What do you mean use Double Edge over Chip Away? Chip Away is to counter pokemon with defenses set up. Have fun recoiling and doing nothing. Chip Away is the best move to use in conjunction with Pixilate for THAT specific purpose.
Also, your tone is quite rude. Please consider the fact that people don't play cookie-cutter style like most of every ladder.
Most people use double priority with fake out + extreme speed. Hell, xerneas isnt even that reliable considering its limited offenses.
fake out + espeed does nothing to +2 Def at that point. Pixelate gives Chip Away the edge it needs to cut down those walls
Yeah not to mention sacred fire for that 50% burn coverage to cripple the wall that is in the way.
Please consider that:
A) a lot of top players are quite creative with sets.
B) the reason cookie-cutter sets are used is because they work. Buizel and Chip away don't.
Name 1 common defense booster.
Cosmic Power
Nobody uses that in Hackmons due to it taking too long and OHKO moves on every team.

Please tell me what Chansey can do back to my Xerneas.
Toxic, Topsy Turvey, Heart Swap, Seismic Toss...
Simple is really uncommon, substitute is somewhat seen, wonder guard is beaten by OHKO moves anyways, and sturdy is only seen on Shedinja who can't use Cosmic Power.

i forgot to mention that this was with chansey's stats: suppose if it was the AMAZING! SHOCK HORROR! MUCH SURPRISE! MANY COOKIE CUTTER! IMPOSTER CHANSEY! your xerneas would barely be scratching me at all.

The speed at which this thread turned into a hilarious mess of completely unviable sets is pretty impressive. Hirasawa is very obviously trolling, and Pareidolia probably just doesn't understand how Hackmons works in the slightest (although might be trolling, but a little more subtly).
Just in case you don't understand this, everything is allowed in Hackmons. EVERYTHING. The only limits are base stats and typing and that's it. You can have anything on anything you want. Even Huge Power. Even No Guard. Even Wonder Guard.
Here's a bunch of pseudo-threats to give you an idea :
