Probably because there's a greater chance of pokemon from past gens being hacks than Kalos native pokemon... I don't know. I hope those same people realize that you're able to gen the blue pentagon onto pokemon now, making them seem as if they're native to Kalos lol.
With bw rng there should be no real need to jack a pokemon. It's a shame that people resort to hacks.
Since Pokemon bank is out in Europe but there's no news about a US release, I was wondering if someone might be able to help me out.
