At gamerbase in Manchester, England, there was a tournement using VGC 09 rules as the battle format on PBR.
Everyone gathered and entered at the Gamerbase inside HMV. After which they proceeded to draw the pairings.

I could easily have entered this if I'd bothered to get a legit copy of the game and make a team. Ah well, hopefully there'll be a B/W one some time next year, and if it's based on whatever the VGC rules are next year you can bet I'll be there!

Very cool. Playing with other people watching you gives the atmosphere a new kind of energy. Vs. Osirus was really close. The revenge match was great, too.
