isee, i got alot of competive pokemon! what does Your team need? i have a flawless shiney latios you can have for that cress! it has Hp fire and defog ! Probably one of the best "cleaner "in the game cause of his ability levitate! Spikes and such dont effekt the pokemon

By rule, all VGC pokemon need to be caught/bred/received (event) from X/Y or ORAS, so a Latias can't have Defog since it a TM from gen 4.

For the sake of this generation, VGC Pokemon MUST be Kalos or Hoenn Born...they must have the pentagon in their summary screen.

I looked on the web (not very hard).

I'm looking to complete my dex in OR, can I bank my guys in to the game.
Then save re-enter the bank and switch in a new 30 and so on?
Or do I have to physical have go into the game save and then go back to the bank for them to register in my dex?

You can do it in these steps
1. Move living dex (assuming you have one) into your boxes (can put in more than 30)
2. Save
3. Put Pokemon back into bank
4. Pokedex filled
