Alright, here goes Sableye.

(Small) - 45 / 75 / 90 / 65 / 55 / 50 (-5 / - / +15 / - / -10 / -)
(Average) - 50 / 75 / 75 / 65 / 65 / 50 (- / - / - / - / - / -)
(Large) - 55 / 75 / 60 / 65 / 75 / 50 (+5 / - / -15 / - / +10 / -)
(Super) - 60 / 75 / 45 / 65 / 85 / 50 (+5 / - / -30 / - / +20 / -)

Overview: Small will just do more damage overall, while Super is much more bulky. Since nothing's locked, it could easily lose Defense as it becomes larger, but I wasn't sure what people would think about it.

EDIT: Switched Attack and Defense

Sableye is getting a mega in ORAS, so I'm not sure if a HP boost is allowed, I recommend asking The Eevee General

Locked Stats: Attack and Special Attack

Gible's stat changes are ridiculously straightforward; boosted Speed so he could outrun things, and lowered Defense since there was nothing better to lower.
(Small) - 68 / 90 / 55 / 50 / 55 / 92 (- / - / -10 / - / - / +10)
(Average) - 68 / 90 / 65 / 50 / 55 / 82 (- / - / - / - / - / -)

(Super) - 68 / 90 / 85 / 50 / 55 / 62 (- / - / +20 / - / - / -20)

Locked Stats: Attack and Special Attack

Much like Gible, the stat changes are simple, he just becomes a fast revenge killer with Small, and becomes a sturdier, slower attacker as he grows.
(Small) - 108 / 130 / 110 / 80 / 80 / 92 (- / - / +15 / - / -5 / -10)
(Average) - 108 / 130 / 95 / 80 / 85 / 102 (- / - / - / - / - / -)
(Large) - 108 / 130 / 80 / 80 / 90 / 112 (- / - / -15 / - / +5 / +10)
(Super) - 108 / 130 / 65 / 80 / 95 / 122 (- / - / -30 / - / +10 / +20)

Locked Stats: HP (Mega Evolution), Attack, and Special Attack

I decided to make the small Garchomp a slower, physically bulkier attacker, and he becomes a physically frail, very fast revenge killer as his sizes increase. His Speed is pretty high, but his drastically lowered Defense will leave him vulnerable to priority.

Reasoning : Once again, I wanted to make it so that both the smaller and large formes would be competitively viable. I also resisted the temptation of touching Azumarill's Attack, since, due to Huge Power, a small increase in base Attack will lead to a large increase in the actual stat. I therefore decided to up the Speed of the small formes as well as the SpD and, in Azumarill's case, the Defense of the large formes. As a result, the Small forme will be the best pick for the Belly Drum and Band sets since it enables them to outspeed threats such as Skarmory, Venusaur, and Mandibuzz far more easily, while the Super forme will be better suited for the Assault Vest set due to its great natural bulk.

I quite like this Drifblim, and how it emphasizes his two primary existing roles, with Acrobatics/Unburden sets preferring Small while CM or Flare Boost sets want Super, while also giving him a new role, with Super being a solid special wall. It does lack a middle ground, with no real reason to use Average or Large, but that's kind of hard to avoid (and applies to this threads inspiration as well). Good example that all spreads should strive towards.
Aww thanks, just noticed this. The only real way I can think of to create a useable inbetween with such small stat changes is speed creep (Unless someone takes the time to figure out OHKO/2HKO creep.) This doesn't work on Drifblim specifically due to unburden, but is probably a good thing to keep in mind for other submissions.

Locked Stats: Speed and Defense

Overview: Here, Froakie can be a different type of attacker on each set. It can be a special attacker on small, a mixed attacker on average and large, but with higher special attack and physical attack respectively, and a physical attacker on Super.

  • (Super) - 54 / 83 / 52 / 63 / 56 / 97 (- / +20 / - / -20 / - / -)
Locked Stats: Defense and Speed

Overview: For Frogadier, its surprisingly similar to my Quagsire submission. If you want a very good special attacker, but you are not worried if you're U-Turn is powerful, you should use small size. If you want a special attacker and want a U-Turn that does a decent amount of damage, use Average size. If you want a mixed attacker, use large size. And if you want a physical attacker, use Super size.

  • (Small) - 67 / 85 / 67 / 118 / 71 / 122 ( -5 / -10 / - / +15 / - / -)
  • (Average) - 72 / 95 / 67 / 103 / 71 / 122 (- / - / - / - / - / -)

  • (Super) - 82 / 115 / 67 / 73 / 71 / 122 ( +10 / +20 / - / -30 / - / -)
Locked Stats: Defense and Speed

Overview: Pretty much the same as Frogadier, except here Average is the mixed set instead of large. Also, the HP boost was given to help deal with LO damage at higher levels so it can use it more effectively, since Greninja doesn't have a bad physical move set, but it could be improved, and this is my attempt to improve it.

If you want all the Rotom formes to be the same, then you may use Rotom-Heat as your example. Otherwise, feel free to diversify them if you want.
Another note, regular Rotom's locked stat is Special Attack, so that's good, but the forme's locked stat is HP, so you can't change it. Defense/Special Defense are both its highest, so they are unlocked and thus can be changed.
Alright here's the final version (keeping all rotom forms with the same stat changes)

  • (Small) - 50/50/67/95/72/106 (- / - / -10 / - / -5 / +15)
  • (Average) - 50/50/77/95/77/91 (- / - / - / - / - / -)

  • (Super) - 50/50/97/95/87/61 (- / - / +20 / - / +10 / -30)

Locked: Special Attack, Attack, HP (Other Rotom Forms)
Overview: Small attempts to be a fast attacker while the larger sized go for the bulky mon type, as Rotom kind of its awkwardly between those two roles. Probably still outclassed by its other forms, but this makes it kind of interesting.

  • (Small) - 50/65/97/105/102/101 (- / - / -10 / - / -5 / +15)
  • (Average) - 50/65/107/105/107/86 (- / - / - / - / - / -)
  • (Large) - 50/65/117/105/112/71 (- / - / +10 / - / +5 / -15)
  • (Super) - 50/65/127/105/117/56 (- / - / +20 / - / +10 / -30)

Locked: Special Attack, Attack (Rotom-Normal), HP
Overview: This is all the appliance forms, not just heat. Pretty much what I said about Rotom. Small is a fast special attacker - 101 speed and 105 SpA is neat. The larger sizes are to help it become bulkier while making it slower.

Also if I can I would like to reserve the Magnezone line

These two are essentially the same, so I'm giving them the same description. Both are attempting to make better use of Hustle, with the small versions gaining better speed to use straight off the bat, ideally with a choice item. The large and super sizes, with their increased bulk, aim to make it easier to set up hone claws and abuse sucker punch. The only real reason to use a large version is to outspeed a certain speed tier while still gaining some bulk.

Nidoking
  • (Small) - 81 / 102 / 92 / 75 / 75 / 80 (- / - / +15 / -10 / - / -5)

  • (Super) - 81 / 102 / 47 / 105 / 75 / 95 (- / - / -30 / +20 / - / +10)
Locked: Attack (Highest), Special Defense (Lowest)

These Nidoking spreads are aiming to do what it is built for, wallbreaking. The small size is the bulkiest varient, with it finally being able to take the odd earthquake. The large and super sizes are special wallbreakers, gaining a modest speed increase and a huge special attack increase. This makes Nidoking and his nigh impeccable special coverage almost impossible to wall, and able to 2HKO every wall in UU, (And OU for that matter, but this was built with UU threats in mind) except blissey, which needs rocks and a layer of spikes to guarantee the 2HKO. He does lose a lot of physical bulk, so is flattened by almost every earthquake thrown his way. The large size does retain enough bulk to survive a 4 atk gligar's earthquake (barely), so can safely switch into that if there are no hazards present. It's a niche use, but that may be needed if your team is incredibly gligar weak.

ooh. I'm really liking these changes. 101 is a nice speed o.o

This really is perfect for rotom formes competitively o.o

You jumped around with Defense and Speed. Make sure you're consistent with the changes. Once you -5 something in Small, you have to +5 in Large and +10 in Super with the same stat.
