Everyone retains their status this month and as an added bonus for today's efforts I'm skipping Ragnarokalex straight to the status of an active approver immediately. Additionally I'm going to make a couple of changes also from now on.

The amount of claims an active approver will need to approve per month in order to retain their status (and ability to self approve) is being increased from 3 to 10. This may seem a large jump but self approving is to be seen as both a priviledge and a reward for helping the community as a whole. 3 approvals per month does too little to help the community. I don't feel 10 approvals is an extreme amount to ask for.

Additionally I am creating a new category of Retired Approvers and moving Akela, Tavok and Elevator Music to this category. It is really only an aesthetic change, these people will still be able to approve and regain their active approver status if they hit the quota for a month but it is mainly so that they do not falsely inflate the list of approvers.

Thirdly I am looking to add to our approver ranks, with my choices already in mind (aka don't PM me asking to be one). I just need to write up a new test for them to take. Bare with me on that one.

I got subreffed out of this Reffing 202, so I'm only claiming for Jet the Ninjask and Droy the Grotle (whom had been used by me before I was subbed out).
Jet the Ninjask gets 3 MC, to be stockpiled. [MC: 0+3 = 3]

What is there to say about Happy, besides his namesake? When Natsu found the egg, he's very excited to have a younger brother who'd also be a Dragon. And so he went to great pains to help it hatch - asking Elfman to warm it up, sleeping with it every night, hugging it as everybody travel. It took a week for Natsu's wishes to come true, and Happy has been sticking around Natsu ever since. Even though Happy have no wishes to evolve, he would still stand up for Natsu (who's much stronger than him), simply because they're great partners. Happy is also the only one whom Natsu wouldn't pick a brawl with - which says a lot about their camaraderie.

With Zheng's retreat, Happy decided that he can't just rely on Natsu to protect him - he wants to be Natsu's comrade in battle. And to do that, he has to train evolve. He started by facing cooked fishes and refused to eat them, then eating only the bones and the scales. All those calcium and minerals actually helped him to grow that rigid exterior around his body, going so far as to cover his mouth so that he can barely eat. Still, he trained......

..... Until one day he broke out of the shell in another evolution. Then ate so much fish because he's hungry. And he still was - until Tanner bough a Salamencite to sate his energy hunger. Turns out, evolving while being hungry is not a good thing for Pokemon's, because that deprivation will haunt the rest of the evolution.

Nature: Mild (+1 Spa, -1 Def)

Type:
Dragon Type: Dragon STAB; -1 BAP on incoming neutral attacks Dragon itself would resist (e.g. -1 BAP on Thunderbolt against Salamence.) Unable to have Thrash or Outrage disrupted by oncoming damage.

When Happy initially goes out into the battlefield, his intimidating appearance shakes all opponents on the battlefield, reducing their Attack stage by one (1). The attack drop is maintained at the end of each round. If an opponent switches in a new Pokemon, Intimidate can be activated again as a Command, and will affect all opponents.
Command: Activate Intimidate - 5 En - Lowers all foes' Attack by one (1) stage. Only usable if a foe entered play this round.
Ability 2: Moxie (Unlocked)
Type: Passive
Happy gets excited after it earns a KO on an opposing Pokemon, increasing its attack by one (1) stage. This boost is maintained at the end of each round.


Ability 3: Aerilate
By default, Happy's Normal-type moves are Flying-type moves, and have an additional two (2) BAP boost. When toggled, Happy's Normal-type attacks have been energized to increase BAP by two (2). Only Normal-typed moves changed by Aerilate receive this boost, and not all Flying-type moves. If a Pokemon has been skill-swapped multiple abilities that change Normal-type attacks, the attacks become dual-typed, but the BAP boosts of the abilities do not stack.

His dream is to be fast. He became friends with everyone faster than Laxus, but he always felt... vulnerable. Hence the dream. He wanted to be fast, so that if trouble comes, it'll never catch him. So that when enemies come, they'll never know what hit them. So that when sorrow comes, he'll be long gone.

But for Levy, and for Droy, he'll slow down. Because he found that one thing he'll give up speed for - a team. And because of that, he learned to control his speed. Because some times, for friends to catch up with you, you'll have to move faster than ever before.

Bug type: Bug STAB; Adds an additional guaranteed attack on all multi-hit moves (does not include two hit moves) with a total hit cap of five (5).

Flying type: Flying STAB; immunity to Ground attacks and the Arena Trap Ability except under the effects of Smack Down and Gravity, even for ground-based flying Pokemon. Will always hit foes with Dig (except other Flying types) and Dive. Cannot be hit by Dive unless the attacking Pokemon has a size class greater than four (4). Unaffected by Spikes or Toxic Spikes. when switching in. Jet is Droy's fastest new friend. Often hungry and wanting food, Droy would implore Jet to help him find stuff to eat. Often after raiding the kitchens, the pair would sneak about the monastery, looking for places to hide while they eat. But when he's not eating, Droy can often be seen working on the gardens and the orchard with Wendy, doing his chores by helping around to make new fresh produce - which he'll eat, of course.

Nature: Sassy (+SpDef, -15% Speed, -10% Acc)

Type:
Grass Type: Grass STAB; immunity to Leech Seed, Worry Seed, and all "Powder" based attacks (Poisonpowder, Powder, Rage Powder, Sleep Powder, Spore, Stun Spore). Unable to have Petal Dance disrupted by oncoming damage. Ignores Arena restrictions on Grass attacks requiring an external grass source. Bloom Command.
Bloom Command: For the next six (6) actions, this Pokemon's "Grass," "Powder," and "Seed" status-moves will have fifteen (15) added points to their Base Accuracy (e.g. Grass Whistle goes from 55 Base Acc to 70 Base Acc). Type Exclusive commands can only be used by Pokemon that are naturally that type, and are still available if the Pokemon changes type.

Claiming from here. Stockpiling 1 CC (326+1 = 327 CC) and 3 UC (111+3 = 114 UC)

Brionne gets 1 EC (9/9) and evolves into Primarina. It also gets 4 MC (2 MC + 2 KOC) and learns Sparkling Aria (pre-26), Double Slap (Level, 1 MC), Captivate (Level, 1 MC), and Light Screen (TM, 2 MC).

I'm also spending CC to teach it Psychic (TM, 16 CC), Shadow Ball (TM, 16 CC), Reflect (TM, 16 CC), Energy Ball (TM, 16 CC), Acrobatics (TM, 16 CC), Giga Impact (TM, 16 CC), Psych Up (TM, 16 CC), Swagger (TM, 16 CC), Surf (TM, 16 CC), Waterfall (TM, 16 CC), Dazzling Gleam (TM, 16 CC), Confide (TM, 16 CC), and Wonder Room (TM, 16 CC).
