    Hello folks, you are all in for a treat today! While 4 users duke it out in the circus tent, you lot sit in the stands, throwing items at will! Who are the combatants? Find out after the regulations.

    Special Instructions: This arena requires Spectator Participation to fully work.

    Description: The battle takes place in your typical circus tent. The tent is circular with a 120m diameter, & it's completely indoors, unless someone decides to rip the tent open. The tent floor is made of predominately dirt with the occasional grass patch, & there's no sign of rocks or water anywhere. Around the perimeter of the tent are the stands where the audience sits & throws items at will.

    Mechanics:

    • Every round, passerby users can post in a battle using this arena.
    • To throw something, they must say Throw <Item> at <Pokemon/Pokemon's Nickname> in bold.
    • The items that a user can throw are as follows & their effects:
      • Bomb (5 HP Damage, knocks target back)
      • Sugar Coated Sugar (+2 to all stats for the round, goes down to -1 on all at round end)
      • Banana Skin (+1 Speed for next action, 3 HP recoil on physical attacks for next action).
      • Cream Pie (-1 Accuracy)
      • ACME Poison Darts (50% Poison, 2 HP Damage)
      • Invisibility Hat (+3 evasion, -2 Speed, Sp.Def & Def)
      • Iron Ball (Confusion 30% , Flinch next action 10%)
    • Item effects occur at the beginning of the round.
    • It is recommended that the referee allows for a 24hr period for items to be thrown.
    • "Bounce/Fly/Sky Drop do not gain altitude to evade unless tent roof is ripped off" translates to "Bounce/Fly/Sky Drop are normal 0 Priority attacks until the tent roof is ripped off".

    Now with that out of the way, there are a few things to go over.

    • All Actions are to be sent to Its_A_Random via Smogon PM.
    • All Actionsets will not be made public; They will be kept private.
    • TWO Actions per round
    • In the case of conflicting substitutions occuring (Bad example: IF Brick Break, THEN Counter. IF Counter, THEN <Support Move>), Both Substitutions will be ignored.
    • I am going to be fairly strict on DQ; if you exceed DQ the first time, you will be given a 24hr warning. Next time you exceed DQ, that's it.
    • Spectators may post at anytime, BUT they may not throw items until I open the throwing window. This throwing window will open after I have recieved everyone's actions for the round, AND will last for 24hrs. After that, it will close, & I'll ref.

A Pokemon can still absorb Toxic Spikes if it has Run Away and is Poison-typed.     (Innate) This Pokemon absorbs water attacks and instead of taking damage from them, recovering 50% of the damage the water attack would have done. A Pokemon that attacks itself with water to heal only recieves 25% of the damage that attack would do to itself.
    Damp: (Innate) This Pokemon releases a damp mist upon entry into battle that short circuits the opponent’s ability to use Selfdestruct or Explosion.

    Round Zero - Let The Fun & Games Begin!

    "Ladies & Gentlemen, Pokemon & Bots, welcome to the circus tent, where today, we have a spectacle of a battle today! While the four trainers that have gathered here in the centre of the tent get ready to battle, the audience get to have a little bit of fun! Basically, everyone in the audience has an arsenal of items that they can throw at any of the battlers at any time! These include a Bomb, some Sugar-Coated Sugar, a Banana Skin, a Cream Pie, an Invisibility Hat, & an Iron Ball! There is an infinite supply of these, so luckily, there won't be any shortages, thankfully. You may throw these before the Pokemon start attacking, & once they do, you may not throw anything until they've done; If you do, you will be ejected, as simple as that. Anyways, without further ado, let's meet the contestants!"

    "With all players bringing three Pokemon, we shall see who they send out first! First up is Wobbanaut, who sends in his tricky Aipom, who is empty-handed! Second is Maxim, who opens with his Torchic, who holds an apple of sorts! Third is typon77, who sends in a Monohm with a strange device on his head!     WOBBANAUT VS. MAXIM VS. TYPON77 VS. SUBWAYJ

    Round One - So Much Chaos...

    The Battle begins with a whole bunch of randoms throwing shit from the audience, with the majority of the crowd ganging up on Bejeweled! With all the chaos settling, Handy had a lot of changes done to him, Mainstream & Stocke were relatively unscathed, & Bejeweled was a bit weaker & was poisoned. After that, the attacks began.

    Mainstream opens by transferring his life force into a decoy before disappearing, while Stocke burrows his merry way underground, safe from danger. Bejeweled then unleashed a powerful cold beam on the decoy which was crushed by the sheer power of the attack, forcing Mainstream to come back out into the open, while the slightly invisible Handy makes himself harder to hit by creating four instances of himself! Eventually, Stocke pops out of the ground & hammers Mainstream with the attack!

    Distressed about the shattered decoy, Mainstream lets loose a bolt of lightning which zaps Bejeweled for some damage, while Stocke conjures up a column of flames at one Handy, only for it to miss completely! Bejeweled then bites back at Mainstream with a cold beam which deals a lot of damage, as Handy rounds out the round by jumping, but not evading thanks to the low ceiling, before crashing into Stocke for damage!

    One round done, there is still a long way to go! It's unclear who has the advantage, but it seems that Handy has set up rather nicely! What will happen next round? Find out next time on CAP ASB Tower Matches...
