    From this hall reffing I get 11 UC.
    7 of these are used to get Thrym the Tyranitar Dynamicpunch (past TM, -3), Dragon Tail and Dig (current TMs, -4).
    The remaining 4 are used to give Protect to Jormungardr the Colossoil and to Typhon the Hydreigon.

    Rufflet gets 1 EC, 2 MC, and 1 KOC that goes to MC. Gets Crush Claw (post-25 LU, 1 MC) and Protect (TM, 2 MC).
    Ralts gets 1 EC, 1 DC, 2 MC, and 1 KOC that goes to MC. Gets Psychic, Hypnosis, and Dream Eater, all LU moves worth 1 MC each.
    Deino gets 1 EC and 2 MC. Gets Outrage and Body Slam, both LU moves worth 1 MC each.
    Combusken gets 1 EC and 2 MC. Using that along with 1 MC she has already to buy 2 moves she should already have, Quick Attack and Protect, leaving her at 0 MC.
    Shelgon gets 1 EC and 2 MC. Getting Crunch and Zen Headbuttm both LU moves worth 1 MC each.
    Cupra gets 1 EC, 1 DC, and 2 MC. Getting Will-O-Wisp and Ancientpower, both LU moves worth 1 MC each.
    I also get 5 CC, which, along with 2 CC that I have stockpiled, will be used to purchase an Exp. Share, leaving me at 12 CC.

Its normal state of sleeplessness makes it take 1 less damage and energy/action from Ghost Curse. If it is put to sleep by a Pokemon with Mold Breaker it will wake up the next action. If a Pokemon with Vital Spirit also has Insomnia, its evasion is raised by one (1) stage permanently.

    Lampent will evolve into Chandelure, use its Lucky Egg bonus as DC, and its KOC as MC. It will learn Fire Blast (BW TM) & Psychic (BW TM) for 3MC and 1UC.

    Kadabra will evolve into Alakazam. It will learn Bide (Past Gen TM) for 3MC.
