Do people get promoted based on activity? Because I was active and tried to schedule a match with my opponent, but I was disqualified because of a 'coin flip' and my barely english-literate opponent, Ged, was promoted. He's just going to do the same thing, putting off the battle for a month and hoping he advances again.

I do'nt understand these rules, I was active and he was not and he advances? He cancelled about four times on me when I tried to battle him.
