Toon, could you list Alolan Golem's Speed penalty in the post-round?

Mud Shot - Mud Shot - Mud Slap
If Alolan Golem is behind a Substitute when you would act and Alolan Golem is not Enduring, use Bug Buzz that action instead.
If switch-forcing move and Alolan Golem is not behind a Substitute and Alolan Golem has >16.25 HP Remaining and Alolan Golem is not confused, use Swagger that action and push back.
[ONCE] If Alolan Golem is Enduring and Alolan Golem is not behind a Substitute and Alolan golem is not under the effects of a successful p/e move and Alolan Golem is not Confused, start action chain Swagger - Agility (Boosting) - Mud-Shot .

I'm not giving a warning here, considering that there's no way it will make a difference if I did, and I don't particularly want to either. I do not see a realistic way for this match to reach its conclusion in less than a day, but I'd like to see how much farther this can progress, if possible.

Edit: for the record, I'm not in as bad of a spot as it might look, as far as judging would be concerned.
