I really don't get the point system. I was a 1643, and lost one match and wait straight to 1619. I'm only getting like 7 points a win, and boom 3 wins basically negated.

maybe the rating system makes you win/loss different amounts of points depending on your opponents current rating.

Although I really am thinking about cancelling my participation and getting some practice done for 2012. The game actually does penalize people for disconnecting or having faulty connections; I've been playing basically nonstop, and I've only gotten 3 matches whereas people playing for the same amount of time or less have gotten 9 or more. Good luck y'all, I hope to see Smogon names at the top of leaderboard!
