Technician + Shadow Shield): This Pokémon's moves of 70 BP or lower gain a 50% boost to Base Power, with an extra 50% bonus to their damage output on top of that if this Pokémon is at full health. Additionally, if this Pokémon is at full health, it takes 50% less damage. This ability is unaffected by ability-negating abilities, such as Mould Breaker et al.
Notable Moves: Z-SPLASH, Shadow Claw, Wake-Up Slap, Rock Tomb, Aerial Ace, Mach Punch, Roost, Swords Dance
Role Identification: How the hell has nobody spotted this yet? Z-Splash is one of the most memetically popular Z-Moves in the competitive scene, Breloom has the highest base attack out of any Pokémon with 460 BST, they can get STAB GFC when put together... I mean, come on! In any event, Abnormal has a pretty stellar Attack stat of 141, which more than makes up for the fact that its primary STAB move is, of all things, Wake-Up Slap. Shadow Claw rounds out the pairing, and from there you need only fill another coverage slot with whatever takes your fancy. I'd go with Rock Tomb, myself; it's a great move on a Technician mon and it gives you a bit more super-effective coverage. Of course, you can also plump for priority in the form of Mach Punch if you're worried about getting left behind, but with a base 100 Speed it's really not essential. However, one of your move slots is taken up by Splash, which means you can't have quite as much coverage as you'd like and renders you rather vulnerable to phazing. Still, with Z-Splash up, you can work absolute wonders. Keep fusions weird, everyone. =]

Covetous serpents optional
DNA Donors: Virizion + Florges
Offspring name: Silver Ring
New Type: Grass/Fairy
Base Stats: 85 (+1)/77/85 (+15)/105 (+4)/160 (+19)/92 (+1) (BST: 604)
New ability and desc: Argent Armour (Justified + Flower Veil): Grass-type Pokémon on this Pokémon's side of the field are immune to moves that can lower their stats, that can inflict status effects, or are Dark-type.
Notable Moves: Giga Drain, Moonblast, Focus Blast, Psychic, Substitute, Calm Mind, Synthesis, Worry Seed, Aromatherapy, Leech Seed
Role Identification: Potent special wall able to utilise an Assault Vest very well indeed. Argent Armour is an extremely potent ability, a devilish prospect in singles and even more of a nightmare to deal with in Doubles, especially when paired with a Grassy Terrain setter such as Tapu Bulu and related fusions. For AssVest and SubCM sets alike, Giga Drain is an obvious choice, as it allows Silver Ring to heal off some damage with a decently powerful STAB move. Moonblast is also an excellent STAB move, giving plenty of opportunities for cutting an opponent down to size despite the flower deer's middling Special Attack stat. Focus Miss and Psychic are about the only two coverage options available, but they're still reasonable moves. Finally, there's a bevy of support options available to benefit more defensive sets that don't use Assault Vest. Your opponents might not like Silver Ring, but you will: you know it's got soul. =]

Delicious, nutritious, and utterly vicious...
Parents: Musharna + Oranguru
Shared egg group: Field
Offspring name: Guarana
New type: Psychic
New base stats: 113/67/92/108/112/54 (BST: 546)
New ability and desc:Fruit Ninja (Forewarn + Telepathy): Super-effective attacks directed at this Pokémon miss, as do attacks that can target multiple Pokémon or the same Pokémon multiple times.
Notable moves: Psychic, Psyshock, Shadow Ball, Focus Blast, Thunderbolt, Dazzling Gleam, Energy Ball, Signal Beam, Stored Power, Foul Play, Calm Mind, Nasty Plot, Baton Pass, Trick Room, Heal Bell, Rest, Sleep Talk, Moonlight
Role Identification: Hefty tank with a version of Wonder Guard hammered together out of two fairly useless abilities, or at least ones that are crap in singles. You've got a few options with this one - do you go for the unpleasant stuff like boosting via Calm Mind, which you can do because you can only take neutral damage against your pretty reasonable 113/92/112 defensive statline and have access to reliable recovery in Moonlight? Or do you act as a slow pivot, boosting up or taking damage to grant more fragile sweepers a free switch in? Also, fruit puns because I am hot garbage.

Is this why nobody voted it?

Gonna move the attack buffs onto SpAttack and gonna give Bug-Type. While I am aware Steel/Bug is the same problem, at least you have to give up your item, and at least none of the forms are Stealth Rock resistant.

do you want me to remove the stat buffs? Do I need to fuse it with Silvally instead?
The problem is the ability, honestly. No matter waht you do, there will still be a type combination with only one weakness

Just a question though, shouldn't Flame Orb heal the user of burns every turn instead of the ability reverting the effects of the burn itself?

Other than that, I really like the concept of screwing the foe's item.
