Introduction
With the introduction of many weather related abilities, as well as the distribution of more accessible weather inducers, a metagame heavily influenced by the controlling of weather was created. However, on this day the weather is perfectly normal. No rain, no hail, and no sandstorm, yet the sun is not too harsh to change anything. It is just a normal day. A day with no weather.

Tournament Rules

• Standard OU - Gen V
  • Tiering will update at the beginning of each round. That means that Blaziken will be banned this entire round, but any additional bans in this time will not be.
    
• Singles
  
• Single Elimination
  
• Clear Day - The abilities Drizzle, Drought, Sand Stream, and Snow Warning are banned. The moves Hail, Rain Dance, Sandstorm, and Sunny Day are banned.

This is why you should have PMed me on the 2 occasions that I asked for people having trouble with their battles done. You have been put in because San_Pellegrino said to give it to you. Next time actually PM so I don't have to flip.

He didn't. He got the coin flip. Again, you guys need to PM me when I ask you to or else it looks like you are inactive too. With the 5 day extension I gave there is no way for me to base activity of the previous days. If you have a need to discuss this further, PM me or catch me on IRC.
