No rly GameFreak pleese stop now its just too much :(:(:confused:

Stoooooooop :faints:

:recovers after Blissey treatment:

Actually, its amazing to see how close this guy came months ago with his Spec at 2:00 (but now basically confirmed). Wells, sort of close :D

Ugh, yeah, those are terrible. Nintendo seems to make pokes like that every gen: Volbeat and Illumise come to mind. "Twin" Pokemon that are ugly, lazily designed, and useless in battle. Yuck.
D: What. The meowstic duo is adorable. It's, like, one of the first X and Y things I wanna use in battle.

I actually kinda like doublade, anyway I hope the new game mechanics don't screw up RNG in this generation (I really wish they would provide more info on this bit) however I think it's cool that exp share now gives the experience to all pokemon in the party. Think, you could level six pokemon to level 100 in like a day!

I use Volbeat in Uberz and it does a great job of scaring and trolling. Vanilluxe in anything above RU without a boosting item; now that's cost me many games; ie , useless twin snowcone :D

Ummm, Meowstic isn't a twin. It's the same Pokemon with gender differences so the comparisons to Volbeat/Illumise and the Latis is kinda invalid.

Back to the fossils I'm so getting Tyrunt. That guy looks awesome. Also want FurFrou. The changes in fur looks awesome. Hoping there are more than the 4 changes

It's incredibly likely they won't give any information on how the inner workings of the RNG at all. We never were meant to access it, and the fact people found it is pretty incredible and shows a lot about their programming/math skills. Will we figure out the Gen 6 RNG at some point? Probably. But don't expect any of the official organizations to just give that info out. What you should expect is that there will be some changes to breeding to make it easier.

I actually really like doublade. The two swords, the eyes, the pink, it all appeals to me. The only thing I'm not thrilled about is the name, and well... I can change that one easily myself.

Brief preview of a battle with Clemont at one minute in the anime. This video is not the same as the previous anime preview video, even though it begins similarly. Based on the fact that even if they have a leader paired with an off-type pokemon for traveling they won't violate that for a gym battle, brown-ish color which dominates the gym and the opening move being Bunnelby's dig, I'd say Clemont is probably a Normal-type Gym Leader with a chance of being Ground, rather than Electric. Clemont as a name means "mild", and his Japanese name - Citron - brings to mind the French company Citroen, which fits with his inventor theme and the French theme. Finally, there's precedent for Japanese names for Normal leaders being based on plants - Akane/Whitney (the Madder plant) and Aloe/Lenora (the Aloe plant, from Africa). Whitney's name doubled as a sort-of pun for Normal-types themselves, as her name could also mean bright (as in white), but she's alone on that point. Cheren's name means Black in either Bulgarian or Slavic (forget), and Norman's Japanese name was basically just something like a long distance.

Odds are also pretty good that they will never stick an electric specialist with Ash in the anime, anyway, since it'd take spotlight off of Pikachu. To date, I don't believe any of his permanent companions have even had an electric-primary pokemon just once. Pachirisu but it wasn't exactly a battling genius.

Pokémon X & Y - New Pokémon

Following yesterday's reveal of Doublade, the official site has updated with the first direct feed pictures of this Pokémon. In addition to this, it reveals that Doublade knows the move Sacred Sword, which was originally exclusive to Cobalion, Terrakion, Virizion and Keldeo. I have added all the screenshots to our pre-release screenshot page
I FUCKING CALLED IT! I KNEW it would learn more sword attacks, now if ONLY he can get Secret Sword, then I'll be content...maybe GameFreak will make it an event move!

That trailer seems to have shed some light on other details, too. Though expected, it all but confirms Vivillion as Viola's ace pokemon.

Looking at Clemont's gym and the fact that he owns a Bunnelby also makes me think either Normal or Ground for his type. Interesting.

EDIT: Actually, I retract that about Clemont. His gym in-game (which is what matters) seems far more electric to me than normal. Also, his badge is a prism. Light = Electricity.
