Yes to all but Izhuark. I like the proposal, but the english is pretty all over the place. I get what the proposal means, but I don't want to get to the point when we open up the Iron Throne and we go back to the rule and have to interpret misused and unclear language.

I got acidphoenix to agree he'll update on voting phases because the ruleslist will need updating on those anyway so he'll need to update in the event of those anyway.

What I'm trying to say is that it's my fault, and you can blame me. acidphoenix probably has real shit to do but I don't and I try to shove updating onto him every time.
