In my previous claim, I started with 5 CC, gained 7, spent none and somehow ended by saying I had 10. Purchasing an Aggronite for 10CC and ending with 2CC.

I can effing finally claim for myself now!

10 claims counted as 12 approved, +12 CA. Not claiming the 10-claim-UC bonus. (CA: 7+12 = 19)
7 trade claims approved, +7 CA. (CA: 19+7 = 26)

Converting CA to UC.
CA: 26-20 = 6
UC: 33+6 = 39

Reffing Someoneelse's Pike, +21 UC. (UC: 39+21 = 60)

Battle Hall advances, +4 CC (CC: 3+4 = 7)
Gasper Vladi the Zorua earns 6 KOC, uses all 6 to learn Counter and Sucker Punch (2 Egg moves).

Legend Sim, +4 CC (CC: 7+4 = 11)

Gray the Lucario gets 5 MC (1 from KOC) to learn Confide and Fling (2 ORAS TMs).

Lucario(*) Gray (M)

Gray the Riolu first clapped eyes on Zt when he hatched, and has followed him ever since, after bidding goodbye to his birth parents. His desire to be as good as his father (who was a well-known Pokemon in Sinnoh) drives him to perfect his body and trademark Aura Sight in all forms of training. Gray is Natsu’s rival in every way, however it’s not unusual to see them interrupt their fights just to face ‘outsiders’. Like his Ice-Making namesake, Gray is a thinking brawler. His intuition for fights, along with his uncanny ability to read his opponents movements, means he can usually counter the same instant his opponent makes a move. Oddly enough, despite numerous brawls, he sometimes still can’t read Natsu’s moves correctly.

The Hall training was grueling and long, for which Gray took quite some time to getting used to. But it honed his patience, well until the point where there remained very few things that can still bother him - those he held dear to his heart. Using his mind, he started learning how to read and shape energy, to wield his mind as a separate weapon form his body. He plans to put that to great use, still holding a secret ambition to meet and challenge his birth father again, as unlikely as it may be. His aura improved tremendously with the training of his mind and body in the Halls as well as the possession of a Lucarionite - to the point where he can sense danger to a certain extent miles away.

Nature: Mild (+1 SpAtk, -1 Def)

Type:

Fighting type: Fighting STAB; ignore weight restrictions on Circle Throw, Seismic Toss, Sky Drop, Storm Throw, Submission, and Vital Throw.

Steel type: Steel STAB; immune to Sandstorm damage, immune to Poison/Toxic status, but can be corroded specifically by Acid and Acid Spray, making them susceptible thereafter.

Abilities:
Ability 1: Steadfast
Type: Passive
If Gray would be flinched by an attack, it becomes aware of the speed difference and increases Speed by one (1) stage to make up the difference. This Speed boost is maintained at the end of each round.

Ability 2: Inner Focus
Type: Passive
When an opponent attempts to flinch Gray, it stands firm and continues its attack. If it has another ability that would be activated by flinching, that ability activates.

Ability 3: Justified (DW unlocked)
Type: Passive
Gray's body reacts to dark aura, invigorating his passions. When hit by a Dark-type move, Gray's attack will increase by one (1) stage. A boost gained this way by another Pokemon's attack will be maintained at the end of each round. Self-targeted attacks do not maintain boosts.

Ability 4: Adaptability (Mega-Evo only)
Type: Passive
The moves that match Gray's current type would have their Base Attack Power increased by two (2).

Gardevoir - Lucy (F)

Born without a family in the wild, Lucy’s life has been fraught with peril of being hunted and bullied by most other wild, stronger Pokemon. One such incident left her under severe shock from poison by an unknown aggressive Poison-type. Had a human not happened by, she would’ve died or at best, crippled for life. Luckily, Zheng was the second person to found her, called by a fellow trainer who was looking for mushrooms in that region. Together they saved the Ralts, and after a brief discussion Zheng named her Lucy and brought her into his family. Gray was the first to be able to contact directly with her, but it was through efforts and enthusiasm of the whole gang that brought her out of trauma and into life again.

Despite her growing strength, Lucy still has much distaste for open, direct conflict - hence she is very much like Wendy in that regard, learning the arts of healing and support, using direct attacks as distraction rather than full-on assault. Despite that, she gets on quite well with most of the brawling boys - they respect her decision, and will not hesitate to take her side against any foes who dared to so much as insult her. In turn, Lucy is the logical voice of the whole family - her ideas always astute outside of battle, with her innate mental capabilities only enhance her charms and perception.

Lucy likes to spend most of her time penning her thoughts into words, giving herself clarity on her own emotions. Confident in her appeal and skills, she sometimes still has her doubtful moments, but learning to calm her inner storms is something Zheng taught her to do diligently, and she always falls back to that in any situation.

The discovery of Gardevoirite trade intrigued Zheng, and when Lucy came in contact with it, she seemed to be in a far tranquil state of mind. Such was here power with the Mega Stone that the whole monastery and even nearby areas are shrouded in an aura of peace and compassion. Taking care not to affect the lives of others, Zheng had since been cautious in allowing Lucy to come in full contact with the Stone, unless the battle demands for the release of her powers.

Nature: Bold (+1 Def, -1 Atk)

Type:
Psychic type: Psychic STAB; can lift and throw opponents with Psychic regardless of Special Attack Rank.

Fairy type: Fairy STAB: -1 EN on non-Fairy typed Nature, Sound, and Scent moves. Stacks with second STAB where applicable. Full list: Nature Power, Natural Gift; Sound Moves; Aromatherapy, Odor Sleuth, Sweet Scent.

Abilities:
Ability 1: Synchronize
Type: Passive
This Pokemon can mentally link their condition to an opposing Pokemon and pass on any status inflicted on them to their foe. Poison-types cannot be poisoned and Fire-types cannot be burned in this manner.

Ability 2: Trace
Type: Trigger
When entering into battle, this Pokemon can copy an ability on one of its opponents for 6 EN. The Ability remains on the Pokemon for six (6) actions. Trace can be reused with an action later in battle for 5 EN. Wonder Guard cannot be Traced. (Command: Trace (Target Ability) )

Ability 3: Telepathy (DW Unlocked)
Type: Passive
This Pokemon creates a mental link with its allies in multiple allies, allowing it to avoid taking damage from attacks that affect the whole field like Earthquake and Surf.

Ability 4: Pixilate (Mega-Evo only)
Type: Toggle
By default, Mega-Gardevoir's Normal-type moves are Fairy-type moves, and have an additional 2 BAP boost. When toggled, this Pokemon's Normal-type attacks have their BAP increased by 2.

Camerupt - Elfman (M)

"Hey mon," is probably Elfman's QOTD, all day, everyday. His easy-going attitude is reflective of his species' nature - slowly pacing on with the simple pleasures of daily life. Or so it seems. Elfman is as stubborn as they come - in fact, he got into a tussle with Natsu just because they wanted to cross the same (outer) side of the ledge. It took Gray's help to wrestle him down (a fact all but Gray is unhappy about) but Zheng's capture brought him into the family. Being slow to anger doesn't mean Elfman is slow on the uptake, but it does mean that he's slow to cooldown after he gets really riled up.

Having a family to be with changes Elfman - he is becoming more and more a stolid guardian than a laid-back jock. Steadfast to the point of tactless, he will not give way if he feels that his family is threatened. He is especially protective of Mirajane, and will often go out of his way to help her in any way perceived possible.

Being able to mega-evolve is something Elfman cherish. For one thing, he actually can take life at a slower pace because of that. For another, he punched harder, meaning he can force his opponents to dance for him, per se, but eventually they'll have to duke it out like "real mons" if they want to win.

Nature: Quiet (+1 SpAtk, -15% Speed, -10% evasion)

Type:
Fire type: Fire STAB; immune to burn status.

Brighten Command said:
For the next six (6) actions, all this Pokemon's attacks with have their accuracy increased by one stage. Type Exclusive commands can only be used by Pokemon that are naturally that type, and are still available if the Pokemon changes type.

Command Type: Type Exclusive | Accuracy: -- | Energy Cost: 5 | Priority: 0 | CT: None
Ground type: Ground STAB; immune to Sandstorm. Ignores Arena restrictions on Dig and Seismic Attacks for Arenas in which any land mass exists, Evasive Digging reduced from 6 per action Energy Cost to 5 per action.

Abilities:
Ability 1: Magma Armour
Type: Passive
Elfman has a strong, heated armor that makes it incapable of being frozen. His armor also reduces the Base Attack Power of all incoming attacks by one (1).

Ability 2: Solid Rock
Type: Passive
Elfman’s solid body and durable constitution causes the Base Attack Power of incoming super-effective attacks to be reduced by two (2).

Ability 3: Anger Point (DW Unlocked)
Type: Passive
When struck with a critical hit, Elfman becomes enraged and its Attack rises to maximum (Stage 6). However, his Attack will drop up to two (2) stages at the end of each round instead of one (1) stage until it reaches the Pokemon's natural Attack stage. Critical hits from self-targeting moves do not activate Anger Point.

Ability 4: Sheer Force (Mega-Evo)
At default, Elfman energizes all his attacks with a secondary effect (These are damaging moves that either lower the target's stats, raise the user's stats, or inflict a status condition on the target). That way, the Base Attack Power of every move with a secondary effect increases by two (2), but they will never have their usual secondary effect. When toggled, no effect.

Salamence - Happy (M)

What is there to say about Happy, besides his namesake? When Natsu found the egg, he's very excited to have a younger brother who'd also be a Dragon. And so he went to great pains to help it hatch - asking Elfman to warm it up, sleeping with it every night, hugging it as everybody travel. It took a week for Natsu's wishes to come true, and Happy has been sticking around Natsu ever since. Even though Happy have no wishes to evolve, he would still stand up for Natsu (who's much stronger than him), simply because they're great partners. Happy is also the only one whom Natsu wouldn't pick a brawl with - which says a lot about their camaraderie.

With Zheng's retreat, Happy decided that he can't just rely on Natsu to protect him - he wants to be Natsu's comrade in battle. And to do that, he has to train evolve. He started by facing cooked fishes and refused to eat them, then eating only the bones and the scales. All those calcium and minerals actually helped him to grow that rigid exterior around his body, going so far as to cover his mouth so that he can barely eat. Still, he trained......

..... Until one day he broke out of the shell in another evolution. Then ate so much fish because he's hungry. And he still was - until Tanner bough a Salamencite to sate his energy hunger. Turns out, evolving while being hungry is not a good thing for Pokemon's, because that deprivation will haunt the rest of the evolution.

Nature: Mild (+1 Spa, -1 Def)

Type:
Dragon Type: Dragon STAB; -1 BAP on incoming neutral attacks Dragon itself would resist (e.g. -1 BAP on Thunderbolt against Salamence.) Unable to have Thrash or Outrage disrupted by oncoming damage.

Flying Type: Flying STAB; immunity to Ground attacks and the Arena Trap Ability except under the effects of Smack Down and Gravity, even for ground-based flying Pokemon. Will always hit foes with Dig (except other Flying types) and Dive. Cannot be hit by Dive unless the attacking Pokemon has a size class greater than four (4). Unaffected by Spikes or Toxic Spikes. when switching in. Able to hit Pokemon in the evasive stage of Bounce, Fly or Sky Drop with single target moves that hit Pokemon on the field regardless of position.

Abilities:
Ability 1: Intimidate
Type: Trigger
When Happy initially goes out into the battlefield, his intimidating appearance shakes all opponents on the battlefield, reducing their Attack stage by one (1). The attack drop is maintained at the end of each round. If an opponent switches in a new Pokemon, Intimidate can be activated again as a Command, and will affect all opponents.
Command: Activate Intimidate - 5 En - Lowers all foes' Attack by one (1) stage. Only usable if a foe entered play this round.
Ability 2: Moxie (Unlocked)
Type: Passive
Happy gets excited after it earns a KO on an opposing Pokemon, increasing its attack by one (1) stage. This boost is maintained at the end of each round.

Ability 3: Aerilate
By default, Happy's Normal-type moves are Flying-type moves, and have an additional two (2) BAP boost. When toggled, Happy's Normal-type attacks have been energized to increase BAP by two (2). Only Normal-typed moves changed by Aerilate receive this boost, and not all Flying-type moves. If a Pokemon has been skill-swapped multiple abilities that change Normal-type attacks, the attacks become dual-typed, but the BAP boosts of the abilities do not stack.

Gasper Vladi, "Daywalker-in-a-Box" - Zorua (M)

Gasper has terrible self control issues. He often transforms into anything he set his eyes on, not being able to conquer his fear of being unable to fit in. But then, his illusions are as awkward as he felt, resulting in many a mishap until Rias commanded him to stay in the basement underneath the monastery and train in solitude. Mirajane cared for his needs, being small enough that Gasper wouldn't cause any trouble even if he morphed into her likeness. Gasper has a fondness of computers, often helping Tanner out in those matters without him knowing it.

Nature: Adamant (+Atk, -SpAtk) - socially anxious

Type:
Dark type: Dark STAB; Gasper is so cute himself that he ignores Attract and Confusion status entirely when using his own Dark-type damaging and non-damaging attacks.

Abilities:
Ability 1: Illusion
Type: Passive
Gasper's power means he can feign the appearance of another member on Rias' peerage, until damaged by a direct attack, whereby the Illusion will cease at the end of the round. Direct damage is any attack that does damage to the Pokemon's HP. Attacks that are evaded, blocked via Protect, or damage a Substitute are not considered direct damage. Gasper's own nature and moves are unchanged, though. [Usage Note: PM the ref if you are sending out a Pokemon with Illusion with the info on said Pokemon and one of your squad members in a Switch=KO battle. You must use that squad member later in the battle though.]

Issei Hyoudou, "Red Dragon Emperor" - Charizard (M)

Issei is a very, very perverted lecher. With a fetish for much bigger female Pokemons. Unfortunately, due to his small size, most Pokemons did not even acknowledge his existence - the first one to do so, a Tropius, struck him down with merciless, malicious intent. Which is how Rias found him. After Tanner and Rias helped him to recover, he regains his bluster, but underneath that harem ambition he professes all the time, his honest-to-goodness trait and his willingness to be stronger (and then own a harem) endears him to Rias' peerage as what some would call "The Fool".

Trying to grow and evolve faster, Issei inadvertently tapped into a strange power, a second voice in his head that sounds more like another entity than an alter ego. Calling himself "Ddraig", its mere presence allowed Issei to learn how to reach heights of power he previously thought impossible, although the price to pay is steep. Ddraig's own origins are mysterious - but cohabiting within Issei's body, they grew to believe in each other by necessity, and Issei grows to rely a lot on Ddraig's advice in things he keep to himself.

But it seems his training is not enough for him to keep up with the changes. Natsu taught him how to fight with emotions, and he took it to heart - channeling his lust into battle rage. But even that fails to help him - until he saw his weakness in not being able to protect someone dear to him. Until he saw the world being so unjust to him and a friend he made, simply because his foes are stronger. It was then when he was overcame by a new kind of strength, known beyond the Fourth Wall as "nakama power".

Nature: Lonely (+Atk, -Def) - an unabashed lecher

Type:
Fire type: Fire STAB; Issei is immune to burn status after being inflicted by the scathing eyes of other female Pokemon.
Brighten Command: For the next six (6) actions, all this Pokemon's attacks will have their accuracy increased by one stage. Type Exclusive commands can only be used by Pokemon that are naturally that type, and are still available if the Pokemon changes type.

Command Type: Type Exclusive | Accuracy: -- | Energy Cost: 5 | Priority: 0 | CT: None
Flying type: Flying STAB; Issei is immune to Ground attacks and the Arena Trap Ability except under the effects of Smack Down and Gravity. He will also always hit foes with Dig (except other Flying types) and Dive. Cannot be hit by Dive unless the attacking Pokemon has a size class greater than four (4). Unaffected by Spikes or Toxic Spikes. when switching in. Issei' flight can even hit Pokemon in the evasive stage of Bounce, Fly or Sky Drop with single target moves that hit Pokemon on the field regardless of position.

Dragon type (Mega-Evo-X only): Dragon STAB; Issei receives -1 BAP on incoming neutral attacks Dragon itself would resist (e.g. -1 BAP on Aqua Jet against himself). Unable to have Thrash or Outrage disrupted by oncoming damage.

Abilities:
Ability 1: Blaze
Type: Passive
When Issei's HP is lower than 33%, the fire in his tail burns all the stronger at the thought of his harem dreams, increasing the base damage of any fire attack by two (2).

Ability 2: Solar Power (Unlocked)
Type: Passive
When in bright sunlight, Issei's bright dreams cause his tail to burn solar energy and 1 HP/action to increase the Base Attack Power of all his special attacks by two (2).

Ability 3: Tough Claws (Mega-Evo-X only)
Type: Passive
Issei's sharp claws enhance the power of all of its contact attacks by two (2) BAP.

Ability 4: Drought (Mega-Evo-Y only)
Type: Trigger
Issei's burning desire shown on his tail can summon blistering sunlight that scorches the field and lasts 4 rounds (6 with Heat Rock), expending 10 EN to do so.
Drought Command said:

Vali Lucifer, "White Dragon Emperor" - Aerodactyl (M)

Born to a lineage of Aerodactyl, with lineages going back as far as time immemorial, Vali was one of the few exceptional case born with great potential. But only one of them. And so he struggled to rise far and above those before it, with the competitive spirit beyond what most would even comprehend. He would use every bit of strength at his disposal just to further his training, and to beat every strong opponent that not just stood in his way, but also those he actively seek out. Currently his long-term project involves resurrecting God to Its True Forme, and challenging it to combat.

Nature: Jolly (+15% Speed, + Accuracy, -1 SpA)

Type:
Rock Type: Dragon STAB; Thrash or Outrage will not be disrupted by oncoming damage.

Flying Type: Dragon STAB; Thrash or Outrage will not be disrupted by oncoming damage.

Abilities:
Ability 1: Rock Head
Type: Passive
The use of magic power to substitute for life force means Vali does not take recoil damage from moves such as Double-Edge, Flare Blitz, and Head Smash. (This does not prevent recoil damage from Struggle.)

Ability 2: Pressure
Type: Passive
Vali's lineage and raw power means his presence fills the air with intense anxiety, and any damaging or status attack launched at him would cost the his opponents two (2) more energy to perform without sufficient will to overcome his.

Ability 3: Unnerve (Hidden)
Type: Passive
The Pokemon's presence causes immense tension in the opponent, preventing them from eating a held Berry. Natural Gift may still be used.

Ability 4: Tough Claws (Mega-Evo only)
Type: Toggle
Vali infuses his magic power to enhance the power of all of its contact attacks by two (2) BAP.

  • All moves that a Pokémon learns by methods other than level-up (except for Pledges) now cost 2 MC to learn.
These changes are effective immediately.
This is now in effect. I also plan to introduce a change soon which introduces voluntary approvers (basic structure being anyone can approve with my approval for no pay and only for a certain amount of claims) but I need to deal with some finer details first so watch this space.

Exclaimer: You probably want to add the appliance stats/size and weight to the profile too, but its not strictly necessary right now since you don’t own any appliances. You will need to re-post Rotom once you add that for approval though. Approved
YellowAdminSilver: Since 2 MC for all non LU moves is in effect now I’ll refund you where appropriate. Honchkrow therefore gets to bank 1 MC. So does Sableye. Approved
Frosty: Approved
Eternal Drifter: Approved
Fort Colorcastle: Approved

5*0.3 = 1.5 UC -> 105.8 UC

EDIT: also a little splurge:

Druddigon has 6 MC stockpiled, this plus 45 UC buys the following moves:

LU (1*1 = 1 MC)
Revenge

XYTM (2*18 = 36 MC)
Dark Pulse
Dig
Facade
Flamethrower
Flash Cannon
Focus Blast
Hidden Power [Fairy]
Hyper Beam
Payback
Power-Up Punch
Rest
Roar
Rock Smash
Rock Tomb
Sleep Talk
Sludge Bomb
Surf
Toxic

XY TUTOR (2*4 = 8 MC)
Draco Meteor
Heat Wave
Iron Tail
Stealth Rock

EGG (2*3 = 6 MC)
Feint Attack
Fire Fang
Thunder Fang

1+36+8+6 = 51 MC

Leaves me with 60.8 UC
